One of the customer service staff was very rude. I had a phone call from T&T honda to remind me of annual maintenance services. I asked her the estimated cost for the oil change only without maintenance services because I think I had a deal for a free oil change when I got this car. But she kept informing me the cost includes the checkup services with too much detailed information as to how important to take the annual service. I also kept asking her like so how much is the cost for the oil change only because I didn't get it. Perhaps there was an answer in the long sentence she answered, but I kept asking because I didn't understand it clearly. She sounded getting annoyed, and she just hung up before my thank-you came to an end. Could be I have a poor comprehension skill, but I don't think that was a nice gesture to the customer as a customer service agent.
