I dealt with a sales person named Johnny here recently. I don t know how they train or screen their sales people, but they need to do a better job. As soon as I got there, this guy acted rude, dismissive and made me feel like a criminal. I had test driven a Toyota just minutes before and their sales person was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. As soon as I left T&T Honda, I went back to Toyota and signed a sales contract on a 4runner. Yes, the quality of the product itself is important, but poor salesmanship can also make or break a business and on this front, T&T Honda failed for me.

The staff at T&T Honda really made our car shopping experience enjoyable. Both Jenise and Rick closely listened and addressed our specific wishes, were understanding of monetary constraints, and provided great advice. We never felt pressured into anything or like we were being taken advantage of. They were friendly and accommodating throughout and I would definitely recommend going to T&T for your next car.

I had the greatest experience at T and T Honda. My sales person, Mo Khidir, was awesome! He was very friendly, professional, very knowledgeable about the products, patient and listened to what I was looking for. If I had any questions, he made time to answer to them. I would definitely deal with him again.

I used to be a Service Advisor here a long time ago when they were on 32nd Ave NE. Times sure have changed since those days even though a few of the original working crew still work here.
Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago and my 2004 Honda CRV (338,000km) was on it's last legs.
I decided to bite the bullet on a very short time frame to get a new vehicle as I had to get back to work the next day after being away for 2 days.
I emailed with Mohnish over the weekend and found a vehicle (2017 Nissan Qashqai) that I really wanted to test drive.
I went to the dealership at 9am on Monday morning, and by the end of the day I was driving my new car home.

Mohnish was great to deal with, listened to what I needed and wanted, and we were able to work out a deal. In my past 15 yrs of being in this business, I know when sales is sort of giving you the run around, but Mohnish isn't that kind of a guy and he definitely doesn't sell that way, which was refreshing.

I recently had my battery and system diagnosed (ended up having a faulty battery) and my auto starter stopped working right after they performed this service. They don t sell my auto starter there, so are unable to support it, BUT they did give the reprogram a try and got it working. Shoutout to Scott C. for offering to do this.

I went to purchase a used vehicle at T and T Honda and was told the jeep had. passed an AMVIC inspection and was in great condition.
Put the vehicle through my own private inspection and numerous safety issues came up. The dealership then used the inspections (2) I had paid for to advertise and promote the jeep as passing 3 inspections. Just to clarify the jeep DID NOT PASS the 2 inspections I paid for.

I bought my 2015 crv ex 2.5 years ago,
Only had 2 free oil changes, was charged $62.48.
My Boy friend has a old civic, does not have regulate service done ... and was not charged for his oil change today.
Double standard!!!

T and T was amazing throughout the entire process. We purchased a 2018 Civic and Johnny Ngo was an incredibly passionate and dedicated sales agent. He focused on our needs and requirements and assisted in the smooth process. Finance managers, sales managers and the delivery expert were great.

I regret buying my car here. I was told that the OIL CHANGE will be free for 10years but then after I bought my car they will charge you $75 for the oil change. Now, they are telling me that the free oil change only applies every other oil change which is unbelievable. If I could just give zero star I will do it.

Spectacular customer service, They take care of customers like family, I bought a new Honda Civic 2016 on lease, the benchmark experience starts as soon as I steped into the showroom, GM Navroz himself showed me the options and Jenise the lease manager was simply the best sales person I have ever met, after a long test drive and checking the specs I fall in love with this car, Aly the finance manager worked hard on my budget and made it happen for me to bring this car home, Ramy the delivery specialist made sure that I understand all the features in details before I drive my car out of the showroom. So I called and ask the lady a question, she proceeds to tell me she doesn t know (when it s a question she should of known). Then when I went to these idiots on Saturday, had to wait til Monday to get a call back. Didn t get a call back, so we spent 40 minutes calling only to have them pick up, not say anything and put the phone down then proceed to talk with one another (because chit chatting is what they re being paid for, you go in and they re all sitting in there talking to each other like a bunch of teens in the front). They did this a dozen times, how professional. When we finally did get ahold of someone they said we weren t approved, ya know after we were told congratulations, you two are now the owners of the car and took a 500$ deposit. So it went from being approved to not approved? Hmm. Save your time and money.

I am not normally very positive about automotive dealers but in the case of T&T I have always had excellent support from their parts counter. All of them have a good knowledge of the product and are not scared to say they will find out if they do not know.

Absolutely worst car buying experience, treat you like crap as soon as they know you will buy the car. Asked for documents and took days / made me drive there to get them to present the document. Sold me items on the loan that are opt-in as mandatory and did not even say they were optional. The salesman was nice, however insisted I get the car before I was ready so that he could get his bonus. However when I asked for a few simple items, he was Houdini and dissapeared, didn't answer emails. If you buy a used car, they will tell you they will fix everything and it 'will look perfect, it will be waxed / polished" yeah Absolute lie. Tells me he discussed with manager and he would get back to me, definitely glad I didn't hold my breath because id be dead. AVOID THIS HONDA, go to another one. Also don't buy from Ali Fatawi.... he gave me a ride to dealership in his absolutely smoke smelling car. WORST SERVICE EVER for the most money spent ever...

I recently purchased a used car at TNT Honda. The salesperson was Mohnish Jashav. I got excellent no pressure sales service. Even during cov-19 situation, they still provided me a ride for me to pick up the car. Mohnish went out of way to drop off a part to my home

I called to book an oil change because my oil is at 30% and they advise me to wait till my light turned on! Never in my life have I waited till my service lights turn on to get my car serviced. Apparently it's a new policy not to service vehicles until their service lights turn on? Which is ridiculous, you shouldn't have to wait till your car is in dying need of a service before you can get it done.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had at any dealership.

When I first arrived, no one approached me, most likely because I don't look my actually age. Then when I was talking to one of the finance workers (Kelvin), he talked to me with a very condescending tone. Making all sorts of incorrect assumptions. Literally made me want a refund on my deposit and not want to buy any vehicles from this dealership.

They have a great selection of cars and SUVs. Their offers are competitive and fair. Unfortunately we had an issue with our order for the new car due to major miscommunication between us and the dealership. But, a manager was able to fix the problem and correct our invoice. The delivery of the vehicle went smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to others. THANK YOU.

Very positive experience. I purchased a 2012 Odyssey EX off the used vehicle lot. Jas the product specialist was very attentive and answered all my questions. Ramy the delivery manager was very friendly and went over the all the features and usage of the vehicle.

Incredible speed to pickup the vehicle, I got it the same day I bought it. And it was super shiny and clean as you would expect.

Minor complaint would be the gas tank was 2/3 full.

I went in today at dealership to find out 2018 honda when it will arrive. The sales person told me his exact answer was" Honda is not stupid they must sell 2017 model first and dont know just wait for it" He sound very unprofessional.

Most of the guys here were great. However I shouldnt be rating so low based on one employee but that blonde girl was a real *****.

On January 16, 2020 after browsing this dealer's website, I started using their Chat function. The agent behind the online chat (Ilyas) was friendly and helpful, so I decided to drop in at their dealership later that evening. I went to their "Used Car" side of the dealership.

I don't remember the name of the sales guy, could have been something like "Steve", but he is not very helpful or friendly. When I mentioned that I'm looking to buy a car because my current car had broken down, he started berating me for buying a beater, saying things like "oh didn't you know, in the end the repairs will cost more," and so on. I had to stop him and say I'm already here because I want to buy a car, you don't have to sell the concept of buying a "good car" to me.

After that, he backpedaled a little bit and tried to salvage the situation. So I stayed there to give it a shot. I told him that I was concerned about interest rates and monthly payments as I am not too sure where I stand credit-wise. So this is what he told me I have to do:

First, I have to choose a car from their inventory.

Second, they will take a deposit from me to hold the car.

Third, they will send my application to the lenders, and the lenders will come back with approval or not, and if approved with an interest rate of X%.

So I asked him, what if the X% is too high for me, I want to decline the offer and change my mind about buying the car?

He told me that my deposit will be burned. I said that is quite the risk to take for me, because I have no idea of knowing if the financing will be affordable to me or not, unless I'm willing to burn my deposit with them.

He insisted that this is the way because "I have to hold the car for you, and within that time, I can't sell it to anyone else".

He then told me to go see their Finance Manager, who very curtly told me to "just calculate it at 6.99%".

Needless to say, I did not end up buying a car at this dealership.

I don't know if this is really the way Honda T&T do business, or just this sales guy doing things this way. I really have to question where this guy gets his "sales skills" from.

Ironically, while all these was going on, a new guy/intern was also there witnessing the whole thing. Apparently this guy is even supposed to train their new people. Honda T&T - do consider if this guy is an asset or not to your sales team.

I'm only giving a 2 star because Ilyas in the Online Chat was friendly and helpful, otherwise this dealership gets a one star and no business from me.

Had a very pleasant experience during the duration of my staying for service and eventually deciding to get a new car on a trade in. They are really helpful and would really get in to details to help you understand everything and make you confident in making a decision to buy a new car. Very friendly staff.

Yifeng Qiu (Robert) was a great person to deal with. No run around straight to the point and most importantly honest. Hard to find people nowadays that you can rely on and provide a competitive price. Highly recommended

Booked an A1/A2 maintenance on their loyalty program via website. Generally don't expect same or next day appointments, I've been told they might have a technician staffing issue, with vacations/sick leaves, which means you'll be booking 3-7 data in advance. This seems to be the case every time I book an appointment. Although the process is seemless, effecient and friendly, be aware that they will continuously upsell other packages with your "free" oil change. Like wheel alignments and fluid changes. Although getting the car washed is a nice touch, for what I seem to pay for free oil changes, it is the least they can do.

Also consider that oil changes take at least an hour, and that seems to be on the quick side.

I moved from Nova Scotia just over a year ago where I was very loyal to my Honda dealership. When I moved to Calgary I decided to go to T&T Honda for my services as it was close in to proximity to where I live. I normally just go to get regular oil changes.

The first visit I have no complaints, but the second time I went I dropped my car off at 7am and told them I would return at 5pm once I was finished work. They called me around 3pm and said my car was ready. I showed up around 5pm and was informed it would be approximately another 20 mins before everything was completed.

The third time I went, I dropped my car off and picked it up and everything seemed fine. I drove home and noticed there were dings in the side of my car. I called Honda and told them and they told me to bring it back in. The manager told me he would buff it out, which did nothing. He told me they were door dings from another car. I asked what he could do for me and he said "We can't be responsible for door dings. When you go into Superstore and come out you can't be guaranteed that you wont have any and neither can we". I brought my car to Honda for a car service, I would expect them to be responsible for my car from the time I drop it off to the time I pick it up. Additionally they checked their service reports and there is not record of the dents when I dropped my car off.

I will not be returning nor will I recommend this dealership to anyone I talk to. BEWARE.

I am not a fan of T&T Honda. I scheduled an appointment with a representative to view a car and when I arrived, the salesman had already gone home for the day without calling me to cancel, and the car I wanted to view was already sold. Another salesman tried to help us, but made my dad and I feel like idiots for trying to buy a car with low milage for under $10k. He said it couldn't be done and we would need to increase our budget. After around an hour of wasted time, we left the dealership without even seeing one car. I did end up buying a nice car with low milage for under $10K from a salesman who listened to our requirements, instead of demanding new requirements.
