Have you ever had bad service? Well, you think you have... that is until you deal with Skinny Food Company!

Almost 3 weeks after placing an order it's still yet to arrive. Tracking details state it was never handed over to Royal Mail, yet their customer service team state it was, but cant produce any evidence of this at all, instead blaming Royal Mail for having scanning issues.

Now being told i have to wait 20 working days, so a further week+ before they can lodge with Royal Mail a claim. But not until they are satisfied that the package wont arrive will they look to replace or refund.

Sorry but this is not how customer service works, if you can clearly see after a week that your 48 hour tracked parcel hasn't arrived, then you take action immediately and look after your customer. You can make claims through the couriers afterwards.

It's not us to customers to wait over a month because a process in your delivery hasn't gone to plan.

Advice, just don't wast your time or effort with this company.

EDIT : be wary of their automatic subscription service! If you make the mistake (thankfully i didn't) and ordered a subscription you will be sent to an 'informative' you tube video which basically compares them to the like of Amazon and says too bad its your own fault.

Watch this video FIRST! Then decide if you want the hassle of dealing with their customer service team when it all goes balls up!

Used a different company prior to Skinny Food but there s no going back. Protein bars taste like cookies and chocolate, no urge to cheat on a diet , Love them

Be VERY Careful, I am perplexed why I am signed up for the same items I ordered last month and have NOT re ordered! Yet they are taking my Money and sending me duplicate items! It must be some clause if you sign up to because a member!
I have not even opened the original ones I purchased yet!.
I am Not happy with this....

Thought I d leave this review as I was a bit apprehensive as to what the products would be like. Personally I think there are pros and cons. Firstly, my items arrived in good time so I am happy about that. The only downside with the purchasing side of things is that you get automatically opted into a subscription which I wasn t aware of until I did lots of research. I then created an account as I d checked out as a guest in order to be able to cancel for weekly delivery. In terms of the taste - the two chocolate spreads I ordered are very tasty however I know that there is very little calorie difference between the skinny food co versions and the full sugar chocolate spreads in terms of cals. The only difference is that a serving size for the spread is 5g for skinny food co and 37g for Nutella. Despite this the products are delicious. I also ordered syrups which were okay..not wonderful. A little bit watery and lacking in flavour but I can t expect too much from a product which is zero calorie. I could maybe add these to coffee but probably wouldn t repurchase.

We have tried multiple spreads, sauces and syrups with a few firm favourites. We thought Nutella was our go too until we tried Skinny Food white chocolate spread the BEST spread ever!!! And even better 92% less sugar perfect for little ones for a healthier yet better alternative. The Easter cream syrup is delicious and peanut butter perfect for my morning smoothie. I can now have all the Sauces and spreads I want with zero guilt, and so many are vegan friendly what more could I want.

Skinny food now has there biggest fan! What s even better is they now stock their products in Morrisons so perfect for those on the go, multiple syrups, spreads, sauces and snacks to choose from.

I ordered some sauces and syrups at the start of August and as we go into the start of September, I am still yet to receive them. Every time I have reached out to customer services, they have said to wait a week as it is with royal mail but this is not acceptable. At what point does something get declared lost and be resent or refunded!? The generic responses to the reviews on here are shameful and a true reflection of their respect (or lack of) for their customers who have probably kept them going through this pandemic.

I can't praise you enough, trying to find descent tasting sauces when your dieting is nigh on impossible. We initially tried 4 of your products and loved then we now have over 20 and love them all. Massive thanks to you.

Love the products from the skinny food co as bodybuilder some of food I have to eat can be bland and not very appetising but it s what we eat but having zero calorie sauces to add to my food really makes a big difference yes the price is slightly higher but it s cheap to eat junk and expensive to eat clean that s the world we live in but can t recommend these guys enough easy to order plenty of choice and good delivery shame I can only give them 5 stars I d happily give more if possible

Bought the mayonnaise from Morrisons. Inedible. Slimey and vile. Had I had my glasses on and been able to read the list of ingredients I would have known better. Water and chemicals. Why are people even allowed to sell this noxious rubbish.

Well what can I say ? I have never found a brand more accommodating and eager to help. I've emailed customer service on numerous occasions with queries, some being really silly, and they never failed to answer me. As you can see I've become quite a fan in the few months I've been using skinnyfoodco and 90% of what I've ordered/received as free gifts, I would certainly buy again !
I love the products so much that I literally can't have a breakfast without something from their range. My favourites include the chocolate spread, bubblegum / Billionaires shortbread / custard & golden syrup, the full mallow and marsh range which I LOVE ! They also do these new chocoholic snack pots that are an absolute delight ! I have a box of those hehe. Also they stock loads of vegan. And I mean LOADS, the range is huge! Whether you're diabetic, sugar conscious, dieting or living the keto life, you'll find something you love here.
I've posted a few of the things I've made with the skinnyfood items, I particularly enjoy using the baking products....super easy and fun and even my fiance doesn't mind the swaps ! His waistline is thankful too !
If you're still unsure if these are right for you, then may I suggest the Sachet Sample Pack. You get a selection of sauces and syrups to try and then you know what ones are for you ! That's what I did and I quickly discovered that I'm all about the sweet stuff !
I've also had the pleasure of trying all the spice range.....epic ! Dinners will never be the boring bland again! Complete game changer, especially for someone like me who doesn't eat a vast amount of meat, these really do make my meals.

I give SkinnyFoodCo a 10/10 !!

Having placed an order, the website only requested details limited to my email address and post code. What I now know is that you have to be imaginative enough to somehow place extra detail in there. Reason for this hindsight didcovery being, a delivery was attempted and deemed unsuccessful by Royal Mail (and dy returned to skinnyfoods). I then found out the company makes no refunds or redeliveries. Instead they ask you to pay again to have the item re-delivered. Which is what I did.... and I still have never heard from them again. Which in effect means they use this as a ruse to scam people of money (both from a hypothetical product and a redelivery charge) and only occasionally deliver "genuine" orders only so as to maintain the appearance of being authentic when actually they are scammers.

MASSIVE fan of Skinny Food and all their sauces and syrups! It's great service here too which makes shopping so much better - thank youuu

Have placed a few orders now and very happy with them all

I ordered a week ago and emailed within 24 hours to ask to cancel, but was told that was not possible as my order had already been started... yet 6 days later my order hasn't been dispatched and I have contacted them and they are saying its around 7 days for dispatch and then another however many for delivery.

I understand that lockdown has caused some delays, but you should let customers know that there will be a huge wait before they place an order.

I would also assume if it's taking 7 days to prepare an order for dispatch, you should have been able to cancel my order the day after it had been placed.

A 7 day+ delay to dispatch is not acceptable when all other companies are able to turn orders around in a timely fashion. And you should be making customers aware of this before they order!!

Terrible customer service - they just want money and don't care about the customer.

**UPDATE - Skinny Food Co Replied to say speak to customer services - which I already have been doing and they have been no help except to basically tell me to deal with it! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Also they have tried to have my review taken down on Trustpilot by saying it was not a review based on a genuine order - thankfully I have my order confirmation email to prove that it was.

Now they are trying to pass the buck onto Royal Mail - saying the delay is their fault - but my order still has not been dispatched - so I can't see how that could possibly be the case! BEWARE - these guys are absolutely the lowest of the low and try and get all negative reviews removed!

My wife has still not received her order from the 2nd Feb or had a refund poor

The syrups are delicious with lots of flavours and new ones added on a regular basis. The mallow dips are to die for and very low in calories. Good value for money and always lots of offers
