The seller thought that I was not interested in buying a car and did not offer me details on prices, besides that I had to wait 45 minutes in which he will arrive.
I went in a few weeks ago and met a sales representative Alex. I never really expected outstanding service from a Car dealership of all places, but I was so impressed with the level of service I received. Alex was knowledgeable, friendly, and unlike other dealerships I did not feel pressured or like I was not important unless I purchased a car. Alex explained all the details to me and as I explained I was waiting for my lease to end at Ford he gave me his card and told me to contact him for any questions. He even introduced me to his Manager Rick who was also very professional and friendly. If this is how they treat potential customers I cannot wait to purchase my future vehicle from them!
Worst experience i have ever had with them. I bought a car 3 weeks ago from them, on the bill of sale we wrote some conditions like cleaning it before picking it up. They didnt clean it and we ended up picking it up with ciggarette stains on it. Anyway we took it back a week later to get it clean. They ended up leaving the keys inside the car and it got stolen. They arent responsible for it and insurance is only paying 7k less for what we paid for. So now we are in debt 7k for a car we dont have and we used for 3 weeks. This is the kind of dealership T&T Honda is. Very arrogant people working in there. Sales people will even hit on your wife while you arent around. Just a pathetic dealer ship.
I bought my vehicle last year with a relatively satisfactory sales experience. However, the service department at T&T was a serious joke. I noticed an irritating noise coming from my vents (sounded like a buzz noise you'd here when the vent blades hit against a blade of grass). I went back numerous times and they couldn't identify the issue. Although they couldn't find the issue, my car was noted as repaired. My vehicle is no longer under warranty (it's been over 1.5 years since I made my purchase) and the noise is still unresolved.
I lived in Lethbridge when I made my purchase at T&T. I travelled up to this dealership because of the reputation I THOUGHT it had.
Note to all future buyers: purchase a vehicle with a service department you can trust.
1 star for the coffee and other star for the service rep. 400$ for basically nothing, charge me 1 hour labor for diagnose and can't found the problem, charge me another hour for taking the dash apart(5 screws and two connecter) all for replacing one light bub on the dash, still not fixing the problem.
Honest & affordable service. Most car dealerships give me a sketchy vibe at service time, like they are ripping me off, but not this place.
They are the worst. Save yourself, don't bother coming here!!! Prices aren't competitive, their customer service is a joke, and they can't stick to their word if their lives depended on it.

Jeff was very courteous and set all the expectations of how the service would go to repair the two 12V outlets in the vehicle. I mentioned I had to leave by a certain time and the job was done way ahead of the time quoted. He was also honest enough to say that the diagnostic came to 0.7hrs and therefor gave a lower labour charge than quoted. Very impressive and very quick turnaround. Very pleased!

Very good dealership for new Honda purchase. You have to understand that this is a quality product and you do pay for that. This dealership offers full up front disclosure and there are no added fees. My rating based on the following: One star for Honda quality. Top notch. One star for reputation. 45 years in Calgary doesn't happen by accident. One star for fair pricing. There isn't excessive mark up here. I know because I worked here for six months. Finally, one star for people here. Good group who understand vehicles and like showing off this quality brand. Previously my review indicated a 2 star rating which is strange because I never rated the dealership. I wanted to revise my rating to be fair to T and T.

Every time I've t been here the experience has been awesome. It almost seems they care more for my vehicle, than I do.
One sales guy promised us to give a $900 discount and winter tire along with a new vehicle. We were invited to their office. Drove for 25mins to get there and they made us talk to some other sales lady, said original sales guy was busy. After wasting our almost 40mins, their unprofessional manager said they can't make a deal. It's their place and they can sell their vehicles to whoever they want. It's not nice to waste other people's time. Also shouldn't have promised a deal to undo it. Went to FishcreekNissan later and bought a vehicle.

I bought a pre-owned Civic in March from Alex Ruiz and Rick Brar at T & T Honda. I have to high light the great service and support I got from both of them. Alex is a great sales person, he did everything possible to find the right car for me and his customer service is outstanding . Rick is one of the used car managers and i have to say that he is a very professional and honest guy, he took the time to seat with me and go over every single detail about this car and answered all my questions. These two guys were always so committed and I am really thankful for that. I am sure this is the RIGHT place to go when it comes to buying an used or new car.

Went here to buy a 2020 Honda CRV- in December 2020 as we were called in for a very special deal . We were excited as it is our first time buying a brand new car and figured we could get nice deal on one since 2021 models would be coming out. It ended up being such a waste of time, the salesman used all his tricks to make us feel bad for the price we were looking to buy an outdated model for and refused to share prices of the new models coming in. He was going to sell us a 2020 CRV-EXL for $44k with bells and whistles. We felt uneasy about this and left after getting a earful of how we are missing out and Honda s sells themselves so we were not going to get the price they were giving us. He was supposed to follow up with a call and never did.
A week later after making a few calls we got a 2021 CRV-EXL from another dealership for $45k. New buyers beware these guys will use all the tricks in the book to make you think you have no choice and are getting a deal. Would not recommend and won t be going there again.

I went to this place because of prior customer recommendation and google reviews. When we walked in there was no one around and no one bothered to check or ask(I get it if you are busy I don t mind but it was empty). Finally, we found a sales person who was not interested at all. I had to convince him we were not there to waste his time and I am seriously looking for vehicle then he started looking for vehicle. He mentiond he had 2019 vehicle but he can t provide pricing because it is unavailable when I insist the number appeared magically. I was accompanied by prior customer who mentioned discount\deal he had received. Sales person was not good from the start and he turned worst after that. Extremely rude. I am in market for a vehicle so I have been to few dealerships and this is by far the worst experience ever. I hope anyone else won t experience what I did.

Since his departure, it s been one bad customer experience after another. It s impossible to get ahold of anyone, they are always booking weeks out, they ordered the wrong size of tire, wait times once you drop off are never met.

Yesterday I phoned Honda Dealerships in and around Calgary to find the best price on the vehicle we wanted. I spoke to Johnny Ngo at T&T and he promptly delivered with the best price. We met with Johnny in the afternoon and were extremely happy with his knowledge of the vehicle and the completion of the deal which he explained to our satisfaction. I would recommend Johnny Ngo to anyone he was great to deal with.
My Wife and I had purchased a 2017 Honda Pilot from their Used Vehicle department. We had an amazing experience with Jamar, as he had a calm approach to helping us with our needs. From the moment we stepped into the dealership, looked at the vehicle, and took it for a test drive, he was always easygoing and relaxed, and knew when to step back when we needed to have a moment to ourselves. He even accommodated us by staying past his shift so that we were taken care of. This was the complete opposite after having to deal with a pushy and aggressive salesperson from another Honda Dealership. I would definitely deal with Jamar again and would highly recommend going to him for any vehicle. Also... it was pretty neat that there was a giant bow when we picked it up!
Brought our vehicle in for a simple service which included a recall, checked in on time for our part, 09:15am with a pickup at 12:00pm. When we showed up just past noon our vehicle had not yet been brought into the shop to start the service, the agent said "sorry, we are really busy today". Well T&T, I'm busy too, I don't know what scheduling an appointment is for if T&T is too busy to do the work. We weren't even offered a new time not that I'm interested. I'm too busy to have more of my time wasted.

Do not buy their protection plans alongwith your vehicles. They will do nothing about it in during the maintenance of your vehicle. It's a pure rip off. I had taken a $1599 protection plan alongwith my new 2017 Honda Civic. I was assured by a sweet talking finance guy from T&T that the rubberized undercoating would be checked every servicing and that the seats would be cleaned as and when they are soiled. Their maintenance staff denied both and to my horror told me that I will have to pay for detailing and then if the stains are not removed, they may do something about it. Be vary guys, this is how these companies make money !!!
Worst dealership I've been to in Calgary. Only dealership out of 5 that would not let me take a vehicle home for extended test drive.
The service is okay however the service charge is too expensive.
I was in at 5:30 pm and had just my oil changed at a oil change place and they told me that my coolant was low. As I am smart enough to know I do not want to put the wrong coolant in I stopped by the service dept and asked an advisor if I would buy a jug of coolant if someone could give me a hand topping up the res tank. She said yes no problem, I bought a new jug and when i got back into the drive thru she was gone and there was only one advisor left and he was too busy slamming down his phone receiver to help me. Very poor service as far as I am concerned. There are enough other Honda dealers in this town to bother going back there. No one is perfect and if she would have said to me there was no one as all the techs had gone home that was one thing but to say yes no worries and then just leave? I have been in customer service a long time and i try to be kind and easy going but to this felt like i was bothering her so she said what she had to so i would go away and she could slip out with out helping me. I am sure other people have totally opposite experiences here but mine was not a good one.
I have only had positive experiences at T&T Honda. Leased two vehicles at this location and wouldn t go anywhere else.
Staff is attentive but not overbearing. Location could be better but we can always complain about non sense.
Every Honda in the City will offer the same vehicles and relatively the same sales moto, but this dealership always beats the others with outstanding customer service!
I went to T&T to get an after market all in one key cut. Nice that they agreed to cut it as some dealers refuse if it is not a key they sell to you.
A short while later it was done, the service guy said it starts the car but it does not work.
Sure enough it would not open the doors.
The problem was they only did half the job and did not bother to program the remote, which I had to do myself.
Very disappointing to pay over $65 and they only do half the job.
Service was excellent! All staff was friendly. My service advisor Caylie kept me updated while my car was in service and even had it washed for me!! Would recommend anyone to T and T Honda!

they lied about our incentive which was bogus When we first went to buy we were over looked and no one came to help us so we went airdrie. But came back cause airdrie was going to sell us stock from T&T.
Had a very bad experience with this dealership. I submitted an internet inquiry about a new civic type R listed on their website few weeks ago and since then was in conversation with their sales guy (Richard Luu). He followed up a few times with me to visit the dealership and I finally scheduled an appointment this morning. After reaching their dealership Richard casually told me that the car has been sold last Friday (more than a week ago). He should have told me this in the morning when I was setting up appointment with him on text. He even sent me an email with appointment confirmation. Apparently he was just interested in getting my trade-in and had no sense of keeping customer requirements in mind. Highly unprofessional approach to sales. They still have Stock #:2190827 listed as available on their website in new inventory. Although I like Honda cars but I would never deal with them in future. I would have given 0 stars if possible.
Tell you what! It s the coolest Honda dealership around town. I have always been dealing with Johnny, he is one of the best salesperson out there. If you are looking for a new Honda, make sure to visit this place and get Johnny to get you a car. Believe me he would do everything to get you a much better deal than anyone else can. Great choice on my part. Having dealt with Colin Brown, Jim Ellert (Service Advisors) and Scott Coljee , Service Manager, I have been more than pleasantly surprised at their level of service and true commitment to their customers, going well above and beyond of what one would expect. Just wanna share my experience. I need my tire and drive belt to replace as soon as possible because I'm going for a long drive . I called Chris if he can book me in but unfortunately they were fully booked for the whole week.
He gave me an option, If I would like to bring my car the following day at 7:30am, Look for him and my car will be done by afternoon or he can book me an appointment the following week.
I brought my car the following day, Without any appointment the service was finished at 1pm ,that is so past.
I was so happy ,satisfied and confident that my car is in the good hand.

Great service from the team at t&t honda. They are always able to readily assist me with all my vehicle needs. Brought my car in on two occasions for servicing and it was done quickly. One of the services members helped me with connecting the bluetooth in the car after my oil change. The sales staff is extremely friendly. I needed to replace a rim and they were able to find me the correct one within minutes. I was able to pick it up the following week. Really easy to work with!
John went over everything that had to be done. He kept me informed throughout the servicing. A couple of filters were dirty and he recommended that I change them. He went though everything that had been done. He made recommendations about my future service. The car was ready when promised. I couldn t have asked for better service. That you John.

Just bought a new 2017 Honda Ridgeline from T&T Honda.
This is the second time I have purchased from T&T Honda.
The reason I came back is; I had amazing service from sales, finance, and delivery and then followed up with a personal visit from the dealerships manager the first time. And things haven t changed, awesome service.
I visited other Honda dealerships in Calgary prior to coming to T&T looking for a new Ridgeline and found that these other dealerships could learn a thing or too from T&T. I found that T&T sales team was very informative but also offered different options and really looked at what I was wanting, all this without being aggressive. T&T was also the only dealer that offered me a realistic price on my trade-in, 2010 Honda Ridgeline (great truck).
There is no need to shop other Honda dealerships T&T Honda is one stop shopping for all your vehicle needs And yes, I am a very satisfied customer.
Charlie Vo was my cars salesman. He was very nice and understanding of my budget through the whole process. He never tried upsaling me or changing his word on costs. He got me in and out fast with my dream car. Jenise Nguyen was my finance lady. She was amazing. Made sure everything made sense to me, again didn't try to upsale me was very honest and respectful. She made this process a breeze! Ramy was the one who showed me all the gadgets and how to use my car. He was awesome. Answered every and all questions I had with his honest opinion. I purchased my first brand-new car from T & T Honda a couple of weeks ago. The sales person, Matt, was extremely friendly, helpful and honest in guiding me through my options, for models, years, price ranges, packages, etc. He was very patient and spent a long time making sure that I understood the ins and outs of buying a new car, and even stayed over an hour late on two occasions in order to be available according to my own work schedule. Upon purchasing, he also took me through a very comprehensive tour of the vehicle's computer options and other bells and whistles, which was very much appreciated! I love my new red Honda CR-V Sport!
The finance person, Janice, was also very helpful and patient, taking time to explain all of the steps and options involved in purchasing my vehicle. She was very personable and went above and beyond in providing great service!

Took my Honda Fit 2008 in to look at the cause of a tire feathering, why the cruise wasnt setting and for an oil change. Cost $140 per hour to diagnose, afterwhich they requested more time to find the reason for the cruise (which I said no to). They stated I'd need to replace my tire rod end and get an alignment to fix the feathering (costing around $500). Total cost for diagnosis only (no fix nor did they find the reason the cruise wasn't working) & oil change was $240. I ended up declining and taking my honda to another mechanic who said all i needed was an alignment and the tire rod end was in good condition - this mechanic only charged me $60 for diagnosis.
My dad bought his Honda at T&T and has been going there for years, that's why I brought mine here. But he nor I will ever go here again because they were blantantly dishonest.

Came in looking for a Honda Civic, absolutely no acknowledgement from the staff while they were chatting and laughing amongst themselves.
After about 10~15 minutes I was finally helped by Danny.
Danny himself was fantastic to work with, but as I was running out of time (had to go catch a pre-planned dinner) I asked to come back on Monday (my next day off).
Here comes "Sales Manager" Bobby, he asked me to put a down payment of $1500 on a car that wasn't even in their possession yet, and we were also still talking numbers at this point.
When I refused to put $1500 for the car, Bobby got a bit aggressive and out right said that I was WASTING their time.
This is completely unprofessional, and obviously he didn't believe me, but I did fully intend to come back.
The work was done quicker than expected. I could monitor progress on my servicing through a link in a text they sent me. I talked twice to competant, knowledgeable people and the servicing went exactly as discussed. I'll be back!

This afternoon, I saw several posters/ signage along various streets in my neighborhood reading, "T&T Honda, sale ends tonight at 6pm". For such an established business, I would expect better approach to marketing. I'm not sure if this is authorized by the dealer itself or its just an employee, but should all dealers stamp their signage all across the city on lawns? It definitely doesn't reflect well upon T&T Honda.
Had a service done. Jas was very honest in what needed to be done and what didn t. Was very happy with the drive in service and as Jas was busy at the moment I was greeted by the manager who said she will be with me shortly. Although my schedule didn t work for shuttle pick up service it was offered, I picked up my car the next day and it was washed and waiting.
Was booked on line. Had an easy check in with mask on They completed the work early and phoned us to let us the car was ready. Everything that was needed was completed, car runs great!
