Absolutely horrendous service. Ordered goods to the value of 25.95, order number 332670. On arrival the peanut butter was smashed open destroying the entire contents. The box was soggy and as this was bought as a gift, the items inside were destroyed. When customer service was contacted about this, was offered a refund for the peanut butter to the value of 3.99. Explained the other goods had been destroyed, which was clear from the pictures that were sent. No offer of a refund or duplicate order to be sent, despite the condition the order arrived in. Was told the food would still be good, despite the packaging being absolutely destroyed. I would be expected to get destroyed myself attempting to clean everything because of the poor packaging of your products. How long do you think that would take, and then to try to pass it of as a gift is simply unacceptable. do not want to see a public response to contact your customer service again because of the one star review. You have my order number and can contact me if you value new customers and want to make amends for the absolutely horrendous service I have experienced so far by either sending the order again or offering a full refund. It would not be acceptable to sell goods of the shelf if they were covered in peanut butter, and people would certainly not buy them so to have them arrive in this condition and be expected to accept it is unacceptable.
*updated after the response from owner..... you are happy that you "resolved" this by refunding 3.99 for the peanut butter and nothing else for the box of destroyed stock I received, but I am certainly not. Clearly a blatant lie, as this has not been resolved. Hopefully everyone will see how little you value your customers and AVOID
