Terrible customer service, this seems to be a key theme. I still have the wrong products they refuse to send the correct products. Want me to go to the PO in lockdown whilst I m a vulnerable person due to illness!! Shocking, terrible and has been an upsetting experience all round. Oh and the products are higher in fat and calories than generic products.
