The level and quality of customer service you will find at T and T Honda is incomparable to any other dealer in the city.

First of all I would to say a huge Thank You to Jenise Nguyen Izzy for all your help.

After having a few negative experiences elsewhere I found myself at the end of 2008 at T and T Honda where I bought my car from them a 2009 Civic sport and again in 2012 ( another civic ) and have been purchasing vehicles a with them since.

The service and deals have always been good but my last two visits with Jenise have been exceptional, I wanted to share it cause service at this level should be recognized.

When I went in to upgrade my 2012 civic in September 2015 Jenise not only got me the best rate possible and was upfront and clear about all details of the deal she was also there on my pick up date as I had concerns with the upgrades I had put in car , although she had meetings to be in she took the time to come over and make sure I was completely satisfied with the installed items and I was !
Great customer service.

Fast forward to to Feb 2016 I'm at a restaurant and Jensie is there she recognized me! Months later after many clients and my appearance has changed not only dose she recognize me but she takes the time to leave her table while dinning with company to come and chat with me and make sure I'm loving my new civic and I'm! Now that's a person who cares ..At this point as far as is aware I'm down with buying cars for at least a few years or more so she really has nothing to gain to keep up her caring customer service nature as I currently have two vehicles from there. However things did change later on in and our family had grew now with 3 kids the civic as much as I love it was getting tight. so of course already having had great experience with Honda and mainly Jenise and personality and helpfulness still standing out in my mind when the time came I headed to Honda to see her.

This time around she introduced me to her colleague Izzy in the used department as I had my heart set on certain style of the pilot that was "discontinued " in 2015. Izzy was great, he found me the style colour, Km range I wanted and features in 2015 pilot in and most importantly within my budget!

So I can safety say that weather your going for a new or used vechile you'll find what your looking for with a great price and won't ever feel pressured or that the customer service is just a front for a sale. They truly care about their clients and the clients needs.

I still have my 2009 civic and my family and I love the pilot !
