If you re in the market for a Honda, T&T Honda is definately the place to go. Myself working 15 years in the dealership world, this place definately meets my expectations of great customer service. I shopped other Honda dealers in the city at the same time and they came out on top in every aspect, which is why they earned my business.
The salesman, Johnny Ngo, provided exceptional service and catered to every need and request my family required in order to make a decision. There was no feeling of being pressured and he was transparent with everything. Hats off to him for doing his job well and making us feel welcomed and appreciated.
Our finance manager, Jenise Nguyen, was the continuation of our great experience at T&T. She was very personable and made us feel like we were part of their family. She worked hard to cater to our needs and explained everything very well.
All in all a great experience thus far from the moment we stepped foot in there, right to the delivery of our vehicle. We were made to feel like friends rather than just another customer. Great job T&T for pleasing a rather hard to please customer.
