Worked with Service Advisor Jeff regarding a diagnosis of poor idling and start-up on my 2007 Honda CR-V. He was very informative regarding what the issue was, what my options were and how to proceed with my final decision. The parts unfortunately, were shipped to the wrong dealership at no fault of T&T Honda. Jeff gave me a call to inform me of the situation and followed up to rescheduled the repair once he had his hands on the part personally to ensure I wouldn't have to make an extra trip there. Although I cannot yet speak to the quality of service yet, I really appreciate the attentiveness and professionalism from this advisor.
