I would like to say that I'm very satisfied with my service at T&T Honda. I have made an appointment online for the Airbag Recall on my 2011 Honda Civic SE. Once I got there, I arrived with kind respect and they took care of me. Staff was very polite and the shuttle service was wonderful.
Hi, i did not receive my survey to complete so I've decided to post a review here. I brought my car in a few days ago and wanted to comment about the excellent service I received here. My service representative was Lance and he was very professional, addressed all my concerns, and was very quick with following up. Although I've had some bad experiences here before, Lance has renewed my confidence to continue with tnt Honda. He is a hard worker and deserves a raise. Thanks.
Harry Bhatti (sales man) got me a good deal on a 2017 Honda Civic Hatch. He was very helpful and patient during the buying process but didn't followup with me after I received my car. I tried to call him after my purchase with questions regarding my car and he didn't return my call. Also the paperwork, during the sales purchase, was extremely quick and confusing. Be careful with the Add Ons which they want you to purchase (Under coating, fabric protection, etc). Keep your monthly payment in mind and stick with it. The service department is the BEST. Had a issue with drivers widow not going up occasionally, new trim piece was ordered from Vancouver and they received the part the same day and had the car fixed later that afternoon. They even paid for a Rental car for me in case it wasn't because I live outside of Calgary. I'm very happy with the service department!!
I recently brought my Honda CRV in for a Service B. I dropped the vehicle off at 8:45 and around 2 pm I was informed that the Air/Fuel Sensor needed to be replaced. They quoted me a price that of $424 over the phone, which after a quick look on the internet I discovered was being sold for $90 to $140 plus tax. Obviously a significant mark-up.
The problem was that the service attendant on the phone and in person would not provide a reason for the price and instead blamed it on the parts guy. It's unethical to charge nearly 3.5 times the retail value for such a simple part. Since I needed the vehicle the next day, I was basically stuck with paying the inflated cost. This has happened to me a few times in the past at TNT, but the price of the part was not so ridiculously inflated. Based on these experiences, this is the last time I'll be cheated and I'll be sure not to recommend TNT Honda to anyone. Is a $300 ripoff (short-term profit) really worth the loss of a customer that has been coming to your service department for close to 10 years?

Really happy with the customer service, zero pressure to do anything unnecessary with the car. Highly recommend.
One of the most disappointing experiences I've had a dealership. Arrived at 12 PM on Sat. Dec. 2 looking for my new SUV as I read the reviews about T&T Honda having great service. Walked around and 2 sales people walked right by with no acknowledgment. I found the SUV I was interested in and hung around it for about 20 minutes hoping 1 of the sales people would stop to help out but the 5 of them were too busy talking to each other in a group to notice. It's already an intimidating experience trying to purchase a vehicle so try going up and interrupting a group of people talking away makes it even worse. Ended up walking out and driving across the city to another Honda dealership who ended up getting my business because they took the time to notice their potential customers.
Nice people to work with. I had been going there since 2011 for my civic service and recently I got a pre-owned vehicle from them and it was quite a nice experience. There had been some service issues in the vehicle and all of those were well taken care of. Thumbs up for Basal, their pre owned service manager, Greg their service adviser and Scott, their service manager. I wish and hope that my vehicle would be trouble free now.

The quality of service is declining every year with T&T honda. They have hired rude people who doesn't care whether customer will retain with them or not. Their service manager Scott supports them as well. Very poor experience for first time in last 3 years. Would never return to this location now.
It was wonderful, everyone was really helpful and welcoming the moment we got in. They have helped us in every way possible specially Darren who helped me picked out which car would fit me more, He is very knowledgeable and fun to talk to he gave me quite an option also very accomodating and friendly. I bought 2017 Civic at this branch. At that time, I had contracted for free oil change for 10 years if the car is fixed at this branch when it has any issues. So far, the car has been used without any problems and of course nothing is light on the dash board. One day I called to T&T Honda to book for oil change and one of representatives said I must have to have car inspection when mileage reaches 16000km to get an oil change for free. This is not lease but I financed. I do not understand even why I must have car inspection. They said they cannot even book an appointment just for free oil change. Why should I pay over $250 for car inspection to have free oil change? Even it is just 1 year old car. Please make sure when you buy a car at this branch, you should be careful because they forget easily what they provided.

My wife and I just had twins and Danny Deng helped us with our Honda Odyssey purchase; we love the Odyssey and should have bought it way sooner! Danny was extremely helpful and personable throughout our whole experience at T&T Honda and I'd highly recommend Danny to all my family, friends and coworkers. Just bought a used 2014 Jetta from these guys. Here are the reasons I loved T&T: No pressure sales. My sales person, Maaz, was upfront about all costs and while I was offered every option and add-on, I did not feel pushed or pressured. I felt that my best interests were kept in mind and my decision making capabilities were respected. Their sales staff was patient with me, personable, and knowledgeable. They even threw in brand new mats, even though I wasn't buying a Honda. My sales person went out and bought them himself. I had another car dealership (Toyota) steal my money. T&T didn't even ask for a down payment until I had made my decision to buy. Thanks guys!

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. We decided on a Honda, not only the product itself but also the experience we had with T&T Honda. All our other options fail in comparison to the customer service we had at T&T. I highly recommend anyone thinking about purchasing a Honda to stop by the T&T location. Thanks again.
The sales guy was trying to be helpful but not a lot of support from management / owners. They advertised 2 new vehicles on their site, when I went in one of the vehicles was in Palm Springs ( system glitch) second one wasn't quite new, was with 18K Km. I agreed to take the vehicle for a drive test, and after about 30 minutes they brought the vehicle filthy as I never saw anotger vehicle in my life, broken fog ligt....took it for a spin the brakes were pretty much done steering wheel was shaking when braking, and squeaky noise....but I was assured that if I buy the vehicle everything will be fixed before I take possession ...what a joke.
I just got my 2021 honda crv black edition from honda t&t and I have no regret financing it. I want to give thanks to the finacial service manager Jenise Nguyen and kuya jerome for helping finance the car and doing all the paper works and Andrew low-on for the great delivery of the car you can ask anything about your car and those special features your car has
