My wife and I just bought our car with Darren and he was absolutely perfect. He was able to answer and provided exactly what we are looking for. Extremely patient and transparent from the moment we stepped in.

Sales manager "Boby" and product advisor "Pankaj" were the best from the time I went to the dealership till the time I got 2019 HONDA CRV-EXL. If these two guys were not there than i would never go back to T&T honda again in my life. Thank guys for great customer service even though there were some people with low level of customer service skills.

There is another sales manager whose does not have a good attitude.Stay away from that sales manager. This manager hesitated even to say hello or to talk to us as the product advisor was introducing us to him.

So, i told the product advisor that if he is the sales manager i am dealing with next time i come in, then i am not buying the crv from T&T. I told him that i want service from "Boby" only.

First time i was at T&T honda around 5pm on may 18, 2019. I waited 10 minutes and no one even said hello. Not even the customer service rep at the sales area said hello. Then i went to customer service desk and asked for sales manager.

Sales manager "Boby" came by. I asked him if they were running short on sales staff. He didn't get what i was saying. Then he understood what i was saying. He said sorry that i was left unattended. He got me a product advisor right away. I was there to see Honda civic sport and the product advisor did not have full knowledge about the vehicle.

Then another day i went to look at used 2018 CRV Touring after my wife saw it online. The sales person there was so so. I didn't knew his name until he called my wife next day to make another offer on the crv because we did not make a deal that day. Next day he talked to my wife and they agreed on price. But i am the one who is paying. The guy called me 4 times within 3 and half hours. I did not bother picking up his call because of his poor customer service. Now you can guess why it's so so. The used sales manager was also horrible. May be that's why they put the TAG team there at the used car sales department. The sales rep even hesitated to let me test drive on the Deerfoot, he said driving on 16 ave which has 90 km/hr is similar to driving on Deerfoot. But later on we went to Deerfoot. The sales person went back and forth for price negotiation which was the only good part. So, after he went to the manger 2 times, he suggested that i should talk to him for getting the price i want. So i go there and said "So you are the person who is not reducing the price". And that was it? The manager probably took it personally. He said he cannot give on that price and said "Have a good night is a different tone".

Don't ever go to used sales department when those two guys are there. I was there on Tuesday evening. They are the worst.

Then after some day i again went to honda to look 2019 honda civic sport. The product advisor i got that day was not good. I asked him if i can have a leather seat and premium audio which comes with subwoofer. He said i can put aftermarket leather seat and aftermarket audio. Why would i put aftermarket on a new car.

Moral of the story: The sales guys need to be familiar with the product they are selling (know the details) and take customer service classes.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Will bring my car to T&T Honda for service for sure.

I bought a used Odyssey from T&T back in October and held out writing a review until now due to a small issue. Turns out once I found the right people to talk to it was resolved in no time. Professional and courteous, would not hesitate to recommend.

Thank you Rahim, Rick, Eve, and Mo. This is my first new car purchase, and this experience has been beyond my expectations!

I love my new 2015 Civic Si and when I had issues with the remote starter. Your staff took care of it right away! The issue was because I didn't know the quirks of using a starter with a manual-push-button car. However the service staff checked it over just incase.

Very polite and accommodating and the coffee was great while I waited for my service to be done.

We had great service right from the Service Manager to the Financial Manager and the General Manager. Will go there any day to pick up my car. The staff was very pleasant. Thank you!

2018 - Share some love for T&T Honda they do so many great things right. Lots of friendly staff an excellent parts and service department. They speak tons of languages. Where else can you go actually see a Type R every once in while.

Tried to upsell me a $2700 repair on my seven year old Honda.

Got two second opinions, including at another Honda service department and, well, no.

Nice try guys, part of customer service shouldn't be padding the bill when you think someone is gullible.

NEVER EVER go with HONDA in your Life. I bought a brand new 2014 honda accord and I spent additional 1,500 for paint protection and additional 500 for remote starer- remote .Remote starter had to be re-programmed so many times and their over promise is just amazing. Now when theres paint chip- ofcourse they dont cover and my car not even 5 yr old new car is having starter issues- which costs me another 600 for replacement. They are ridiculous!! I wont recommend HONDA vehicles to anyone.

Friendly sales people and not "in your face" with the hard sell! Informative and able to provide details quickly if they didn't have the answer immediately.

Sharing my 2nd experience with T&T as 1st one got lots of issue but this time they helped me alot. My car AC was having some issue and I discussed with them and they told me that they will diagnose and will fix.
They fixed the car same day and also saved my time.

As of now 5 Star and will look for more.

I bought a suv from these guys (2007) it had some problem in front shock so i took back to them and my $400 Prada glasses were stolen from my truck on top of that i was told how do we know if i had those glasses i had to show my bill for it, its not about glasses those were gift from my deceased brother,after all i was told by sales manager Norm take $100 so i told him to he can keep that too so now i have 250 staff members and drivers(STL transport) and tell that story to every one that at T&T honda they are all thieves don't buy car from them. So be careful

Bought a Honda here 3 years ago now that I want to upgrade they offered me $5500 on trade! They have pre-owned cars on their lot same year, make and model as mine with HIGHER kms going for over $11000!!! I get that a business has to make a profit but this, in my opinion is robbery!

You can tell that everyone here really cares about the people buying their vehicles and specifically that they want to get you into something that suits you, not just make a quick easy sale.

I would not buy from here because they don't seem willing to deal. Have had much better success with other dealers in smaller markets. I use to service two vehicles regularly here but no longer. The service was dependable, good in some instances, but far too expensive. On the high end even for a dealer garage.

We have bought multiple vehicles from this location and each time our experience has been wonderful. This was a basic service , oil and filter, for my 2012 Civic SI. In at 7 and out at 8:15 . Chris was the advisor that signed me in and was super clear on my service needs. He came to the waiting room to get me when my car was ready. He went over the work order and the mechanic's check list including the tread depth on the tires, which I also knew were done for their life. As usual , it's an efficient system and a friendly vibe.

I'm really satisfied to their service, very nice to their customer, a100% total customer satisfaction, and i will recomend T&T honda to my family and all my friends. more power to all the staff on T&T honda.

About 6 weeks ago we bought a used 2015 CRV from T & T. We were exceedingly happy with the service from their used car department, especially Steve! Steve was friendly, patient, helpful when we had questions and most importantly never made us feel like he had somewhere else to be (a vibe we had definitely gotten from other dealerships in Calgary). There were a couple of minor things with picking up the vehicle itself - had to fix some windshield moulding and needed a new battery - but the dealership was very quick to get all of that taken care of. Our CRV works like a dream and has been great for peace of mind involving transporting our new baby from A to B. I would absolutely recommend these guys for a new or used vehicle!

We just had a great experience in TnTHonda for our first car. Darren is our dealer, and he is fantastic. We had a very pleasant experience and Darren is happy to accommodate our various requests. Even after we got the car, he is still very happy to answer our questions, and we really appreciate that! I will definitely recommend TnTHonda to my friends, especially Darren! :D

I bought a car recently at TT Honda and I must say it was really pleasant experience. Salesman Lawrenece was extremly helpful along the other sales staff. They even went 1 step further in helping me get all I needed for my car . Im writing this review MAINLY on my step father behalf.
He bought an accord a month back and it has been the worst decision. Mainly a door ding and some hail damage. We noticed both about 2 weeks ago, and they refuse to fix either. The door ding I get, we aren't even 100% sure if we bought the car with it or not. But the hail damage, maybe I missed out on that hailstorm monsoon in early November, but I bet we bought it with hail damage. We just didnt notice it, in the WHIRLWIND rush to get us out the door when we went to go pick up the car.
So when I went to go LOOK at an Accord (cause im in the market right now) I didnt get any help in the show room, so I just left.
It is a nice looking place though, I will give it that

Charlie Vo the Sales agent was awesome. He answered all of my questions, explained all of my options thoroughly and did not pressure me to buy a car at the first meeting. Unlike other sales agents at other dealerships who really push you to sign a contract and not allowing you time to think your decision through. I highly recommend Charlie. The person who oriented me to my new CRV was also great because he took the time to explain the features. This would be the second CRV in our family where Charlie was our sales agent and both times our family is satisfied with the customer service and had a positive experience.

I would highly recommend T and T Honda to those looking for a new or used vehicle. From the get go my sales rep Jas was professional, accommodating and pleasant. We decided on a used CR-V and I feel I got an excellent deal. They fill up the gas tank, ensure the inspection provides close to perfect results and confirm you are happy with everything before you leave.
The whole team including Darren, Roy, Ramy and Matt made my experience excellent and that's why I bother taking the time to write a review. Great service deserves recognition. Even as a BC resident, I'd be happy to do business here again and highly recommend this stellar team.

My experience at T&T Honda was positive and pleasant. Susan Yip gave great service selling me a new car. I didn't feel pressured into buying something I didn't want or signing on the dotted line right away. She was open to negotiate on a set of winter tires and was very pleasant discussing the financing options available. Her attitude, disposition, and sales technique won me over.

Dan, the parts manager, is awesome. He went out of his way to help me, even after hours.

Dropped one star for not being able to complete the programming of my key fob in the promised time...took about twice as long as promised. That aside, a very good experience with a super-friendly Service Advisor, very personable Service Manager and a complimentary car wash which is always appreciated. Quite positive overall and I will continue to give T&T my service.

Free stuff right off the bat. I remember going in and they were handing out bags of chips and bottles of pop to anybody that came in. Not to mention the sweet selection of juice and coffee accompanied by cozy red leather chairs. It made the experience comfortable from the start. The salesman seemed enthusiastic to help get me what I wanted, even with the ridiculous amount of questions I had. Trade-in value was fair and they were patient with my waiting-to-be-fixed vehicle. Finance manager Warren Ta was exceptionally helpful in the process, very thankful for all his work. Overall great experience, second vehicle I've purchased from this dealership. If your gunna buy a Honda, go to T&T. Every service appointment I've had with them has also been smooth and easy. They treat your car so gently, it's like no one was in it when you get it back. Ultimately my point is I recommend this dealership.

"Worst customer service"
I bought a car 4 or 5 days ago from used car department and next day i took it for inspection. The inspection got rejected because of the different brands of TIRES. Front and rear tires are completely different brands. I went back to TnT honda on Barlow with my friends to discussed that issue with the manager to find a good solution. when i told him the sitution, his answer was "Do you want me to pay for it". he was so rude to me. He didn't even know how to talk to the customers. Such a bad experience.

Fast and friendly service. They were very kind and thorough and adjusted well to the changes required due to Covid. Understandable you there s no shuttle service so maybe an incentive for every $100 spent you get $5 or $10 towards your Uber or taxi bill?
