Great staff most especially my service advisor Darrel Fujita, friendly, accommodating and very knowlegeable. Highly recommended. However, my 3 year old 2015 Honda Odyssey which was purchased brand new is unreliable. Hopefully, the manufacturer should look into solving the frequent warping of rotor. I felt vibration when going downhill at highway speed; the dealership machined my rotor but still felt the same. Brought back to the dealership and the service manager decided to have my rotor changed. After less than a year, the vibration is still felt. Dealership recommended to machine the practically new rotor but obviously not going to solve the warping.
