Absolutely awful company. The sauces taste disgusting and artificial as well as like plastic. They trick you into subscription and send you an immediate package the following week or in my case within days charged for an item I didn't even want. I immediately told them the minute I received the email to say they will process the package that day, to stop it as I didn't subscribe or definitely didn't intend to. They then said it's too late, further stating I need to return it without mentioning that the returns are not free. I will be reporting them to trading standards. I am owed all of my money back. Please do not order from them and the customer service is applalling. If an elderly person decided to order from them, they would be completely duped.

One star is too much.... I m very very dissapointed with company and customer service!! I ve place an order once and I was excited.... however... I got 4 invoices so far, they charged my 4 times!!!!!!!!!!!!!! .... even if I placed order only ONCE! I m keep getting invoices , today I got another one! And of course money was deducted from my bank account... I emailed company few times already without any replay!!! I tried FB page, no response!!! AVOID that company .... never again!

These guys are AMAZING! So many different choices... We are yet to try them all! So far our favourite is BBQ Honey! SOOOOO GOOOODDDDDD! Give em a shot! Healthy than other options. Great taste Zero Sugar, Zero Calories! What else could you want?!

To start with I just ordered the sample pack which was a great way to trial products without having to pay a lot of money.
Since then I ve ordered a few times and just love the fact that I feel like I m having a treat whether it be dressing on salad,sauce on fruit or flavouring in a coffee.
On one occasion I had a problem with my order as I d made a mistake but on contacting their customer services they immediately sorted it out.
I d highly recommend their products and their customer service,delivery too.

I ordered the chocolate spread and cookie mix from The Skinny Food Co. The order process was easy and my delivery arrived when they said it would. The chocolate spread is so good! I honestly can't believe how delicious it is! I haven't tried the cookie mix yet but I'm excited to! I would highly recommend ordering the spreads. So much flavour for so few calories!

These sauces are a really game changer. Rarely have a meal without adding one of these flavours. Honey BBQ is my particular favourite to add to my meal prep.

Your company is disgraceful every week taking money out of account cancelled subscription and still trying to take money out my bank. Youe foods are not that great at all to even order a second lot never mind a 3rd lot. Wouldn't recommend at all

BEWARE!! Before I ordered I wish I d read all of the reviews that said they deduct money without your consent and do not have a phone number or respond to emails. Unfortunately none of my emails have been replied to nor has my money been returned so my bank are now investigating. I m reporting their unethical practice to Trading Standards. Be aware that if you have a problem with this company they will totally leave you high and dry. Thankfully it s not a huge amount of money but on principle I intend to fight it as far as court if necessary as they should not be allowed to trade in this despicable manner.

The savoury sauces are so unbelievably sweet that all you can taste is sweetener. It has no other flavour and surprises me that even the garlic mayo is sweet!! Garlic mayo shouldn't be sweet!! I would not recommend these sauces.

My experience with this company has been appalling. Not only did the products give me an upset stomach but upon contacting the company to discuss this I was told that it isn't possible and it must be my own fault. I still have a range of the products unopened that I was happy to return but the company delayed the process so much that I am now outside the window of opportunity for this. I have sent in a formal letter of complaint (first class) and was told this hadn't been received. When I chased again, I was referred to by the wrong name and once again told it was my own fault that these products made my stomach upset. I have never experienced such rude, and awful service in my life. Unfortunately, the products that didn't upset my stomach were brilliant however I can guarantee I will never order from this company again. I have requested a refund finally (as this was not what I was hoping for initially) and they will not even consider this as once again, it is apparently my fault that this has happened. Even with all of this going on for about 6 weeks, I didn't want to leave a negative review in the hope that this would be resolved, however I am now at the end of my tether.

I am such a huge fan of Skinnyfoods and have so many of their amazing products. Their range is extensive! I especially love the steak sauce, the salted caramel sauce, the sweet chilli sauce and garlic mayo. The coffee creamer is also delicious! My partner is very healthy so he really does love this brand also. We are a household that loves condiments etc and having a healthier version is just superb. We highly recommend this brand!

Myself and my partner ordered separately.
We both made sure we clicked on the 'one time purchase only' We however both recieved the same orders a week later and was charged again without making any further orders.
We both emailed their customer service asking why we have had our first order twice and charged twice when we only ordered once. We received a response saying we have a subscription with them for the order to be sent weekly. I replied asking how I had subscription with them when I didn't even have an account with them and why when I chose a one time only purchase.
In order to cancel the subscription I never even asked for/signed up for I had to create an account with them just to be able to cancel the subscription (again that I never signed up for).
In the time awaiting for a response I received another order and was charged once again! I ordered a variety taster pack of sauces just to try them before I brought any larger bottles, they would only refund me if I paid for them to be sent back. It would have cost more money to send them back than the refund itself!
My partner did however make an account with them when purchasing his first order, he was also informed he had a subscription with them too. He went into his account and it confirmed he had no subscriptions however he was still being charged and sent the same order over and over again.
We have now blocked card payments to this company via the bank.

It is a real shame as I really liked the sauces and would have been a returing customer if we had not have experienced this, I will never order again!

I have now tried their coffee creamers and I must say that they taste absolutely awful, this paired with their notoriously bad customer service is a good enough reason to never order from this company again. Also as a heads up to any potential customers, you cannot return the products, so if you hate them, too bad apparently!

I've always had a positive experience shopping here. The delivery times are very reasonable, especially considering Covid, people need to remember work places are having to abide to strict distancing which effects the speed they can complete warehouse orders. Royal Mail are still days behind on committed time orders so this suggests they are dispatching the orders quickly.

Would highly recommend to anyone doing a Keto diet that isn't hung up on 'clean keto' and won't touch sucralose. These sauces, jams and flavour drops are a game changer! I love the banana drops for enhancing flavoured whey isolate but they are also perfect for Greek yogurt and quark flavouring! I just tried the cheesecake on for the first time and hubby is obsessed and it saves me making keto cheesecakes as he's diabetic.

The products are pretty impressive, still shocked they can make a custard sauce that tastes of custard without sugar. My son started Weight Watchers during lockdown and I thought it was worth trying their sauces but expected to get the usual response he has to sugar free foods! He now tells me when his BBQ one is nearly up so he doesn't run out. The only sauce we haven't liked was the thousand island but I usually make my own with home-made mayo so it was expecting too much! I follow a Keto diet and hubby is diabetic and we all love the sauces, it's fantastic to have instant sauces with no sugar. The jams are really impressive, best option we've ever found with no added sugar and they don't taste synthetic like the other options - plus fruit is the main ingredient (65% in strawberry). My son is the only one who can try the chocolate spread (maltitol) but he said it's really good and he doesn't miss that popular brand! I will say the coffee syrups are sweet going by the salted caramel, so great if you want to replace sugar. I haven't had sugar in coffee or tea since I was 12 so for me it wasn't pleasant in coffee but it's good on keto pancakes!

Sucralose does vary in GI (anything from 0-80) so if you are a diabetic I recommend checking blood sugar response. None of the sucralose products from here trigger any spikes in us so I'd say they are at the low end. I've been using them on Keto for 6 months now with no issue and my husband's sugar levels are better since he's had sugar free options available.

Brilliant company, food is delish and tastes good, sauces do take a while to get used too but love all the snack bits, the porridge is yummy. Will be buying more :)

Terrible company! I recently ordered some of the syrups. Firstly I found them to be watery and lacking any real flavour instead tasting very chemically. Secondly the day after my order arrived I find a notification that a second order is on it's way to me. I had been signed up to a subscription service that I did not authorise or want! Who can possibly go through an entire bottle of syrup in a week even if it was vaguely edible!? I see from other reviews now that I am not the first to be conned like this. Customer service do not help either and you are left with the bill. I shall not be using this company in future!

I am a new customer to the Skinny Food Co and have yet to try any of their products therefore i am basing this review only on the business and customer service, not the products. I wont waste my time writing extensive comments outlining the problems i faced, a good company should have already identified things that irritate customers from the reviews i read here and fixing them. I will therefore summarise:
1) The website from first visit bombards the life out of you with popups - for offers and marketing gimics that annoy the heck out of you. The website also loads very slowly on some pages which i lost interest in very quickly.
2) I ordered 3 sauces as a one off and by default i was enrolled in a subscription for further orders whereby the company can help myself to my bank account indefinitely. Perhaps there is some obscure box the customer has to DEACTIVATE to prevent a subscription but by DEFAULT you are enrolled. I then had to create an account on their website to cancel the subscription. I have seen other companies do this and it is despicable. I'd imagine many a elderly person has fallen prey to this behavior. I wonder if the BBC's Watchdog program would be interested in this.
3) I ordered at 06:58am, realised i was forced into a subscription and at 08:25am emailed to cancel my order. I immediately received an email back from one of their representatives with a stock email that didnt address my cancellation. Later in the day after sending several more emails they told me it was now too late to cancel and the goods ARE BEING SHIPPED whether i wanted them or not. If they would've cancelled my order after my first email i would not have to pay for return postage when i send the products back for a refund. This is another tactic of a bad company - delay response until the goods are shipped and then maybe the customer will get bored and keep the products rather than pay to send back for a refund.
4) My opinion only: The glowing reviews on their website are fake. No-one seems to have had any issue with the above (obviously repeatable) problems. There are also reviews on TrustPilot that corroborate this.

I hope this review actually makes it to the company owner and it dawns on him that reputation is king. Bad business practices such as the above will eventually lead to bad reviews and your sales will fall.

What a fantastic company with fantastic products, I started buying these products as I was on a diet when we went into lockdown and with their sauces, syrups to add flavour to my breakfast and my other meals I actually lost 3 stone due to low in sugar and carbs etc in their products. I would definitely 100% recommend this company and their products, I have already told many friends and family so far.

I placed an order for 5 items but only 4 were delivered after contacting customer services to report the missing item I m getting no response. I have emailed them several times but they don t respond, save your money and don t bother!
Tge syrups & coffee that s I ordered were nice and taste great it s just very annoying paying for goods you don t receive.
They really need to sort the customer services side of things.

This company has come on leaps and bounds since their launch a short time ago.
Communication is very good, customer service is brilliant and products are fabulous.
I have lost over 6 stone and these products have been a contributing factor, allowing me to satisfy my sweet tooth without the calories.

Following Keto diet this online shop is an awesome place to find a wide range of foods, and also affordable. But the best part of it is, that all the products I have purchased taste absolutely delicious, I would not switch back to sugary foods. I will remain a customer and recommend it always. Great company!

I ordered about 6 of theses sauces and I m very disappointed. I didn t expect them to be as good as the real thing but some of them are totally disgusting
The Brown Sauce is the worst. Watering and has the most vile taste. 2nd the thousand island dressing. Yuk

Having had some recent health issues I decided I needed to change my eating habits. I am diabetic so I made my first order in July 2020. I ordered some of the flavour drops so I can make my Chia puddings tastier. The ones I ordered were very nice so I ordered more.I then tried some of the syrups to add to my morning porridge, and again they are also nice(My favourite up to now is the Butterscotch).I have also tried the Skinny Noodles. They smell a bit when first opened but a quick rinse and they are fine. Up to now, I have lost 10lb and have more than halved my daily dose of Insulin.I have just put my sixth order in and no doubt I will be trying many of their other products eventually.Thank you Skinny Food Co.

Sign you up to a subscription without your consent and very poor customer service when you try to solve the issue. Basically refuse to help you at all...

If you haven t tried it yet get on to skinny foods website and try products of your choice it s sugar free fat free gluten free .

The chocolate spreads are to die for. If you have any problems they are very quick to solve them and are very helpful.

I absolutely love this brand. Its delicious and is exactly what the slogan says .... not guilty. I recommend this company for anyone trying to be healthier.

I ordered a week ago and emailed within 24 hours to ask to cancel, but was told that was not possible as my order had already been started... yet 6 days later my order hasn't been dispatched and I have contacted them and they are saying its around 7 days for dispatch and then another however many for delivery.

I understand that lockdown has caused some delays, but you should let customers know that there will be a huge wait, before they place an order.

I would also assume if it's taking 7 days to prepare an order for dispatch, you should have been able to cancel my order within 24 hours after it had been placed.

A 7 day+ delay to dispatch is not acceptable when all other companies are able to turn orders around in a timely fashion. And you should be making customers aware of this before they order!!

Terrible customer service - they just want money and don't care about the customer.

**UPDATE - Skinny Food Co Replied to say speak to customer services - which I already have been doing and they have been no help except to basically tell me to deal with it! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Also they have tried to have my review taken down on Trustpilot by saying it was not a review based on a genuine order - thankfully I have my order confirmation email to prove that it was.

Now they are trying to pass the buck onto Royal Mail - saying the delay is their fault - but my order still has not been dispatched - so I can't see how that could possibly be the case! BEWARE - these guys are absolutely the lowest of the low and try and get all negative reviews removed!

I bought the chocaholic spread, the sweet chilli sauce, the tomato ketchup and the Christmas pudding syrup as well as getting the white chocolate syrup for free. Only the chocaholic spread is edible.

I went to the website and I was looking at the products, and I was getting quite excited about them all, especially the zero cal syrups because I'm doing keto and it's great when you can find good syrup swaps to flavour yoghurt or desserts without the sugar. I struggled a little bit to find clear nutritional information about any items but from the pictures I could pretty much tell what was in each thing, so I thought I'd give them a go.

The delivery was on time, they said between 5 and 7 business days so I was happy when it arrived the week after I ordered. However, when I opened the bottles I was almost sick on the spot.

The chocaholic spread is the nicest out of the things I bought, and it tastes chocolatey and has a good Nutella like texture, but I bought it because I believed it to be low carb, assuming it would be made mainly of hazelnuts. It has less hazelnuts than actual Nutella! It's half carbs, so not what I was after, but it does taste good so I'll keep it for when I'm not dieting. I can't say the same for the rest...

The sweet chilli is abhorrent. It's got a revolting semisweet taste that reminds me of vomit with a tiny hint of heat. The texture was uncomfortable and it did not look glossy like a normal sweet chilli sauce. I was really unhappy about this one. Straight in the bin.

Onto the next, the tomato ketchup. I opened this, and all I could smell was vinegar. I thought okay, it might smell vile but it might taste reasonable. I was wrong! It didn't taste like tomatoes, or sharp and sweet like your usual Heinz variety, it tasted off and sick and wrong. It reminded me of the cheap catering ketchup you get at the side of chip vans, except with the added stomach churning sweetener aftertaste. Again, straight in the bin.

When you think of Christmas pudding, you think of rich, fruity, warm, spiced cake with an indulgent sauce, ablaze with a flame. Cinnamon and cloves, allspice and nutmeg, ginger and full of brandy. Not at all like what I received in the bottle of skinny food co sauce. It smelled like mouthwash and stale air, had the consistency of Calpol, and was the unmistakable epitome of pure brown. I'm not even exaggerating when I say this, it was disgusting. It just didn't really have a taste either aside from the vomit inducing sweetener that this company love to use.

Finally, the white chocolate syrup. Or rather, it wasn't white, it was hearing aid beige. I can see why this syrup was free. It tasted nothing like chocolate. It was a slightly sweet, slightly savory unpleasant taste, which accompanied by the lumpy consistency made me feel very ill.

Bought their sauces as I am looking for a good alternative to the syrups and sauces I like. The price was reasonable and I wasn't fussed with paying a tenner for 2 sauces. Sauces came - not so great. Disgusting actually. IF eaten alone. When mixed with greek yoghurt, it doesn't taste so bad...
A month later, I receive another box with the same sauces but I figure it is a mistake as I have not ordered a new set of sauces. Today I go to check my account and they have taken ANOTHER payment off my card. It would be okay if I had chosen to go for a subscription but I saw that option and CATEGORICALLY DID NOT select it. There is no direct debit on my account so I assume the payment was taken manually. As one would expect for such a fraudulent company, there is no number to contact them on. I have had to cancel my card and I am so livid at the blatant theft and dishonesty. Reading other reviews, it is apparent that this is their MO. It is a great shame and disappointment and I want to let Skinny Food know that I will be raising a complaint with the Office of Trading standards!

I ordered 4 sauces 2 jams and the chocolate spread. Loved the jams and chocolate. The sauces seemed a bit heavy on sweeteners. The tomato sauce has 2grm salt which is a little bit high. I was surprised about the size of the sauces. 250 but some I purchased at Pennells of Lincoln were 425

Just ordered from this company and it came today. Was very excited but very let down. We ordered a few syrups but amazingly they all taste so similar, are incredibly slimy and leave a very bad taste in your mouth. We ordered a creamer also which also had a similar poor aftertaste.

I cannot get my head around the texture or the taste of these and I feel like I have wasted a my money on this product. I would not recommend and wish I could get my money back.

I have indulged in the salted caramel syrup, and the hazelnut chocoholic spread and I am a customer for life! Nothing bad to say about the products I ve currently had, and I love that I can eat sweet without a huge worry about the calorific content! Can t wait to have a go at making the chocolate chip flapjacks

Really good service here, placed a new order which was confirmed, however seems there was an issue with Royal Mail and order failed to materialise. I contacted help desk and without a quibble the order was re processed and sent out again, well pleased.

Yet to find something I don t like! I now prefer these over my regular sauces!

I ordered as I have in faith many times for some supplies. I did not click subscribe and save at the end. Received the order and all correct but then a week later the same order. They advise me I have a subscribed account yet when I log in my email which they sent me order confirmation reads I do not have an account! Messaged them on Facebook dreadful service. Trying to sort out with customer service and not getting anywhere fast. I won t be a returning customer as I really feel like fraud has been committed - have report them to hsbc fraud department!

Was excited about the sauces... especially the nacho cheese. Ordered the garlic and herb, nacho cheese, and piri piri(or something similar) along with vanilla coffee creamer. Arrived today and they are terrible. All very sweet and like dessert sauces with a bad after taste. Will most likely throw them out. The dessert sauses may well be alright but not these.

I've only given 1 star review because as quick as delivery was and the products are good what I didnt like is apparantly when you order from them as a guest they sign you up to a subscription without even making a account and a week after they took the money for my first order they then took the same money again and I had a email saying the exact same order has been ordered again. Now theres no way we could get through 1 bottle of syrup in a week let alone 4 so when I contacted them about this I was just given a link to a subscription page on their website which isn't useful at all turns out to delete a subscription you have to actually set up a account first then go through many different pages until you finally find the page to delete the subscription that I didnt want in first place. I'm still yet to receive a reply about a refund as I cancelled the order before it was shipped this shouldn't be a problem. Wont be recommending to anyone

Ordered the mystery box, a packet of double chocolate coffee and one of the packets of chocolate crispy snacks and loved most the products.

In the mystery box I got the skinny custard which tastes exactly like any other custard, apricot jam which is amazing! Pancake mix and original mayo. The only product out of it all that I didn't like was the mayo which just tasted wrong but everything else was amazing!

Will be ordering again although I would recommend to pay for priority delivery as the free delivery took around 10 days despite being sent via 48 hour courier, I believe this is because they prioritise the orders for people who pay for priority delivery.

This is a real review from a real customer - all other highly rated reviews are either paid for as i know this company plough money into their advertising!
Do not waste your money on these products. I ordered the breakfast bundle as well as the baking bundle.
Baking Bundle:
I made most of these items and threw the rest away, all of the products tasted of sweetener (i like sweetener but all of them had WAY too much in them!)
The brownies & Cupcakes went mouldy after a day!! (wish i had taken a picture as it was really bad)
From the breakfast bundle - I tried the pancakes and they are more like soggy crepes! - The golden syrup is slimy and not nice at all!
The chocolate spread is actually more calories than a normal chocolate spread by 20 calories per 100G! i was shocked when i investigated this as the real stuff tastes much better, so why bother!
Overall i would not order from here again - the images on the packages are clearly made from cardboard and do not resemble the real product! Please be weary when ordering from this company. (Also my order took 3 weeks to arrive).

Keep sending repeat order which apparently I had subscribed to. I then had to create an account to cancel the subscription, which I did. Today I receive an email to say order on its way! So once again they have taken money out of my account for an order I didn t place! This is a nightmare I really can t believe this. I can not afford for this to keep happening.

I ordered the original mayonnaise. This product in no way resembles mayonnaise and is strangely sweet as well as being tasteless and very runny. My view is that it is horrible. I would also recommend that people read the returns policy before ordering as you have to pay for returning the parcel and the original postage is deducted from any refund.

Brilliant, a god send, I started using them when I was on sliming world, i have now moved in with my Diabetic father and he loves them! we have starting eating a lot more salads which is great. Good texture because this is something I was worried about and fantastic taste. My definite go to for sauce.

Disappointed bought the ketchup barbecue white chocolate doesn't taste nice to wattery waste of my money!!!

Appalling customer service. Broken products, ruined delivery, and a nasty cut from one of the lids. Refused to provide a copy of the complaints procedure. They've been provided with details and the images.
Update: I have a already contacted customer service - but they take longer to respond and are far less pleasant. Still refusing to provide a copy of their complaints procedure.

I ordered two sauces from Skinny Food Co on 27/05/2020; Golden Syrup and Salted Caramel. I received the package a week later on 03/06/2020 and it contained one syrup, which was the Fruit Salad.

I emailed them, and was asked for a photo of the product, the packaging, the order slip and to confirm my order details. Since that, it has taken pretty much a whole week to get my order posted out to me, and it probably won't be here until the end of the week at least, totaling just shy of 2 and a half weeks since I ordered.

They told me that they could refund me 25% of the order, or they would cover the cost of the postage to return the item I was sent, and that they would only post the sauces I ordered once I had sent proof that their product had been returned to them. I told them on Friday 05/06/2020 that I would post the items on Monday 08/06/2020, which I did. They then sent me a prepaid label on Monday afternoon (after I had posted the item back) and despite me providing proof of postage, will not provide me a refund. I told them that ideally I would have needed to know it would be a prepaid label, and they responded with 'we did state we would cover the cost'.

It has been described to me as a 'rare mistake', however looking at the reviews it doesn't seem to be that uncommon.

Very disappointed all taste the same and not in a good way really should have read these reviews first ! All straight in the bin!

I have been so impressed with every purchase from The Skinny Food Co. The sauces, snacks, spreads, coffees (and more) are all so delicious, whilst being guilt free! Delivery has always been great and there are always fab offers available - a wonderful business I will continue to support.

I have ordered a few times, I am delighted with the maple syrup, which I use to make flap jacks, which the kids love. I am not a great lover of the syrups on foods as I find them really sweet. But great to cook with. The chocolate spread is a massive hit. Just waiting for you to make a white chocolate hazelnut spread.

Excellent option and selection of syrups if you want to reduce sugar intake and are okay with sweeteners.
The taste is milder than the real thing but does the job perfectly.

One of the worst customer services i have ever experienced. If they send you the wrong items you have absolutely no chance at getting the correct product. SHOCKING.
11 days after complaint and still not sorted. They should be ashamed of how they treat customers.

The chocolate spread I ordered is super tasty, but the hazelnut coffee; not so much! It tastes a little plastic like, fake, like sweeteners. Ive tried mixing it with regular coffee to make it more palatable.

The website is a little confusing too and you need to be careful - or you could easily end up in a subscription.

I'll be back for more spreads, but haven't plucked up the courage to try anything else yet after the coffee.

Very disappointed. I ordered 3 flavoured coffees, I received 2 of the correct ones and the third was a different flavour from what I had ordered. Contacted the company, and was told they could only offer a 25% refund on the incorrect item or I would have to send it back to receive the correct one. As we re in a pandemic, I did not want to go through the trouble of sending it back so I accepted the refund of a whole 62p. I had to send photos of my incorrect order and ordering slip twice and waited long between email replies. It s such a shame their customer service isn t up to scratch because their salted caramel syrup is actually really nice.

Love love love their products especially the sweet sauces. I m sure with out them I couldn t have lost 2 stone as I have a sweet tooth. Keep up the good work

So listen up! Some of the Skinny Syrups taste better than the others- maybe it s a matter of preference, maybe not, but you can totally go for Custard, Chocolate Orange, Maple Syrup, Salted Caramer, Cookies and Cream, Butter Scotch and you will not be disappointed Great for coffee and fab desserts toppers! In others you can just taste chemistry :-/

Awesome tasting products and mostly zero fat and calories. Many items moreish including my favourites the white chocolate spread and sweet and sour sauce is so authentic tasting without the fat! Win win. I highly recommend you try these products you won't be disappointed

We love every single syrup and sauce that they have. My coffee is so much tastier and I don t have to use any sugar anymore. Every breakfast I make is healthy and sugar free now with all their sugar free syrups and they re also vegan ! Chemical tasting, horrible aftertaste in every product I ve tried. The mayonnaise especially is vile

Terrible customer service. Waited 8 days before contacting them to see where my items were to be given a generic response using corona virus as an excuse and then saying it was Royal Mail with the delays. Thats quite funny as in my business I use Royal Mail and items are still delivered the next day or within 48hours. I think they are happy to take your money but then you have to wait for stock whilst they think of every excuse they can. Im still waiting for my items which I needed tomorrow otherwise I cant give them as a present to a friend before the holidays.
Skinny Food Company, I really feel that you need to start being honest with customers. There are now other competitors in the market growing rapidly and with the reviews I am seeing, you will push customers elsewhwere. Appalling service goes noticed and with social media you are getting a bad name, hence the 3 or 4 sale emails you send out a day.... Treat people with respect and dont send a generic email out that is full of lies and excuses.

Expensive and very chemically tasting with the consistency of snot. I was so disappointed when i received my order.

Excellent service and products I use the skinny food co on a regular basis and really enjoy the products Would recommend.

Currently in debate with these guys as they "can't" resend or refund my order after having arrived smashed due to insufficient packaging (two jars in a box with no protection) unless I stick my hand into the shattered glass to take a photo of the packing slip .. it's not that they don't believe me, oh no, it's just the two photos I sent them clearly showing the smashed mess somehow isn't enough proof .. laughable, really.

My order has come incomplete, I have sent several emails and had no responce, very disappointing. Quick to take your money, very slow to respond to emails.
No way of communicating other than email.

When I saw their video of making a mocha coffee I thought it looked nice but wondered why the woman at the end of it didn't have a drink of it...now I know why.


The taste of the cookie dough was vile and it made me feel very sick . The white chocolate sauce was not nice.. it all left an after taste in my mouth and everything tastes like plastic.. .
The coffee wasn't very nice either which is a shame. I won't be ordering again from this company and I definitely DONT recommend them.

18/6/20:UPDATE: Giving out a generic response, telling me to contact customer services... I already did that

The spreads are insane, so good! Some of the syrups and sauces are more artificial tasting but then the ones that are good are absolutely amazing!

Love this company. As someone on a slimming journey, these products are a lifesaver. The syrups are to die for & the barista flavours are gorgeous in coffee. Im now trying the pizza sauce to make my slimming pizzas with. Customer service is fantastic & delivery is excellent. 100% recommend!

Had one of my friend recommend the skinny food company and I have to say I will be back for more. The products taste great and the delivery was very fast. I had some initial enquiries and the customer support team were very helpful.

I'm so happy that this website exists! There aren't many like it in the UK. You can find tonnes of no-fat items, but sugar free? Forget about it. So for me, the Skinny Food Co. is a dream come true.
I order from them regularly and have recently discovered their fruity spreads which are very Keto-friendly. My favourite is the Apricot one, but have now ordered one of each and can't wait to try them all.
I love the coffee creamer and the chocolate spread, even though the latter isn't 100% keto, but I have a spoonful every now and again, just to calm down the cravings.
They ship quickly and usually send some great gifts with the purchases, which enable you to try many of their products before buying them.
