I wasnt jazzed on the whole experience. Felt like I was being treated like a burden, almost like they had better things to do with their time. I brought my CR-V in for service, which I have had nothing with problems with over the last year. Figured I might as well look into possible replacements while I was there. No one talked to me, I had to ask for help, then ask for the brochures. Like I said, felt like a burden.
