1st time I've ordered from here.
I did not realise that I subscribed to the monthly subscription.
1st order came quickly, then I saw that they took another payment and my son said you've subscribed.
2nd purchase did not come and after emailing them they kept saying wait another 10 days.
Time was going on and still nothing.
It gets me annoyed because they are quick to see payment and they are quite local to me.
So after more emails I got a refund, I did not really want to do that because my lads love the syrups.
I will not be ordering anything ever again from skinny food..
I feel they will lose business because they do not seem very promising and professional.....
