I recently purchased a Civic from T&T Honda. I had the pleasure of having Sunny Sharma help out with the sale. He's quite chill, and I would consider the experience positive. He gave clear simple answers to my questions and I left with no surprises. I provided a no bullshit attitude, and in return I received a no bullshit service.

Their service department even picked me up at the train station. I also appreciated the follow-up Sunny provided afterward.

10/10 - would buy again.

Don t get me wrong, I was very appreciative of T&T Honda in getting my Odyssey fixed up after being towed from Canmore the night before and getting me back on the road to Edmonton expeditiously the following afternoon. However, I felt taken advantage off. I needed it fix asap and I am from out of town. They charged me $876 for a new Alternator and $350 for the labour, which I told the advisor is outrageous but they knew my wife & I needed to be back on the road asap to get to our 3 little kids back in Edmonton. I can understand the labour cost because they are accommodating me without appointment but the alternator is 4x the cost. I feel like this is against normal business practice... I am looking into it more in terms of the legal side.

I always go to T&T for anything with my Civic and they always do good work, in a timely fashion.

I visited T&T Honda last week to check the vehicle I am planning to purchase in few days. I had few questions about the purchase price, trims and payments etc. The sales person was perhaps new and couldn t answer my questions clearly and has to go back and forth to see someone. As soon as they learnt that I am not buying today but in couple of days I noticed a change in tone and they seem unwilling to deal or answer my questions. Seems like rushing me into the deal. Will not recommend them to family or friends.

Good service, for the most part. I usually buy my vehicles here because of the service department.

I don't appreciate dropping off my car for a simple battery censor replacement only to have it returned back to me with dirt smeared all over the insides of my car. That is very unprofessional of your staff and a complete shame for Honda to have such people representing it.

Needless to say I will not be returning to this location for any future work needed on my vehicle.

We had been to several dealerships in search of a used Mitsubishi RVR. I can tell you, that all service is not created equally. I was frustrated and disappointed in my previous experiences with other dealerships, but found exactly what I was looking for at T & T. We decided on a whim to visit Honda and look at their listed 2014 RVR. Darren, our salesperson responded to my inquiry within minutes and we were off an with in 15 minutes we arrived and the vehicle was out and ready to go! Darren was absolutely amazing, and all of the staff at T&T helped and played with our 10 month old while he ran around and we came to a very fair deal! We were treated like family from the get go, and I really feel like the team went to bat for us to get the best deal possible! I also think that the way they interacted with our little guy was something extra special, and definitely above and beyond! We picked up the vehicle the following Monday, and the team, again, was great - from our finance person, Eve, to our delivery specialist everyone went out of their way to give us a great buying experience. I would 100% recommendT&T Honda to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. We will most certainly return when we need to go to something bigger, and I can tell you, this great service will not be forgotten!

I was in a rollover accident on the highway coming from Banff on August 29, 2015. I lost my car that day, but was given a second chance at life, walking away with only several scratches on my arm. Life's funny - I was actually heading to T&T Honda to sign the last several papers to trade in my old car (2010 Civic) for a new 2015 Civic EX Coupe. After rolling over twice, I was sure that there was no way of getting my new car now. At that moment, I basically accepted commuting everywhere I went; but realistically, using transit while being in school full-time and having 3 part-time jobs is [and was] insanely difficult and time consuming!
However, T&T Honda [with the help of my insurance] still managed to get me into my new car 3 weeks afterwards. I highly recommend the service of my sales guy, Mohammed (Mo) Khidir, who was always helping me out every step of the way, giving me advice about everything. His help goes beyond your expectations, so let him prove it to you! Mo, if you ever read this, you are THE MAN! Definitely recommending you to my friends and family!

The thought of going to a car dealership, is also the same moment i thought "What type of salesman is going to approach me, and how is he going to make me see the difference between making a sale or offering me a real deal?"
I have owned a variety of cars in my past, but this specific person made sure that he left a lasting and genuine impression on me. Rick Brar was able to change my perception and judgement about buying a car and the daunting process of doing it. I did have doubts at the beginning when we were talking at first, but it goes the same way whenever i walk into any dealership. But surprisingly the questions i usually ask to myself "What do you get out of this?" "What are you profiting from this?" "What is the catch?".. Those questions didn't even come to mind when he walked me through my purchase. (I wasn't planning on trading or buying a Ridgeline for a couple more months too!)
But the service Rick had provided for me at the Airdrie location was above and beyond what I had ever experienced when it came to purchasing a vehicle. His professionalism was outstanding. His commitment and attention to detail was very reassuring. He definitely treated my concerns as if they were his own. The options were clearly described to me and Rick had followed through with everything he had outlined, advised and offered. He definitely went that extra mile to secure the right package for me. It has been almost a year since I bought my truck, the extended services, courtesy check ups, and validating my questions has been a game changer on who i will be going to again for my next vehicle.

Very bad service here! My sister bought a BRAND new 2019 White Honda Odyssey and there was some issue with the Van already, it still under 1000 km and she took it in for service to see what going on with the vibration and other stuff. The mechanic told her there nothing they can do about it but it a manufacturer defect . They couldn't help her and didn't even guide her in the right direction. Going to have to take it to the media and tell everyone not to go to this TT HONDA dealership. Biggest SCAM EVER! Selling a LEMON to my sister.

Sales provide all information and profession Service department

I called in and scheduled my B service for my CRV. At the time of booking, I was told it would take 3-4 hours. I asked if the brakes needed replacing, remembering from a previous visit that was recommended, but they couldn't seem to tell and said it was unlikely. After arriving and in spite of having an appoinment, I was told my service wouldn't be completed until at least 4. Changing plans, I took a shuttle home with a pleasant gentleman who was very friendly and polite. I was called later, and yes indeed brake pads needed replacing. Not sure why that wasn't found when I first asked.
I asked them to look at a door that wouldn't unlock properly. Was told later they couldn't see what was wrong. Maybe try replacing the door handle? I would need to leave the car overnight. I passed, as I required my vehicle the next morning. Was still charged $100+ for labour even though nothing was fixed.
All other issues, brake pads, oil change, filters, brake fluid, etc. were changed with no issues.
I only gave 3 stars because I am frustrated when 1) time in shop always seems to exceed original estimate 2) didn't know at time of booking the recommended service from previous visits and 3) getting charged for service that didn't repair anything.
All the people I interacted with were professional and courteous.

We purchased our 2016 Honda Civic and Delivery Specialist Ramy Yassine was fabulously awesome. He explained everything in such a detail and all questions was very well addressed. He knows his stuff in great details. He was very efficient. He made me feel like I'm talking to a very good friend of mine. Excellent service, very welcoming nature, great personality, easy to talk to, very friendly and a very kind hearted person.... He takes pride in his job... We are very happy with his service...T&T Honda should be proud to have such a great employee like Ramy Yassine... Cheers :)

My Experience got turned from Worse to Good. Charlie is a great Sales man and does not get tired of your questions and helps his best in a timely manner. Navroz is a good GM and cares for his customers and presents many options. Everything is sorted now in-spite of many issues in the beginning. Only thing is their cars are a Bit Pricey compared to other dealers. They are reliable at support after sales which is why I went to them in First place. Finally 1 Star to 4 Starts.

Service provided by t&t honda service advisor Raji Toor was beyond my expectation. My experience with t&t honda was excellent.

Came here twice. One time accompanied a friend for maintenance, and the last one came with my son who purchased a new Honda Civic here. The staff was nice, but the waiting time was a bit long for me in both experience. And while I was sitting at the waiting area, the TV signal was not working right at both times. Thankfully, there're coffee and my cell phone to help me spend my time. Anyway, the good thing for this dealer was they have stock for the new model & choice of color which my son had been looking for, which made it outstanding.

T&T Honda did try to fix the AC to make things right. Although it is still not 100%, I do appreciate that they tried to rectify the situation. I am not a random customer. I have given this place over 8k worth of business.

*** AC repair nightmare ***

Purchased my vehicle at this dealership, and had T & T do all the major maintenances and repairs over the years (Eg. Oil Change, Transmission Fluid Change, B12 Services, Steering rack repair, Muffler, Alignment, Suspension, Control Arm). But the last 3 major repairs related to AC is by far the worst experience I have ever encountered with vehicle services.

(AC Repair Part 1): The AC Stopped Working, blowing warm air.
Incident Date: About 3 Years Ago. 2016
T&T Diagnostic: Clutch is not engaging properly, need to replace the compressor and the clutch.
Repair Cost: $$1000+
Result: Worked for 1 year and broke down again.

(AC Repair Part 2): The AC Stopped working again, blowing warm air.
T&T Diagnostic: Apparently the **Outer** evaporator is leaking
Incident Date: About 1 Year Ago. 2017
Repair Cost: $1000+
Result: Worked for less than 3 months and broke down again. T&T investigated and said it is the **INNER Evaporator** this time.

(AC Repair Part 3) : The AC still blowing warm air.
Incident Date: - Continuation from 2017 to Jun 2019 No AC)
T&T Diagnostic: Apparently the **Outer evaporator** is leaking this time. Before agreeing to the repair, asked T&T if this will for sure fix the problem.
Cost: $1300+
Result: Fixed in June 2019, worked for less than 3 weeks and broke down again. In addition, the tech failed to reconnect the front right speaker after pulling the dashboard apart to get to the inner evaporator.

My own tests:
Honda Fit - With Max AC on and within 2 mins, the temperature went from 20 c to 11 c
Honda Civic (Repaired AC) With Max AC on and within 2 mins, the temperature went from 20 c to 22 c....

Conclusion:
1) The entire AC system has been looked at and repaired
2) The techs assigned to this major repair is absolutely incompetent.
3) It feels like T&T Honda is systematically trying to rip me off. Working their way in from the most accessible component, and then work their way into the hard to reach the area which is the inner evaporator.
4) It is an older vehicle but when I put a lot of trust and faith into T&T to have this major repair done properly, it is expected to be done properly.
5) I no longer trust T &T Honda anymore with any major repairs.
6) For prospective and current T&T customers, I highly suggest you calculate your risks before bringing your vehicles in for any major repairs.

I appreciated the fact that Marianne was willing to communicate with me through email first as I do not always have the availability to answer my calls during work hours. Throughout the process Marianne was willing to answer any questions I had and during the sale process, her and Bobby were willing work with me to make sure that I was happy with the price. In the finance department, Jenise was a great to work with as she went through everything and answered any additional questions I had. On pick up day, there was a small miscommunication that resulted in me waiting at the dealership longer than I expected to pick up the vehicle but this may have been due to it being really busy during their sale but the rest of the process went smoothly afterwards. I've been to a few other dealerships looking for similar vehicles and this one was the most pleasant to deal with. Thank you again to Marianne, Bobby, Jenise, and Andrew.

Johnny was our salesman and got us excited about the new 2019 hrv. We pre ordered in November saying we would receive our new car in January. Several conversations between us and Johnny and we finally received our car on March 26th. I understand it wasn t Johnny fault on the late delivery but could never get an exact date. We are really enjoying the new HRV and it was worth the wait.

The service team is excellent...some of the best I have dealt with in my many years of driving.

Customer service for service is all I can speak about, but I can not thank SCOTT enough. After dealing with another Honda dealership (which I will leave unnamed for now), Scott got me answers and a solution in a matter of minutes! Long story short, I have to wait a month for a part, and unnamed dealership told me they do not have a courtesy car that I could use for that time, I called T&T to see if they could help and I was going to tow my car from one dealership to T&T if they could help. Scott was fast on the phone to the other dealership and I will have a loaner tomorrow :) T& T will definitely be my new service center. Thank you Scott!!!

I'd definitely given them a 5 star if I was only reviewing the service I received from T&T Honda. This is my 2nd visit and I didn't find any flaw in the service and staff. Infact they were awesome...!!! The only reason I have 1 less star is because of some add on services that were offered before the Covid situation...like the shuttle service has been cancelled / temporarily closed without any other alternative options. I know it's understandable....but when T&T has raised the bar with their excellent services...even these sort of small things becomes an issue while reviewing....but even then...I'd recommend T&T Honda and will visit them again and again for my vehicle needs.

Service department has always been excellent and professional in addressing my vehicle repairs and scheduled maintenance. I've had my vehicles serviced at a few other dealerships over the years. But now only bring to T&T because they had better knowledge about the vehicles they sell and repair. Same faces have been there for years and though I try to use the same service manager every time. They have all be willing to help and are honest to find the answer from someone if they can't give you the answer.

Parts department has a new policy that they won't order a part unless you come in first and pay in person is annoying. Particularly when the dealership is 40km away from where I live. There are 3 other dealerships closer for me to drive to. Spending $10 on fuel for a $3 part is a pain. Plus you need to drive there twice.

Last week I drop off my car for service.Then I left my car 3.5 hours needed for complete maintenance. It's was good service I spent a lot of money I paid my bills after that I got my keys from teller's, then I found my car at parking lot T&T.
The when I fill up gasoline at some where gas station.
I'm very sad my beautiful car was scratch at fuel tank side body on below that picture . I think they're doesn't care mechanical staff. Please don't that.

Customer service rep, Jeff was friendly, knowledgeable. He suggested to change the transmission oil as it was over 60000 KMS since the last change. The car was ready on time and work done as agreed.

Worst service department ever. I was lied to on the phone, taken advantage of when the service advisor went back on what he had originally stated, and when I went to complain to the service manager we played phone tag once and then he proceeded to never return my calls again. Will never be going back here and have lodged a complaint with Honda Canada.

Took my car into T&T Honda for repairs. Randy, Raji and the staff were welcoming and amazing. The service; excellent and stress-free. Worst dealership in the city, I would give them zero stars. To start, they don't clean the cars before they give them to you. I found SO MUCH cat hair in my centre console and a dirty eyelash curler under the passenger seat. They are scam artists. My engine blew after a couple months of purchasing a pre-owned accord, still under manufacturer warranty. Turns out a part on the engine was re-called and they didn't bother to phone me or change the part before they sold it to me. The oil burned off and I drove the car with no oil (how was I supposed to know?)
They tried to tell me this was my fault and demanded $8,000 for the repair. I had to fight with them to get it covered under warranty. They were going to need my car for two weeks, and offered me a free rental. I go to drop off the car and the insist that they don't have any rentals available for another week. I had to fight with them again to give me a rental free of charge on the spot. And to top it off?? They cracked my windshield in the process and wanted me to cover the cost of that too?
I complained to the manager after all was said and done. His response went something along the lines of "We are the busiest Honda dealership, if won't affect us if we lose you as a client."
WHAT?!?!?!

The staff at T&T Honda are amazing who knew buying a car could be done so easy. Whether it be an oil change or actually purchase a new vehicle the T&T family has always been so knowledgeable and kind with helping me. A special Thanks to Rick Brar who helped me with my sale and even followed up with me after the fact and wished me and my family happy holidays and new year. I always recommend T&T Honda to all my friends!

The salespersons were polite and understanding and I loved that when I was inquiring about one of their used Acura's they went above and beyond the call of duty by taking the liberty to have the car in the showroom when I arrived. I received the best treatment, i would come back to TNT in a heart beat. Checking in for service was super easy and the gentleman at check in was friendly. Then i met John Crom' my service provider. He was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to fix my car, he kept me updated with estimated times. He helped me with retorqing my car tires.

My car was dirty from all the splash and i felt bad bringing in like that. They cleaned my car for me.

Where do I start! From the moment me and my cousin walked in we felt welcome and at home. My tensions about buying a vehicle for her went right out the door. I cant remember our sales guys name but I remember the manager Rick. He made our experience very personable and gave us a good value for our trade. My cousin hasn't stopped bragging about it since she got it. Definitely coming here again and referring all my friends here as well. Great job!
