I bought original honda battery last year or so and the battery died yesterday. It has 60 month warranty. I called T&T honda and the guy refused to honour the warranty because I don t have the receipt and he said it will take from him 8 hours to find it and he wont do that. I send email to Honda Corporate complaining but I wasn t expecting an answer. I bought new battery to solve my problem from 3rd party
In 2 hours from my email to corp, I received a call telling me they found my receipt but it was too late for me. Specially in extreme cold weather I needed the car .
There is no point in buying Honda Parts if they will be childish and not honour their products. The sad part is I m doing all the services for the car since 2014 with them including tire swap! Never again doing business with this location. They are your friends when there is no problem but when you really need them, they will give up on you easily. I ll file a complaint with Alberta consumer protection because they are falsely advertising Honda Parts Warranty
