One of the customer service staff was very rude. I had a phone call from T&T honda to remind me of annual maintenance services. I asked her the estimated cost for the oil change only without maintenance services because I think I had a deal for a free oil change when I got this car. But she kept informing me the cost includes the checkup services with too much detailed information as to how important to take the annual service. I also kept asking her like so how much is the cost for the oil change only because I didn't get it. Perhaps there was an answer in the long sentence she answered, but I kept asking because I didn't understand it clearly. She sounded getting annoyed, and she just hung up before my thank-you came to an end. Could be I have a poor comprehension skill, but I don't think that was a nice gesture to the customer as a customer service agent.

I would recommend T&T Honda to anyone who is planning on buying their next vehicle. There are few Honda dealers in Calgary and the vehicle that you buy in any of these dealers will be the same but what matters is the experience. Our sales person Darren was superb when it came to making us feel welcomed and answering our queries. We went there to look into new Civics and test drove one after another. However, when it came time to finalize the deal, we changed our mind and ended up buying an Accord. The manager Darren stayed back and helped us put in an application when the finance managers were gone for the day. Similarly, thanks to financial service manager Kelvin for taking time to explain the contract and the delivery specialist Ramy for staying back way past their work hours to make sure that all formalities were done and our queries answered. I am one satisfied customer who would definitely comeback for next vehicle purchase. Thanks to Darren for making sure everything went smooth and that we had an excellent experience.

I honestly don t think they re offering the best service that they can. If you don t have anything to do in that neighbourhood and if you don t have a ride then you re stuck there for who knows how long! Last time I was there they were behind the schedule so for a pretty simple B service I had to be there for 6 hours!

I e-mailed all the Honda around Calgary and only Johnny Ngo from T&T Honda was honest and actual gave a good deal. All the other dealerships stretch the terms to make payments lower, charge a higher interest rate and call it a good deal. What a joke. No hassle, the process was so smoothe, went in once to put a deposit and then pick up the car when it was in. No pressure at all, I can t be happier. I wasnt jazzed on the whole experience. Felt like I was being treated like a burden, almost like they had better things to do with their time. I brought my CR-V in for service, which I have had nothing with problems with over the last year. Figured I might as well look into possible replacements while I was there. No one talked to me, I had to ask for help, then ask for the brochures. Like I said, felt like a burden.

Absolutely a POSITIVE experience in all 3 of my experiences in August.
In the second visit, I needed to speak to my service advisor. He was busy and thus, it was difficult for him to reach me after I got a desk agent to page him. However, the desk agents did not forget about me. They saw me waiting, for a time I didn't believe wasn't that long, and paged him again and again. The desk agent, who manages the shuttle service, got me to wait beside the service advisors desk. Although I wasn't waiting for that long (in my opinion), another employee (who i wish I knew his name but he's the tall skinny white dude who's kinda nerdy), was attentive to my needs and was curious what my needs were. When he also found out that he couldn't help me, he paged the service advisor until he came back to his desk. I appreciated not being abandoned.
In my final experience, I addressed that I wasn't satisfied with my wheel alignment from the first visit. Since I realized the car was still pulling to the side as I drove and the steering wheel wasn't straight while the car was in motion, I wanted answers. Because my issue was regarding quality control of a previous repair at TNT Honda, the service desk agent sought several potential solutions, which were not the best to solve this problem. But, he eventually got it right because he directed me to a technician - named Jim who's Asian in the coveralls - to test drive the vehicle for FREE and to solve the problem. After the test drive, I was a bit disapointed because he only offered to straighten the steering wheel, which doesn't exactly assure me that the wheels were lined up. Because I'm not the type of person up for a debate, I settled. I waited in the waiting room, a bit longer than usual but that's expected because i dropped by unannounced and they had no warning that I was coming. When Jim came back, I was very pleased (to my suprise!) that the info he told me on the test drive wasn't just technical jargon aiming to confuse me and brush me off like I've experienced from customer service from other places. Instead, he remembered that the right front axle seal repair , which I mentioned at the very beginning of the test drive and done after my initial wheel alignment, could be the cause for everything. Although it felt like he dismissed it, he actually considered it and remembered. As a result, he did his diligence to see if the previous technician fixing the axle seal forgot to "mark the ball joints", which would have screwed up the wheel alignment. He found out that was the case, and as a result, Jim took accountability and aligned my wheels again free of charge. It was cool because this was a relationship building experience and it didn't feel like it was all about money but rather getting it right for the customer. Mistakes happen and they were open to investigating it to see if it was their own fault. If i can remember, Stampede Toyota required me to pay $50 to get a tech for a test ride, where the problem could have been their fault and it was non refundable, protecting their own bottom line.

Recently bought a new car here and have had a great experience. The staff is super helpful and taking it in for oil changes and checkups have gone very smoothly. The shuttle service is very helpful as well!
Last year, I contacted T & T because I was interested in buying an older Honda Civic, with a light interior. Dwayne indicated that they had a 2015 Silver EX with 16,000 km. I immediately drove down to the dealership. When I arrived to take the car for a test drive, I was told the car was sold and not available. The manager confirmed this, and said it had just sold. As I was walking out, there were two people looking at the car, along with another sales person. I mentioned to them that the car was sold. The salesman said no it's not sold, we brought this car in for these people two days ago. T & T then offered to sell me another car. Not interested. Why did they waste my time to drive down for a car that wasn't available? Why did the manager tell me it was sold when it wasn't? You know the feeling you get from the shifty sales person, that's what I felt.

The purchase of the car was fine. The sales guy and finance team was very good at their job. The car drives well but the service dept did not check everything before releasing the vehicle. The AC was not working and it took a lot of effort to get it fixed. They were able to fix it after about 30+ phone calls. The customer service in the service dept is the worst I ve seen for car dealership.
I'm leasing a 2012 Honda Pilot Touring from T&T. It started having some problems with its electronics. All the functions, displays on the panel behind the steering wheel stopped working one morning. Not even the speedometer was working which I think is a safety issue. I drove the vehicle in the same day but I was told that they cant even have a look at it without an appointment. So I booked an appointment, took the vehicle in , guess what it was returned to me partially fixed and the reason given to me was also wierd. I was told battery charge was down because you dont run the vehicle enough!! well hello...how the hell the battery had enough charge to start the vehicle in -30c but not enough to run the damn electronics!! I wasted literally all my day for that??
I was told 'bring it back in' we'll fix it'....well..thanks..that's what I was told first time. Now I've tried booking my appointment twice but something else comes up and of course I have to find a day where I dont have anything else to do.
I'm totally dissappointed by their service. No more T&T Honda for me..

I have to give 1 star me and my wife purchased a 2015 escape from t&t honda vehicle pulls to the left so we bring it to mechanic to get check out and the mechanic comes out and tells me the whole underneath driver side and passenger side is rusted out. Take it back to t&t and they tell me they will fix it and that's fine but what about later on down the road with all this water damage,wires,nuts and bolts.They tell me take it to ford its a warranty issue i blew up couldn't help myself but i took it to ford anyways and they can't believe the damage and they tell me that the windshield has been replaced and now me and my wife can hear a little whistle from the front windshield. Told T&T honda what we discovered and only offer to start replacing parts but nobody has yet told us don't worry its our fault i feel like we did something wrong.I feel like you go to dealer to not have to worry about these problems our trust is broken and we are very disappointed please try and avoid purchasing a used vehicle from this place or the very least look at all the metal on the inside before you buy. spending 24 thousand and to receive a rusted out vehicle on the inside is crazy.
Worked with Service Advisor Jeff regarding a diagnosis of poor idling and start-up on my 2007 Honda CR-V. He was very informative regarding what the issue was, what my options were and how to proceed with my final decision. The parts unfortunately, were shipped to the wrong dealership at no fault of T&T Honda. Jeff gave me a call to inform me of the situation and followed up to rescheduled the repair once he had his hands on the part personally to ensure I wouldn't have to make an extra trip there. Although I cannot yet speak to the quality of service yet, I really appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism from this advisor.

I purchased a used Fit Sport here a couple weeks ago. My salesperson was Aly Mohammed and the finance person I worked with was Neeru Sethi. I was very impressed by both of them. Both went out of their way to ensure I got what I wanted. It started with Aly returning my email inquiring about the vehicle within 10 minutes (at 9pm on a Monday night no less). We made an appointment to look at the vehicle on Wednesday around 7pm. Aly didn't pressure me to make a decision even though I was still there past 9pm and the dealership was closing. He even came in on his day off to go through the paperwork with me! I wanted the tires on the vehcile I was buying swapped with the tires of another identical car on the lot (because they were new!) and Aly made sure that was done. When I did all of the financing paperwork, Neeru was very understanding of my lawyer boyfriend taking an hour to read through the contract before I signed anything. Neeru also worked very hard to make sure I had the delivery date that I wanted. She originally scheduled me for Wednesday, but then called me on Saturday and said she had moved me to Monday (the day I originally wanted). Overall, a very positive experience with this dealership.

Do not deal with salesman Charlie Vo...or this dealership!!! ....tried to speak with him regarding used vehicle for sale on lot....after being redirected to him by receptionist during which he accepted call and left me on hold without even speaking to me for at least 10 minutes, finally had to hang up. On second call, even though I explained we were from out of province,are elderly in our 70 s and didn t wish to travel because of pandemic,we were told that it was OK and things had lifted...as far as I know virus is still around... had much interest and was quite prepared to pay cash for vehicle, but first needed pictures and all info for car we were interested in...I asked Charlie to email me all info...he didn t seem interested in doing this and wanted us to come there..a 1000 mile journey!! Even though they advertise that they will ship vehicles and support out of province sales....Charlie reluctantly said he would send me info I asked for but he was very busy....that was a week ago and still have not received anything yet... tried phoning managers and they never answer phone, you can only leave a message, which I did and still have not had the courtesy of a call back! THOUGHT THEY WERE IN BUSINESS OF SELLING CARS, OBVIOUSLY NOT!!!

After having a few negative experiences elsewhere I found myself at the end of 2008 at T and T Honda where I bought my car from them a 2009 Civic sport and again in 2012 ( another civic ) and have been purchasing vehicles a with them since.
The service and deals have always been good but my last two visits with Jenise have been exceptional, I wanted to share it cause service at this level should be recognized.
When I went in to upgrade my 2012 civic in September 2015 Jenise not only got me the best rate possible and was upfront and clear about all details of the deal she was also there on my pick up date as I had concerns with the upgrades I had put in car , although she had meetings to be in she took the time to come over and make sure I was completely satisfied with the installed items and I was !

Fast forward to to Feb 2016 I'm at a restaurant and Jensie is there she recognized me! Months later after many clients and my appearance has changed not only dose she recognize me but she takes the time to leave her table while dinning with company to come and chat with me and make sure I'm loving my new civic and I'm! Now that's a person who cares ..At this point as far as is aware I'm down with buying cars for at least a few years or more so she really has nothing to gain to keep up her caring customer service nature as I currently have two vehicles from there. However things did change later on in and our family had grew now with 3 kids the civic as much as I love it was getting tight. so of course already having had great experience with Honda and mainly Jenise and personality and helpfulness still standing out in my mind when the time came I headed to Honda to see her.
This time around she introduced me to her colleague Izzy in the used department as I had my heart set on certain style of the pilot that was "discontinued " in 2015. Izzy was great, he found me the style colour, Km range I wanted and features in 2015 pilot in and most importantly within my budget!
So I can safety say that weather your going for a new or used vechile you'll find what your looking for with a great price and won't ever feel pressured or that the customer service is just a front for a sale. They truly care about their clients and the clients needs.
I still have my 2009 civic and my family and I love the pilot !

We had purchased a vehicle from T and T Honda recently.
What an experience, from start to finish the sales person Zahir educated us on what we need against what we waednt. We felt very educated based on what we needed and which vehicle would suit our family's daily needs. When the deal was done, we were able to TRUST the sales rep and the entire dealership as we felt extremely important. During the entire process, Zahir had concentrated on us and not like sales reps from other dealerships where we have purchases before and felt like a another and sales rep was just after their commission.
The service at this dealership is above and beyond as they are strictly focused and repairing the vehicles based on repairs needed and safety. Vehicle have always been services on timely manner, service appointments are always booked based on my schedule, service and repairs are done on timely manner, charges are fully explained and most of all we find very safe to drive HONDA vehicle on the road. Our service advisors, Ziad and Mike makes us feel highly important to us, they understand the customer needs and listen carefully to our concern for service.

We will return to get our next vehicles from this dealership. In fact we will be purchasing 2 more vehicle in next few months and now we know where to get them from...T and T Honda only.
I bought original honda battery last year or so and the battery died yesterday. It has 60 month warranty. I called T&T honda and the guy refused to honour the warranty because I don t have the receipt and he said it will take from him 8 hours to find it and he wont do that. I send email to Honda Corporate complaining but I wasn t expecting an answer. I bought new battery to solve my problem from 3rd party
In 2 hours from my email to corp, I received a call telling me they found my receipt but it was too late for me. Specially in extreme cold weather I needed the car .
There is no point in buying Honda Parts if they will be childish and not honour their products. The sad part is I m doing all the services for the car since 2014 with them including tire swap! Never again doing business with this location. They are your friends when there is no problem but when you really need them, they will give up on you easily. I ll file a complaint with Alberta consumer protection because they are falsely advertising Honda Parts Warranty

I brought my Honda odyssey twice to be fixed because its draining batteries they told me each time that your car is fine, but the car is still draining batteries when it set overnight. I think these guys are not mechanics.
The staff was great. Everyone treated us like a family. The whole process of buying a car from T&T Honda was a pleasant journey. A big thanks to Zahir, the sale guy. Next time you in the market for buying a vehicle, go check them out. They will treat you right.

Great staff most especially my service advisor Darrel Fujita, friendly, accommodating and very knowlegeable. Highly recommended. However, my 3 year old 2015 Honda Odyssey which was purchased brand new is unreliable. Hopefully, the manufacturer should look into solving the frequent warping of rotor. I felt vibration when going downhill at highway speed; the dealership machined my rotor but still felt the same. Brought back to the dealership and the service manager decided to have my rotor changed. After less than a year, the vibration is still felt. Dealership recommended to machine the practically new rotor but obviously not going to solve the warping.
