Atrocious customer service team. Called 3 numbers more than once and not a single one picked up! Had my car fixed at 9am and someone was supposed to come pick me up at 3pm so I could get my car back, and an hour later no one showed. I need my car in order to get to work!! Absolutely horrible!

My visit was very fast. I didn't stay long, the guy helping me was very attentive to all my concerns about the car. He noted everything and when I came back to pick up my car, all the answers I needed were there included in the paper. Good Job!!

Honda recall notice received. Got a quick appointment. Service was excellent. Staff very pleasant and the car was repaired within the timeline.

Pleasant welcome. Shared in a detailed manner what service would be done on the car. Did not wash car as work order shows.

We recently purchased our 2012 Honda Odyssey from T&T Honda. We had no previous experience with the dealership, but they had a car come in that had low mileage, so we gave them a ring. Mohammed Khidir (Mo!) picked up our call, for which we are quite grateful. He worked quickly with us (we visited the dealership with two small children, he knew our time was limited!), and truly avoided putting pressure on us to buy (none of the classic "there's been so much interest"... or "this will sell fast, so buy today!)" type lines). Ironically, Honda's do sell fast, however - and we are beginning to learn why. If the van lives up to its reputations (so far, it exceeds it), we will be happy to return to T&T Honda time and again. And extra shout out to Mo for helping make our delivery of the new van happen on such a tight turnaround. Mo and his team made buying the van work for our family, instead of having to work around the regular routines of a dealership. Very impressed.

Service was very poor, especially in sales department. We bought a used vehicle where detailing and mats were included in the deal. We didn't receive either of those. I had called the dealership and, after one week, I finally got my car detailed. After 2 and a half weeks, we got our mats and that also, not the ones we were promised and they were used. Customer service was very poor and salesman, Jas Singh, was very rude. Do not recommend going here, they're very unorganized. While waiting for my car to get detailed, many employees were just hanging out in offices, talking about the soccer games or personal life activities, which I understand if it isn't busy, but it was so I don't think its appropriate. Very unprofessional work environment. I was looking to buy another vehicle from here but I'll have to find a different dealership.

Services may overpriced sometimes. But I guess that is a norm to all car dealers. Other than that, it is pretty good.

I had a great experience at T&T Honda. The staff were very friendly and were able to suggest the perfect vehicle for me in no time. Mohnish knew I needed a new car ASAP and he was able to finalize the details for me in just a few minutes which was incredible. Unlike other dealerships, T&T Honda was mindful of my time and they were clear in details about the price of the car and the best deal they could give me.

I recently bought our first family car here and had a pleasant experience overall. Everything was smooth and explained properly by Danny to me and my wife. Danny is very friendly and professional. He was able to answer and provided exactly what we are looking for. We would definitely get our next car here.

I had a great experience with them buying a car for my husband. They had a lot of used and new cars. The only thing I was not thinking was that it didn't matter if you are paying cash or getting financing it. Don't forget you have to pay taxes...lol..I forgot about that part.

I bought the 2016 civic on Tuesday i loved the service but the reason im giving 4 stars and not 5 is because they pressure you to pay an arm and a leg for undercoating, 3m, wax, extended warranty and life insurance etc...
I have to mention that Rami was 10/10 he taught me everything i needed to know about the vehicle and he is super polite.

I went in to purchase a Honda CivicType R, we went through the paper work, spent almost a whole afternoon there until we finally agreed upon our trade in value, and the price of the vehicle. We did the credit check, and placed a deposit.

The following Monday our salesman called us back saying that they wont release the vehicle unless we got full 3M. We had already settled on our deal, and made it very clear that we did not want 3M as we were going to get another paint protection film installed privately.
I then asked our salesman why he's just telling us just now and not at the time of sale. He said his manager wont release it without full 3M, even though we were already approved and placed a deposit.

We promptly cancelled our order, took our deposit back and went to another dealership which gave us a much better trade in value, and absolutely no hassle on the Civic Type R. The other dealership didn't even ask us to see what T&T was offering us, they were just a much better and more compotent dealership.
I still have the paperwork from T&T if there is needed proof.

Almost bought a car here once 6 years ago. Thought I was getting a good deal on a car until the business office tried to screw me. Pretty typical for dealerships who don't pay sales as commission.
The finance guy wouldn't even talk to me, he would only address my husband even though it was me buying a car not him.

Recently purchased our second vehicle from T & T Honda and the experience dealing with both Jas Singh our sales person and Jenise Nguyen was very positive. Both are very professional and friendly making the buying experience pleasurable. Would not hesitate to refer T & T Honda to anyone that is looking to purchase a vehicle whether new or used as they have a great selection of both.

I just purchased a new Civic from another Honda dealer in the city yesterday. T&T Honda was one of the dealerships I compared prices with on a 2020 EX Sedan. I clearly stated my finance terms on 3 different occasions, first in their online chat/text, then actual text. For some reason their sales rep was texting me from 3 different numbers, not sure why. Either way, each time the conditions leading to their price was confirmed (this was all via text and I have screenshots to prove) "yes with those conditions your payment comes to $314". The other dealers (4 in total that I was shopping prices with all said "wow that is a great deal, I would go with T&T at that price we can't quite match it". I then confirmed with T&T ok let's make a deal and was about to head to the dealership from out of town. Ken then tells me on my final confirmation he based the pricing on $5000 down. I had an uneasy feeling the entire time that something was off. I forwarded the screenshots of me stating my conditions circled in red to ask for an explanation. He did not even acknowledge it and then provided a quote that was the highest I had gotten from any dealer in southern Alberta. I described this scenario to the dealer who I purchased the car off of several hours later and they believed it was likely deliberate and had heard of similar complaints in the past from T&T. I received no apology or follow up from T&T at all. I will never, ever contact them again based in the absolute dishonesty from their salesteam. Even more interesting is my brother had a very similar experience with them last year when he bought his new CRV and ended up going with another dealer as result. I would avoid this dealership, I know I will, and will pass this message on to anyone that I hear is shopping for a new Honda.

We had the pleasure of working with a sales guy named David Long back in July. Dave was awesome to work with. He listened to what we needed and wanted and found us the perfect vehicle. We are now two months into our 2008 Acura RDX and loving every minute of it. If you are in the need for a new or used car make sure to ask for Dave Long, he will take care of you!

As a first time new car buyer I was reluctant but Zahir Manji quickly put my fears to rest. He was attentive, professional and had time for all my questions. Not once did I feel like he was patronizing me. I would buy another car from him and have no problem recommending him to my friends and family.

Huge selection of Cars. The sales person was just too good. And we ended up buying a Honda Pilot. Bets was the after sales service approach. They called to confirm the Pilot was ok.
One of the bulbs was not working and they replaced it.

I purchased a car back in August, It was my first ever car so I was super excited. However, I felt rushed, I felt any questions we asked, nobody could give us a proper answer. When I went to pick up the car 3 days later, they told me that I don't mess around?? When purchasing a car why would you wait weeks to pick it up? They claimed the car had been detailed, but it was done very sloppy. There were NEW cigarette burns that were NOT there when I test drove, it also was much cleaner smelling during the test drive and my walk through, which is one reason I purchased. The day i picked it up along with the cigarette burns, it stunk sooo bad of cigarette, as if the details had smoked in the car. Nobody had any explanation, of course. There were pictures of the previous owners in the mirror on the driver side (which details would of removed). There were some scrapes on the car, which i asked to be touched up before I picked up the car, and they literally put Nail Polish on them. All in all, I was referred here by a friend who dealt with Navroz( the owner) and her experience was incredible, however I was hoping to deal with him, and of course he was away when I went in. They told me when leaving " don't worry we don't sell you a car and you never hear from us again" I have not heard a thing from anyone. I am disappointment to have had this as a first time experience. However, they sold a car so they could probably car less. I should of shopped around more.

The most pleasant and helpful person I dealt with was Ramy, no complaints about him what so ever.

Always have a great experience here and my car is always taken care of. Great group of people and I trust them with servicing my Honda. Service rep Jhnero is one of the best service reps I have ever dealt with. Makes me feel like part of the Honda family. I was given a free A1 service deal when I bought my car which is approximately $64. This means the B2 service should be 240-64=$178. Keep in mind that the B2 service has all the components of A1 with a few extras. Hence the A1 portion should be free and must be deducted from the total cost of B2. The dealership however only deducted $22 from the cost. To me this is not an honest way of doing business.

Other than that, the staff are very friendly and polite and the quality of service is good.

Staff was very friendly, I was served by jasmine, she is simply awesome. While waiting a lady brought me some freshly made cookies, thanks for that and another lady was checking with few customers whether everything is going fine with them. I wonder is there a six star?? Highly recommend this place for service. Great job guys.

After browsing the website looking for a used Odyssey we spotted one we liked. Duane was friendly when showing the vehicle and did a good job throughout. Raymond was helpful regarding the financial aspect.

I recently purchased a vehicle with the help of Zahir Manji. Bought my car here and get free oil changes because of it. They're service department is good, they seem to charge average prices for a dealership.

Kudos to Chris Antonio. He's an awesome and wonderful service advisor. He's very knowledgeable and always being helpful. He always go extra miles to help us when we told him about our car. Besides all these, he was approachable and friendly. During this service, he asked us for permission if we want appraisal for our car. The value turned out excellent and he advised us to think over it before we commit. He added that we take our time and do not rush into action. If asked further about Chris Antonio, I would recommend him to other customers and he deserves the best.

I've only ever had extremely minor issues over the years I've been going here for service on my '07 Honda, but most importantly, they've never pushed me into unnecessary service nor tried to screw me over or rip me off. I recommend this dealership for good, honest service and sales. I will continue to go here, and probably buy my next Honda there too, eventually.

Valet Service is an excellent option and wonderful service to offer, especially under the current circumstances. Service advisor Jacquie Wood is very knowledgeable and helpful with no oversell - my 1st choice.

I do like the service they provide and my Honda. However when I purchased my car, I was told by a customer service person named Ali that sold me an insurance that in case I lost my job, or injured and unable to work I would get my monthly payments covered by Honda Finance. Now however he is saying that they do not have such insurance. Very convenient to find out later. And I have a witness of our conversation with Ali on the day of purchase and he did say it would be covered that day. I would give 5 star I'd this hadn't happen.

My comment is regarding the service department. They are a smooth talking and very manipulative bunch. They only have one objective, and that is to maximize the cost of your repair bill. I won't go back there again.

i cant remember the last time i had my car tuned up to them but all i know after i had it and i checked my hood as i notice some oil is on my wheel well. then hey turns out the cap from the transmission pad is missing. called them and i didnt received any call back. so til now its still missing and im just the most annoyed customer right now. i went to tnt honda for regular tuned up expecting everything will be great. but the result i got a leaking transmission fluid and my front window got this HUGE CRACK! and of course they blame it to my previous crack which btw i went to crack master for them to fix. i just hope for those future customer of this brand, to better have a before and after picture of their car before going for a tune up. WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD.

Had my car booked for 7 am for oil change got car back at 825 am I never have had to wait that long for a service my advisor it was because of drop offs but when I book online and they say there is a opening at 7 you would expect to have them the service done a lot sooner considering I was the only one in the service bay plus had to wait at the cashier because there was no one there the lady that was booking shuttle rides finally came and helped me I am usually in and out in a half hour not almost a hour and a half very disappointed considering I only take my car to t&t to get serviced

I purched a Honda Civic from T&T Honda in August. My over experience was very pleasant from the time I entered the showroom. The sales representative, Noor was calm and did not pressure us into a purchase. He took the time to take us on a test drive and demonstrate all the features of the car. When it came time to purchasing the car he did not pressure us and let us decide if the price was right for the budget set.

Johnny helped me buy my new car and he was amazing! Super friendly and informative, he made me feel very comfortable as it was my first time buying from a dealership! Would highly recommend going to him!

Charlie was fantastic! I was dreading going to a dealership, always they assume my hubby is the sole decider of what he or I should drive. Charlie treated me with the same respect as my hubby always weighing my likes and dislikes.

I have been in the business for over 10 years and I thought I would share something with you folks! Today we took delivery of a preowned 2014 Honda Accord Coupe we purchased from Rick Brar. Ricky took care of us and gave us a great deal on the car. What I found was worth more than the great deal....was the first class customer service we received from him and his team. The delivery specialist, Ramy, was also very customer focused and very accommodating to us. My hat goes off to T&T Honda. We experienced issues with swap of our winter tyres to all season on rims.

We had a brand new set of all season wheels and tyres from the car. During the swap over and receiving the car this morning noticed the rims are damaged and dirty.

These rims were barely used as on delivery of the new car few weeks later we put winter tyres with rims on the car to avoid damaging our original rims and tyres.

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from T&T Honda's pre-owned. I have always serviced my vehicles with them and will continue to do so. Customer service was excellent, the pre-owned manager as well as salesman were awesome! Most of the time having to purchase a vehicle means you have to be prepared to deal with pushy salesman who are looking out for their best interests. At this dealership; however, I did not feel like that once. In fact, I had an amazing experience. I actually had fun purchasing this vehicle, which is what buying a car should be right? Highly recommend purchasing form T&T Honda if in the market for new or used. Go see Jas!

Hey I get it. The product sells itself. Having bought from these guys a decade ago I was hoping to repeat with another purchase. However....T&T Honda's salesperson outright lied and changed his tune twice when we were ready to put pen to paper. I can understand it if it was just me and him in the office, however both my wife and I were astounded by the deception and used car salesmanship and switch and bait techniques that he employed. We also spoke to his manager Alan who was a shoddy piece of work. It was early evening and he could have cared less whether or not a deal was on the table. We had some questions for him that the salesperson could not answer and not only did he not answer them, he was aggressively trying to deflect and was rude. He was disinterested from the beginning and looking forward to quitting work early even though there was another 5 hours before they closed. Our T&T Honda visit was awful. There is no semblance of customer service and it has left a negative impression that we will gladly share with everybody. They don't even deserve the one star. If we can rate them with negative stars, we would have.

Right from purchasing my car to taking it for service, T&T Honda makes it super easy. The staff are always friendly and great. My only bad thing I would say is about the shuttle service. It doesn t run later than 3, which is inconvenient if you don t have a ride and your appointment isn t until 3 or later. It also doesn t run to all the communities in Calgary. They wouldn t drop me off in my community but they would drop me off in the community that s literally right beside mine. But all in all, great service, great staff.

In the over 10 years dealing with T and T Honda I have never had any issues with them. No one is perfect but any service done was responsible and I have never felt that they were recommending any service that was unnecessary. The price point of the scheduled maintenance activities is more than fair.

From the moment we walked into the dealership we felt welcome and a part of the family. We were greeted with a warm welcome. We were given time to look around at the showroom. When we were ready to talk to someone Noor was there to help us. He was polite, friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and really knew what he was talking about and not just a typical sales person. He even picked us up from our home when it was time to pick up our car. Kelvin in the finance team was awesome. Super friendly and very professional and explained in detail all of the terms and conditions of our term. We really felt taken care of. My daughter in particular loved how he took the time to even greet her and give her some treats. From beginning to end our experience was fantastic. Even Rami in the delivery team was great. Thoroughly explaining all the cars features and made sure we knew how to use them. We are thrilled with our purchase and cannot say anything bad about anything.
