Shocking service. Ordered 9 items and only 3 showe...

Shocking service. Ordered 9 items and only 3 showed up. Tracking and shipping said all had been delivered. No chance could they have missed it as one of the items missing was a box of 12 bars! And the box I recieved was too small to fit any of it in.
Have emailed customer service before you suggest that and am still waiting for a response. Asked to send over order number and various pictures of packaging, packaging slip, items delivered, confirm address etc etc. Have done all of this and still heard nothing.

I'm writing this in hope someone doesn't get conned like me.

Do not suggest I email your customer support. You have many emails sitting in this inbox from me so please reply!
