SONY scams consumers of their products. The SONY XPERIA Z1 is not waterproof and the warranty does not cover liquid damage specifically, indicating that it is acting in bad faith. I have a Z1 taking pictures in the pool, my daughter turned off and has not turned on again and SONY has told me that it is irreparable, but that they will not fix it or give me another. I have had it for 10 months and the warranty lasts 2 years but it does not cover it !!! IT IS NOT WATER RESISTANT !!! LIE !!!

The Sony A630 is garbage. It's so sensitive, the kit lens cannot handle ANY wear and tear. Even as little as taking it in and out of your bag, it's too delicate to handle. And don't get me started with the constant overheating issues, and the horrible menu interface. If you're thinking about getting one, don't!

Your italian customer support and dealers are the worst I have ever experienced in my life. They are only able to say sorry but not solve issues! Unbelievable that such a big company works with distributors with no product knowledge and unprofessional customer service.

Look into Indian market specific issues. lots of issues posted in consumer complaint portal for sony television.sony bravia television just started with dark vertical lines with in 2 years, it's clearly proves that manufacturing quality issue by sony.around 2-3 years fair usage from the purchase date television got horizontal or vertical dark line is not accepted.where the sony quality maintained? why customer need to spend again huge amount, for less quality product by sony? Time to work on indian market specific issues, before sony loses the brand name earned.

Poor customer support. Only a sample email is sent that does not deal with the topic. I bought Black Desert Online. Even after numerous attempts to optimize and the test on other devices, the game runs jerkily and the various PS4 devices crash! Refund will be refused. Can only advise against this company.
