Excellent customer service. It is not the sales rep fault if they run out of the newest phone before you get there, as mentioned in previous reviews. Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable and they create a good experience in a chaotic retail atmosphere.

Great service. Ray & Enrique were super helpful. It was a launch week and they were busy, but they bounced around and helped customers so people weren't waiting too long. This was the 1st time I've ever purchased a phone in store... I usually just did it online, but I think I'll go into the store from now on :)

Had a great experience getting new phones just a few days before Christmas, at a busy time for the store. Chase worked w us and knew his stuff. We were very pleased. Unfortunately, we had to return the next day to replace a defective phone (blame that on the factory, not the store) and had more great customer service from Jay. I highly recommend this store. They didn't hassle us about anything and went out of their way to make sure we were happy.

Verizon is a good place to purchase a phone, tablet or other technical support products. It can be supportive of technical issues but is most interested in selling. You are usually but not always meet at the door where they use your cell no. to place you in line for service. Although they have technical staff, if your question can't be answered, they'll hand the phone back & walk away! The climate has drastically changed in the recent past.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was suppose to get a new phone on a Saturday, they didn't have it in stock (iPhone 6s) so I ordered it to be shipped to my house on Tuesday but on Sunday some "technical glitch" went wrong in their system. (Their words not mine). Nobody ever called me to let me know that there was a problem. I called them on Tuesday asking where my phone was in the shipping process, they said it never shipped because of the glitch on Sunday and the only reason I knew there was a problem was because I called them. So, in order for my phone to be shipped I have to pay an overdue charge of like 25 dollars. Anyway, long story short, they never have anything in stock and everything has to be "ordered" so you never get the phone the day you're suppose to. And they have absolutely tremendous customer service.

Went here after my phone broke. Was looking to replace it with an equal phone due to the plan I was paying. The man then gave me false information telling me the phone I'm on now is an upgraded version of my old phone. This phone is slow , I can't even use mobile data while on the phone, and it has completely less features than my old phone. Will be coming back to get my money back.

I was assisted by a rep named Ishmell and he was incredibly kind, courteous, and efficient. He clearly knows what he's doing, and was even able to answer a question for a co worker while helping me. He is an excellent representative for this company, I was very impressed with my experience today.

Incredibly fast and complete service in a relatively timely manner. My only complaint is the in-store associate hounding me the entire time about getting in-home service from Verizon. This guy would not leave me alone.

I had to get a new phone. I got another slide phone, i know i am a dinosaur. Anyway, I opened my mail yesterday and saw that 25gb of verizon cloud was added to my bill. Funny how I need more cloud space for a phone that never uses the web. Even odder was the fact that it was added the same day i got this phone and no one asked me if I even wanted the extra $2.99 a month feature. This is the second time since Christmas that this store has done things that have been dishonest.

Extremely upset! Was speaking with a store associate over the phone regarding an order I'm going to be picking up and needed confirmation it was ready and would be OK for me to pick up on Saturday. Unfortunately the associate was rather rude and kept telling me "refer to your emails". I am in no way illiterate & can assure you i reviewed my emails multiple times to no avail but to appease him i went back and checked and tried explaining to him i am not showing the information he says i should see to which he replied "well can you hurry up and explain because i have 7 other people holding!" I couldn't believe it! Especially since i pride VZW for their customer service! I asked to speak to a supervisor and received a big sigh from him before he put me on hold. After about a 2 minute hold, Supervisor Dan picks up and asks what he can help me with. I begin explaining my issue with the representative i just spoke with and in the middle of speaking with him, he cuts me off and says "OK but what is the problem you're having?". If Dan would've listened to me completely, as any supervisor should, he would've understood that what started out as my original simple request turned into a deeper issue. As i am again flabbergasted that I'm being treated this way by a supervisor i try to explain again and result back to the same issue. As a supervisor you're supposed to be more level-headed and kept together compared to the store associates you are supervising. The whole time i was made to feel as though i am bothering them, when they should be helping me without issue considering I've been a loyal customer of VZW for almost 10yrs now and just spent over $700.00. Now i am worried about what kind of confrontation i am going to walk into when i actually get my device. Believe you me, i took this straight to corporate!

We had a surprisingly very positive experience here buying a new phone. I was BRACING for a terrible experience after reading the Google reviews and came in hackles up, waiting to see if I would be pressured into insurance and cases and signed up for things I didn't agree to. But actually, they were very nice to us and got us the device we wanted and didn't pressure us at all. The staff was very nice, quick, and gave us accurate information. I would definitely return to this location again.

Tre helped my family out quickly and efficiently. He had a wonderful attitude and VERY informative. Ended up buying 2 new iPhones from him the max and the XR. He hooked me up with the accessories needed and answered all my questions. My wait time was about ten minutes which I didn t mind because there s plenty to do. The only suggestion I have is to have a greeter at the front door to sign people in even if it s busy and everyone is needed for customers there still needs to be a greeter. Anyway, THANKS tre you were amazing!!

Charlie represents Verizon well (Concord Pike/Wilmington location). He was a big help to us in the past week. Charlie was knowledgeable about current promotions and he patiently answered any and all questions. He was courteous, friendly, and clear in his explanations. His sales approach was good but not pushy. Charlie is also a member of our military. If you have Verizon store needs, I recommend asking for Charlie at Verizon's Concord Pike location.

I did not appreciate being lied to by Nigeria, my sales consultant. She told me that the $9 device protection plan I have had for years did NOT cover screen breakage and that I had to upgrade to a $13 coverage plan to cover screen breakage.

I verified with Verizon. CS that this was a total lie.

Simply unacceptable tactics to upsell. Beware.

To be honest most Verizon stores are a big let down.
On the day I came here I was waited on by Nigeria.
This lady is why I will go to a store 45 min out of my way. She was great very good customer service and went above and beyond.

Was not able to change credit card payment by calling Verizon number or online, store person did so in shortest time I haver been in that store. Wish Verizon made it easier to do business with them.

Hey - want a scam? Come here. They can bait and switch a phone on you. Then refuse to cancel claiming they have no ability to cancel a phone although they said they would in person. But been a day or 2 and still have not cancelled.

They also want to charge you 100 dollars to transfer data which is literally Free and you can do it yourself.

Horrible pickup experience.... They will accuse you of fraud... I called in advance to ask if I can use my passport to pickup an order I placed, and was told that this location only takes state issued drivers license... I looked it up on Verizon's website and it said only a government issued ID was needed....... I called verizon customer service and the representative called to the store to ask why they couldn't take my passport and they said because of Fraud suspicion they required extra identification... The rep put a note on my account and told them they cant do that.... When I finally picked up the phone the associate barley glanced at my passport... customer service was excellent, this store sucks

Be aware of the sales representative here. The girl I was working with told me my first bill will be due 30 days from when I started my service. She also told me that I had to get a protection plan for either 17$ or 22$ Per line. She then stated I couldn t decline or choose a cheaper option. Long story short..I call customer service b/c my bill was due in less than 20 days! Customer service also let me know that the sales rep lied to me about my protection plan. I had the right to decline or even choose a plan that was as low as 5$. I understand wanting to up your sales goal but you don t go about it by lying to people. Then let s not forget that she mixed up the phone number for each phone . For my first time with Verizon this incident left a bad taste in my mouth.

Within the last three months, I have gotten two new phones from the Concord Pike store. BOTH times, the associate did not backup the phones correctly and none of the correct contacts or calendar entries were transferred.

I had the most amazing Verizon experience at this location with solutions specialist CHASE. He suggested how to save my wet phone and actually helped me do it! He was knowledgeable, calmed me down and it worked! Thank you Chase... he's a keeper!

Went in the day after the iPhone Xs and Xs Max was available for preorder in order to get the buy one get one deal on a couple iPhone 8s. I had called ahead to make sure they had what I wanted in stock and spoke to Nijeria. She was very helpful on the phone. This ended once we were in store.

We were porting our numbers from TMobile and that part was easy, but I expected to leave with working phones on the Verizon network. Nijeria expected us to handle all of that at home. She entered our T-Mobile info, put our new phones in a bag, and said see ya later. I asked how long it d take for the port to happen and she said that as soon as we turned on the Verizon phones, they d be active. Ok, that was true, but I did expect to have two working phones before I left.

I then asked to go over the monthly charges and this is when Nijeria tries to explain to us that the $13.99 monthly insurance was mandatory for the first month, but I could go into our account and remove it after month 1. This simply isn t true. The reason I asked her to go over the bill was because when Nijeria was setting up our account on the iPad, I saw her select the $13.99 insurance option without asking us anything. She attempted to do it quickly (so I wouldn t notice), but I had done too much research about the plan and charges to be off by $28 (2 lines at $13.99 each).

Anyways...I wanted to be on the Verizon network so I went through with the whole process, but dealing with Nijeria was simply a bad experience.

Terrible, horrible customer service. First, I had to wait about 10 minutes to be served. Now I understand they get busy and 10 minutes wouldn't be bad, but during the time I was waiting, they had only 2 or 3 reps helping customers and another 4 or 5 standing around doing nothing. Plus, two of those people were the FIOS reps whose only purpose is to pounce on you no matter what you're buying and try to convince you to switch to FIOS. But worst of all was they were dishonest. I was there to buy a replacement phone and in the process they added a protection plan that I never agreed to, it was never even discussed. And the price increase for buying the new phone was twice what was explained to me because they were comparing the new cost WITHOUT taxes to my current cost WITH taxes. I'm giving them a score of 1 star because it won't let me post with a score of ZERO stars.

One of the best retail experiences I ve ever had. Saw online (remember, companies always want you to do it online yourself ), I could upgrade from my iPhone X to a new XS for next to nothing...and be back in warranty. Sign me up. Needed to ask a few more times should I get the big one this time?

I travel 24/7, and would always rather do things in person than order it yourself . Made a deal by phone with Verizon support, originally. Decided to drive to Delaware from Philly, quick and easy, for this store. Met Ish...he was the BEST. Told me best way to upgrade with my phone deal only and get it in store live time, and was endlessly patient & helpful with the long call process. Helpful, creative, and a great deal. Knew every step of every combination, and I m considering a hot spot still, because of him.

Felt bad I didn t buy any other products, but will come back to this store anytime. P.S., cross the border from Philly. NO tax, and great service. Thanks Ish and thanks Verizon call support. The best!

This is absolutely the worst customer service expe...

This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a corporate Verizon Wireless store. The young lady who was trying to assist me at the door was horrible. She never looked up to speak with me as I was trying to provide my phone number. In the meantime another associate wanted to asisst me and I expressed to him that I was being helped already. He insisted. However, he was not able to resolve my issue and proceeded to give me information I was already in possession of when I walked into the store. Then comes a manager (T) she was not helpful at all but did provide me with more information I was already in possession of once I walked into the store. The fact is that there is no one in the store who cares to listen to the customer. They are only trying to sell phones and accessories when you walk into the store. This is a bad model. Understand then be Understood. Great way to sell phones after you have heard the customer! Especially one who has been around 10 years!

So my friend was trying to get a phone out of this store. She set up her account over the phone and was told to come into the store and get her phones and stuff. So we came to the store and talked to the manager name Chase. She informed him that that her account was set up over the phone and that she was informed to come to the store and get the devices she wanted. So Chase told her that this isn t possible because he can t do this because he can t do anything about accounts done over the phone cause as he said i get commission for what he sells in store and doesn t make money for phone orders. So she call Verizon so she what they can do while sitting in the store. They told her that they can set the phones for pickup today from this store. That s when Chase said that it wouldn t be today cause as he put it phone orders and not be giving out the same day and she would have to wait two days. So the Verizon rep on the phone said that they will send the order to another store because Chase inability to help with the setting up of the account. And when Chase was talking to the Verizon rep on the phone he lied about he s name telling them that his name was Greed

This VZW location was once upon a time, a great VZW corporate store! However since the removal of the tech support company, which btw I was once an employee of before I was falsely accused of a wrong doing by a greedy customer!! Sorry that's a different story lol, but that separate entity for which I used to work, was able to fix problems and/or replace a problem phone right then & there!! But now...you have to wait for them to ship you a new phone from the warehouse just like all the other Wireless companies out there. That is the reason I loved VZW over all the rest bcuz they WERE different!! The reps at this store are ALL sales reps now & are ALL on commission pay! I recently had a phone upgrade but needed to upgrade less than a week early & this store absolutely refused me! So I called customer service & they said yes but only if I ordered it from her!!! You seeing my point here yet?? So I went to the Concord Mall Verizon store which is not a corporate VZW store!! We-R-Wireless is an indirect retailer & doesn't have to follow every VZW corporate rules! So that very day I got my upgrade & even better yet, they gave me an awesome deal on 1st, the razr maxx & a case bcuz they sold out of the galaxy s 3 in white but the very next day they got a bigger shipment of new phones & they held it for me until I could get up there. So that evening I went, we did the even exchange, which again was a great price, & now I'm satisfied & will only go the the concord mall We-R-Wireless VZW authorized retailer! And you should too!! B-) Thanks W-R-W VZW!! VZW corporate, you are definitly SLIPPING & SHOULD SERIOUSLY GO BACK TO THE WAY YOU USED TO BE!! For Real I'm not the only one who feels like this!

If purchasing or upgrading your service or device please review your order in it's entirety before commiting. I visited this store agreeing to upgrade my phone and service ONLY. However, I was added to a contract agreement with Hum without my knowledge. It was done purposely. And the manager (Desmond) did not respond to any inquiries from both Verizon Customer service and myself so that I could return the unused device and cancel my contract without being penalized with an early termination fee. Extremely frustrated.

Such a sad and pathetic place. If you want to be served by not caring and unknowledgeable people, this is the place for you. The first person I encountered did not want to be bothered. When I asked her to assist me in cancelling an online order, she refused to do so despite her saying that she was there to do whatever she could for me. This is despite Verizon customer service saying the store would help me cancel the online order and provide new equipment. When the next person, Dre, had no clue as to help me, he turned to Ronnie, the manager, who also did not know that before he issued identical equipment to a one-user account the first step in the process was to cancel out the online order of the identical equipment. After having enough, I, the customer, had to be the one to call Verizon customer service and they explained to the first woman how she should proceed. She complained again about having to work this time saying she did not understand why I did not want to deal with Dre, which I interpreted not only as her being lazy and uncaring but also as she did not want to help me because she was not getting credit for the sale. Then they were all, including the manager, looking at me like I was the problem. Ronnie, the manager, said that he had conveyed the correct resolution to Dre when neither tried to get the online order cancelled before providing the identical equipment to me. Ronnie's answer was to add a new plan/line and have me spend who know how long on the phone with Verizon correcting the situation. Verizon customer service also suggested a similar solution but they only did so after doing everything on their end to first resolve the issue whereas no one else in the store, including Ronnie, made any such attempts or cared to do so. Unreal. Never again!
