Did not pick up my recycling three times, which they only do monthly of course. With this pandemic nonsense my recycling centers are closed so I relied on this service and it was one star at best. Friendly on the phone, incredibly inconsistent services.
Been a customer for quite sometime. Never had a problem or a complaint. Always took my garbage on time.
Signed up for service outside of Orangeville. This is now the third week in a row that I must call the company to have someone pick up my garbage the next day or two days after schedule day pick up. Always an excuse on why it wasn t picked up. Not satisfied with this company.
I've have used Fought's Disposal Septic Pumping Service for the last 6 years and will be a customer for life! They always friendly, professional and I would highly recommend them.
Highly disappointed with this company. Trash hadn't been picked up in over a week, and yes bill was paid. No notification or any kind of letters to let customers know about the incovience or as to what had been going on. Apparently company had been going through financial issues and had cut employees pay. Heard employees weren't getting paid, checks were bouncing. I'm all about supporting small businesses but a business that can not take care of their employees or customers is not a business that should be supported
