I have been buying these products for a while and have had no issues. The products are brilliant, however, the "customer service" is diabolical. I placed an order 2 weeks ago which still hasn't arrived, I have been fobbed off at every opportunity and ignored by their "customer support" team. I resorted to commenting on Facebook posts to get a response and they just remove my comments. Absolutely disgusting.
