AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was suppose to get a new...

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was suppose to get a new phone on a Saturday, they didn't have it in stock (iPhone 6s) so I ordered it to be shipped to my house on Tuesday but on Sunday some "technical glitch" went wrong in their system. (Their words not mine). Nobody ever called me to let me know that there was a problem. I called them on Tuesday asking where my phone was in the shipping process, they said it never shipped because of the glitch on Sunday and the only reason I knew there was a problem was because I called them. So, in order for my phone to be shipped I have to pay an overdue charge of like 25 dollars. Anyway, long story short, they never have anything in stock and everything has to be "ordered" so you never get the phone the day you're suppose to. And they have absolutely tremendous customer service.
