Such a sad and pathetic place. If you want to be served by not caring and unknowledgeable people, this is the place for you. The first person I encountered did not want to be bothered. When I asked her to assist me in cancelling an online order, she refused to do so despite her saying that she was there to do whatever she could for me. This is despite Verizon customer service saying the store would help me cancel the online order and provide new equipment. When the next person, Dre, had no clue as to help me, he turned to Ronnie, the manager, who also did not know that before he issued identical equipment to a one-user account the first step in the process was to cancel out the online order of the identical equipment. After having enough, I, the customer, had to be the one to call Verizon customer service and they explained to the first woman how she should proceed. She complained again about having to work this time saying she did not understand why I did not want to deal with Dre, which I interpreted not only as her being lazy and uncaring but also as she did not want to help me because she was not getting credit for the sale. Then they were all, including the manager, looking at me like I was the problem. Ronnie, the manager, said that he had conveyed the correct resolution to Dre when neither tried to get the online order cancelled before providing the identical equipment to me. Ronnie's answer was to add a new plan/line and have me spend who know how long on the phone with Verizon correcting the situation. Verizon customer service also suggested a similar solution but they only did so after doing everything on their end to first resolve the issue whereas no one else in the store, including Ronnie, made any such attempts or cared to do so. Unreal. Never again!
