I have to give 1 star me and my wife purchased a 2015 escape from t&t honda vehicle pulls to the left so we bring it to mechanic to get check out and the mechanic comes out and tells me the whole underneath driver side and passenger side is rusted out. Take it back to t&t and they tell me they will fix it and that's fine but what about later on down the road with all this water damage,wires,nuts and bolts.They tell me take it to ford its a warranty issue i blew up couldn't help myself but i took it to ford anyways and they can't believe the damage and they tell me that the windshield has been replaced and now me and my wife can hear a little whistle from the front windshield. Told T&T honda what we discovered and only offer to start replacing parts but nobody has yet told us don't worry its our fault i feel like we did something wrong.I feel like you go to dealer to not have to worry about these problems our trust is broken and we are very disappointed please try and avoid purchasing a used vehicle from this place or the very least look at all the metal on the inside before you buy. spending 24 thousand and to receive a rusted out vehicle on the inside is crazy.
