Be aware of the sales representative here. The girl I was working with told me my first bill will be due 30 days from when I started my service. She also told me that I had to get a protection plan for either 17$ or 22$ Per line. She then stated I couldn t decline or choose a cheaper option. Long story short..I call customer service b/c my bill was due in less than 20 days! Customer service also let me know that the sales rep lied to me about my protection plan. I had the right to decline or even choose a plan that was as low as 5$. I understand wanting to up your sales goal but you don t go about it by lying to people. Then let s not forget that she mixed up the phone number for each phone . For my first time with Verizon this incident left a bad taste in my mouth.
