Terrible, horrible customer service. First, I had to wait about 10 minutes to be served. Now I understand they get busy and 10 minutes wouldn't be bad, but during the time I was waiting, they had only 2 or 3 reps helping customers and another 4 or 5 standing around doing nothing. Plus, two of those people were the FIOS reps whose only purpose is to pounce on you no matter what you're buying and try to convince you to switch to FIOS. But worst of all was they were dishonest. I was there to buy a replacement phone and in the process they added a protection plan that I never agreed to, it was never even discussed. And the price increase for buying the new phone was twice what was explained to me because they were comparing the new cost WITHOUT taxes to my current cost WITH taxes. I'm giving them a score of 1 star because it won't let me post with a score of ZERO stars.
