Do not deal with salesman Charlie Vo...or this dealership!!! ....tried to speak with him regarding used vehicle for sale on lot....after being redirected to him by receptionist during which he accepted call and left me on hold without even speaking to me for at least 10 minutes, finally had to hang up. On second call, even though I explained we were from out of province,are elderly in our 70 s and didn t wish to travel because of pandemic,we were told that it was OK and things had lifted...as far as I know virus is still around... had much interest and was quite prepared to pay cash for vehicle, but first needed pictures and all info for car we were interested in...I asked Charlie to email me all info...he didn t seem interested in doing this and wanted us to come there..a 1000 mile journey!! Even though they advertise that they will ship vehicles and support out of province sales....Charlie reluctantly said he would send me info I asked for but he was very busy....that was a week ago and still have not received anything yet... tried phoning managers and they never answer phone, you can only leave a message, which I did and still have not had the courtesy of a call back! THOUGHT THEY WERE IN BUSINESS OF SELLING CARS, OBVIOUSLY NOT!!!

WORST SERVICE EVER!
