Terrible customer service. I ordered quite a few items to be delivered to Europe, I waiting patiently for nearly 3 weeks. One day the tracking information said it had been delivered, well it hadn't, as I work from home I could not have missed it. I contacted their "customer service department" (it's a joke of a department) and I was told I had to call the royal mail to get a reference to prove that my package was lost before they could do anything. I spent an hour waiting to contact Royal Mail for them to tell me their contact is with the sender and the sender had to be make the claim. I reported this back to "customer service" and I was told that there was nothing they could do as this was company policy?!?! This is the 1st time that I have had to chase the courier service when I have bought something. Avoid ordering from here
