Bought sugar free vanilla syrup from these guys. When I opened the Jiffy bag a plume of dust came out, the protective layer in the Jiffy bag had disintegrated presumably due to age? Anyway, I got the syrups out and there were a few ants which I didn t think too much about as they were on the outside of the bottles and it is syrup, plus I wasn t sure if they were from the inside of the old disintegrated Jiffy bag. When I tried the syrup it wasn t good, tastes very artificial - I bought it for coffee which people had recommended but it didn t go at all. A few days later I had quite a few ants in my apartment, as I live on the sixth floor this is not something I have ever experienced before and realised it must have been because of the packaging from the syrup so I wrote to them to complain. The girl Chloe was very defensive and dismissive, saying many people enjoy their syrups and nobody had ever complained about the things I had, almost insinuating I was lying. As a result I ve given up but thought it would be worth giving everyone else a heads up.
