Even though I really love some of your products, I'm extremely disappointed in you as a company. Creating an automatic subscription and not notifying a customer about it is just awful and you should be ashamed. I only realised what's going on by accident, going through my bank statements and seeing money has been deducted from my account, and I didn't place any new orders. Taking my money without my consent is called stealing and I'm thinking of reporting you. And please, don't even bother writing a generic apology, I already know you don't really care.
