Extremely upset! Was speaking with a store associate over the phone regarding an order I'm going to be picking up and needed confirmation it was ready and would be OK for me to pick up on Saturday. Unfortunately the associate was rather rude and kept telling me "refer to your emails". I am in no way illiterate & can assure you i reviewed my emails multiple times to no avail but to appease him i went back and checked and tried explaining to him i am not showing the information he says i should see to which he replied "well can you hurry up and explain because i have 7 other people holding!" I couldn't believe it! Especially since i pride VZW for their customer service! I asked to speak to a supervisor and received a big sigh from him before he put me on hold. After about a 2 minute hold, Supervisor Dan picks up and asks what he can help me with. I begin explaining my issue with the representative i just spoke with and in the middle of speaking with him, he cuts me off and says "OK but what is the problem you're having?". If Dan would've listened to me completely, as any supervisor should, he would've understood that what started out as my original simple request turned into a deeper issue. As i am again flabbergasted that I'm being treated this way by a supervisor i try to explain again and result back to the same issue. As a supervisor you're supposed to be more level-headed and kept together compared to the store associates you are supervising. The whole time i was made to feel as though i am bothering them, when they should be helping me without issue considering I've been a loyal customer of VZW for almost 10yrs now and just spent over $700.00. Now i am worried about what kind of confrontation i am going to walk into when i actually get my device. Believe you me, i took this straight to corporate!
