This is absolutely the worst customer service expe...

This is absolutely the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a corporate Verizon Wireless store. The young lady who was trying to assist me at the door was horrible. She never looked up to speak with me as I was trying to provide my phone number. In the meantime another associate wanted to asisst me and I expressed to him that I was being helped already. He insisted. However, he was not able to resolve my issue and proceeded to give me information I was already in possession of when I walked into the store. Then comes a manager (T) she was not helpful at all but did provide me with more information I was already in possession of once I walked into the store. The fact is that there is no one in the store who cares to listen to the customer. They are only trying to sell phones and accessories when you walk into the store. This is a bad model. Understand then be Understood. Great way to sell phones after you have heard the customer! Especially one who has been around 10 years!
