The worst company I have ever come across. Their customer service is shocking. They use an external website to process their orders, they accessed my account and payment details without asking for permission. If you are familiar with the website shopify they normally send you a security text to access your details but Skinny Food didn t do this. When entering a discount code it automatically processed my order without my consent, and funnily enough didn t even take the discount off. Within minutes of this happening I contacted them to cancel it as it hadn t given me chance to update my details and I no longer lived at the address. They said there was nothing they could do because the order had been processed but yet I didn t receive the dispatched email until 5 days later so obviously they could have cancelled it. I have been speaking to them for 5 weeks now to sort it out, and they haven t done anything. Constantly telling me they ve sent me emails to sort it out which obviously they haven t because they don t understand what good customer service is. Customer Service Manager Chloe - said she ll resolve the issue and just said sorry for the inconvenience and now isn t willing to put her words into action. They are a money grabbing business, would not recommend anyone to shop with them.
