Fun and friendly atmosphere everyone was very helpful and excited for all their customers. Do not buy from this dealership. Purchased a 2013 Dodge Journey 3 week ago. Was quoted a price on Internet, confirmed over phone and at dealership when test driving. Then decided to purchase after long day of car shopping. Price then went up $1,500 with adds on that you have to purchase. Their own finance guy said that was wrong and they should have been up front with all costs.
Now 3 weeks later vehicle. Would not star. Service department said it need new battery and alternator. They will not cover repairs. Claiming we put 5000 miles on car in 3 week. Sounds like a not her scam, beware.

I will never go to this dealership service department. I had a scheduled appointment to have my truck repaired. I got there at 7 am and handed over my keys for the repair to be done. I asked for an up date at 8:30 for when my truck will be ready through the text system they have. They put other trucks and cars in the shop in front of mine. The service advisor walked past me in the waiting area at around 9am. Saw me and asked if I was waiting for my truck and I answered yes. He promptly laughed at me for waiting saying it would not be ready anytime soon. They did not get my truck in the service bay until 10:51. After I told the service advisor I had to be at work at 2:30. They didn t get my truck finished until 2:00. Needless to say I didn t make it to work on time. Why make an appointment if your just going to get pushed aside and the laughed at. And to the dealership worker reading this post don t send me a cookie cutter response. Nothing will get me to set foot in that dealership or anyone I know!

I can not say if they were not busy or if my issues were easy, but he asked if i could leave the car and I still got it back the same day. I am pleased. Very disappointed with our last visit. Courtesy Chevrolet is a strange name for the new owners, with the way people are treated by this auto dealer/service. We went in for a factory defect and stop/start mechanism repair at 8:00 a.m. and got our car back at 4:00. I had an appointment but one part had to be sent from another store. Wouldn t you think the part could be there since they knew we were coming?
They no longer loan a vehicle, so it was off to the mall. No calls from our service advisor so I called him at 1:00. Walked back to the dealer and waited 3 more hours. No updates from him at all. He did leave his office when the ice cream truck stopped by at 3:00.
We will not go back.

However, I am SO DISSATISFIED with the service department. Three months after I purchased my vehicle my car wouldn't start. I called them instantly and the man o spoke to told me to just take it in as soon as I could. I took it in yesterday to get it checked out and the guy that checked me asked if I had an appointment and I said no but I was told to just bring it in! He said that I had to wait until tomorrow to get my car back. So I waited. I just got a call back today saying it was my battery and that full service would cost over $400! What in the heck! I pay for their warranty and I'm wondering why I'm paying so much for terrible service! You kept my car for 2 days when I work full time and need my vehicle and now your chanrging me high prices for a battery!? RIDICULOUS! I would rather take it elsewhere!Don't go here!

Unfortunately my experience with this dealership has been the worst buying and service experience of my life time. I bought a new car in June and since then have only been able to drive my car for about 1 month. The A/C was bad and it took 2 weeks to figure that out and get it fixed. Then I had a small wreak and took it to them to have it fixed. My car sat in the service department for 3 1/2 weeks when I was told it would take 1 1/2 weeks to fix. No one called to update me or my insurance company. My rental ran out after 30 days. I asked the dealership to help me out and they refused. When I received my car back it is covered in grease, on white leather seats. They are ruined. The car looks like it is twenty years old on the inside. All I get is fast talking people who want to shut me up and hope that I get tired of the run around and move on. All I hear from them is "I hear ya, I hear ya" Well obviously you do not hear me. You won't even give me a chance to give you a list of everything that is wrong with the car. To say I am disgusted is an understatement. You have wasted many hours of my time because of your shoddy workmanship and lies. I have lost work because of this as well. You do not call back in a timely manner if you call back at all. Your people are rude when speaking to the customer. My car still isn't running right and makes noise when driving down the road, scraps along the panel on the drivers side door. areas in the back seat, visor, dash area and both front seats. They finally have a car for me to drive after 3 days to ring my car back in but request my debit card to be on file incase of something happening. I refuse to give my card on the grounds these businesses charge your card without informing you of any reason. As I just had this done 2 weeks ago and am still waiting on the return of my money. It is honestly hard to believe that anyone would buy from this dealer. The vehicles are priced well over any other dealer I have been to and the two sales guys we spoke to both lied through their teeth. We looked at a used Ford escape with 30000 miles they had listed for over $20k. We then looked online and Sanderson Ford had a brand all brand new escapes on sale starting at under $17k. I tend to act like I know nothing about cars to see what sales people tell me. The two guys I spoke with clearly knew about cars but tried to take advantage of us by getting is lies about the vehicle. Before leaving I let them know I knew they were full of it. We went to Sanderson and got all the same features as the one we looked at here with less than 100 total miles for $17k.
Be smart and stay away from these thieves. Politicians are more trustworthy than these idiots.

Went in last week because I got a check engine light on my 2015 dart, Jacob from the service department was really sweet and attentive and let me know if a recall I didn t even know my car had! I dropped it off on a Saturday so I was more or less expecting it to be busy so real expectations were set from the beginning. He made sure to keep in touch in regards to the car, overall great experience, and although I hope I don t need to take my car in any time soon for anything major I ll be sure to come back if I do!

Took my truck in two weeks ago for a check engine light being on. Found out I need some major engine repairs on a 2013 Ram with under 100k miles. Was told the repairs will be covered by the warranty forever that came with vehicle when I purchased it from this dealership. This all sounds good until I'm informed they can not buy parts currently because they are being sold, they have no idea when they will be able to purchase parts and they do not have a loaner vehicle for me to drive while my truck just sits. I took three hours but I finally got then to pay for a rental car.
So it's been at Heggs for two weeks. I have yet to receive any communication from them, not even a courtesy call letting me know what's going on. I have called in numerous times waited while the phone rang for 10 minutes only to be sent to someones voicemail and no one has called me back.
I would stay far away from this place. They clearly dont care about customers or their reputation.

Slow service. Took about 5 hours to replace an air bag that I had an appointment for. Said I could use a rental car almost free only $2.00. They forgot to mention that it was another $18 for insurance. Your personal insurance covers any accident for repairs minus your deductible, but not the devaluation of the rental car that has been in an accident. They don't wash or vacuum your car. They give you a voucher for a car wash that is closed. All of these services are done by my home town Chrysler dealer. I got a car quote on our car 3 months earlier. They were about 4 grand less than the competition. At least the guy who I dropped it off to was friendly and the weather was good.

I miss Heggs!!! I brought my car in for an oil change and an A/C problem I was experiencing. They needed to keep my family car for the unexpected A/C repair that was covered under my warranty and they had no loaner car available. I was very disappointed in my customer service. They had my car for a full 24 hours. I ended up having to pick up my van before the part came in because it was Labor Day weekend and like I said it s our family car. They said they ordered the part and gave me back my unfixed car. I have never been contacted since or followed up with. I haven't taken it back in because I have school drop off and pick up every day and need access to a large vehicle to tow around my 4 kids to activities. I would of never purchases a car from this dealership and I am super bummed the Heggs sold to courtesy because Heggs had the best customer service!

This place is not a good place to go buy a car. The lie about how many different places they send to have your credit ran. Because of Superstition Springs Chrysler, my credit got shot down very low because they sent it out to at least 5 different dealerships and a lot of other lenders. I asked if they did that and the sales guy Jeff Bonner the floor manager told me that they are not like the other Dodge dealers and they ONLY run your credit once. Also they didn't pull the right information from my credit, because I am a Jr, my dad's and my credit always gets mixed up and when I tried to explain that to Jeff he just stated "there is nothing we can do for you". He did not to hear me or correct the situation at all and that is very POOR customer service for a floor manager. I would not be going back there and I would NEVER send anyone over to this dealership.

Brought my truck in for some recalls and a repair. My wife picked up the truck after the weekend and I noticed the bill was over $100 more then we discussed. I tried calling, left messages and even emailed the service department with no return answer. Only when I left a bad survey review did I get an email back from customer service and was basically told sorry our service department is like that. I even emailed my invoice over to look at and still no answer. Repairs are fine, just the customer service is bad, once you pay you don't matter anymore. Our family is taking our business elsewhere.

In late January of this year, I purchased a from this dealership. I really needed a vehicle and wasn't sure after my credit took a nose dive if I'd qualify for a loan without an outrageous APR. I got an AMAZING trade in value for my Ford Mustang . I received an AMAZING deal for the vehicle I got.
I did not like the finance manager telling me they must add KAHU and they add KAHU to all their vehicles.
KAHU by the way is an app/ service you can use to track your vehicle.
I knew what they were telling me / told me was INCORRECT and a VIOLATION if I mentioned to my lienholder they MADE ME add the product.
I took the L because in other ways I won by getting out of a vehicle that was falling apart.
By the way don't get KAHU. For example, I've been working from home have both sets of keys and the app will tell me my vehicle is 2 miles away. No one but myself drives my vehicle.
KAHU is only reliable for a record of each time you start your vehicle.
Also I didn't like the finance manager when re doing the vehicle contract dropping my choice of getting a GAP contract which I would of paid out of pocket for.
The evening I took the vehicle home; I did not get a full copy of the contract. I realized that obtained the copy then realized the complimentary oil changes the finance guy told me weren't complimentary he was adding the charge into the price of the vehicle.
Luckily, the 2nd revision of the contract dropped the alleged complimentary but costly oil maintenance package.
I also noticed they spent more time discussing vehicle add ons with couples.
I went into the dealership alone and it was like they decided what extended service contract I wanted etc etc. It was a very poor experience with finance and I believe I was treated less by being a single female .
The experience only got better the following days when I got my boyfriend involved.
However, I really lucked out and got a luxurious 4x4 SUV.
I went to the dealership in the evening; did not realize the vehicle was not detailed and found items from the previous owner still in the vehicle. Since they really worked wonders for me and got a really AWESOME vehicle, I wasn't too upset over it.
However, I brought up the issue with a tire sensor light coming on the next day. They semi cleaned the vehicle and replaced the tire sensor.
Also they need to be more aware of existing extended warranties on vehicles they sell.
There and still is was a massive extended warranty/ maintenance/ tire package on the Ford Explorer Sport I purchased. Since they didn't have the previous owner sign the warranty over I couldn't and can't use it.
The vehicle runs great and looks AMAZING.
The only reason why im giving it 4 stars because of the deal I received otherwise the rating would be lower.

Antwain Baker the finance manager made it happen he worked for days with my husband and I to get us the deal we were looking for. Antwain is AMAZING . Words cannot Express how horrible this place is. 1st the advertised price is NOT the price of the car they add on thousands in ridiculous unnecessary fees and accessories. Yes I said thousands 2. They are completely incompetent. After working on a deal and getting financing for a vehicle the internet manager told us the car we were trying to purchase had been sold for days... How do they not realize a vehicle they write up a purchase order for is no longer available. I could go on but I wont. Do not waste your time at this dealer.

Brought my car after work with a check eng light, the warranty was expired. Matt the service advisor looked up my vin# found out the problem was covered with a extended warranty Matt took care of all my transportation , kept me informed, and stayed late waiting for me picking up the car. The tech did a thorough job lncluding a complimentary multi pt inspection. I was not charged. That's what I call 5 star service. Thanks guys.

I was escorted inside the beautiful building to meet with Jeff. Jeff came out and greeted me and then I was off shopping for my perfect car. I bought a 300 Chrysler and I love it. Courtesy not only covered the cost related to the recall, but took care of a rental vehicle while my truck was getting fixed. SO. My last review was really bad
BUT I went back to this dealership again for something completely different ( don t ask me why lol ) and I am so happy to say that this experience was the epitome of amazing customer service! I was working with Steve Younger and he was absolutely WONDERFUL! I am soo happy with the level of care, attention and professionalism I received from Steve. He kept me updated on my truck at all times and he did his absolute best to be fair and do me and my truck right. The mechanic working on my truck ( never got his name ) was wonderful as well and took my concerns seriously ( as did Steve ). I got my truck back and she is in pristine condition. I couldn t be happier with the service that was provided to me. 10/10 100% if you need any work done PLEASE talk to Steve. He won t do you wrong. I am very pleased to be able to change my review of this dealership.
This is literally the biggest scam Dodge Ram dealership I have EVER encountered. I came in here for a routine break pad replacement. They were trying to charge me 150 PER break pad plus double the price in labor then 4 different dodge dealerships had quoted me. And that's INCLUDING CALIFORNIA! Where everything is more expensive. When we tried telling the service rep we knew the actual prices of break pads were not that much he denied that they were that much. He wanted to charge me almost a $1000.00 for the total. It shouldn't of cost more than 600. DO NOT go here. Unless you want to get ripped off.

A couple months ago I brought my 2014 RAM truck in for an oil change and for them to look at the overhead buttons for the garage door. When I told them I had an appointment they for oil change and the buttons I was told I would have to make an appointment for the buttons. I explained to them I have an appointment for that day. The guy took my truck and came back in about an hour and said the truck was ready. I asked about the garage buttons and again I was told I needed to make an appointment.
I received a survey via email, I marked them down for not listening to me and taking care of the buttons I made an appointment for. I received a phone call from a Jeremy stating he was the service department manager and wanted to correct the issue. Jeremy even went as far to say if I gave them 10's on a new survey they were going to send out he would give me a free tank of gas. So the survey came I gave them 10's even before I had my next appointment. Needless to say I came in to have the buttons looked at and in the mean time one of my key fobs stopped working so I had them look at that as well. The key fob was bad they had to go to another dealer to pick up the key. They said it would be 4 hours. So I made another appointment to come back for the key fob. I made the appointment 2 weeks out and told Amber I needed a 7am appointment. She said no problem. The day before my appointment i receive an email stating my appointment was for 8:40am. I called and talked to Amber, she told me if I as there at 7 they would get me right in. 3 hours later and I'm still waiting for my truck and key fob. Key fob only takes 10-20 minutes to program per FCA.
They finally finished with the key fob after 4 hours. Go and remote start the truck get in the truck sit there for a minute, truck shuts off and says no key fob present. Went back in the dealership and they can't find anything wrong with it. It starts and stays running.
Just another item to add to the list if strange thing this truck ha did.

Took my car in for an oil change and checkup this past week. I needed a cabin air filter so I replaced that but there was a oil stain left on the front seat (probably from someone s pants) And what looked like what had come of my air filter on the ground of the passenger side that I noticed after I had driven away. I called to speak to someone to rectify this and spoke with Marc, who I hadn t worked with before. From start to finish he was great and attentive. When I called he didn t even ask for my information to look up my vehicle, just told me to bring it back in. Since it was a Saturday, it was a little more busy than usual so it was going to take longer than usual. He covered my Lyft ride from and to the dealership once my car was all done (they washed the seats and vacuumed my whole car). Working in customer service myself, I was very impressed with the level of care Marc showed as I m sure the whole dealership does. He turned a negative experience to a very positive one. Amber, the asst. Service manager at Heggs has totally taken care of us. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership before it was Heggs and had a terrible experience. It really left us with a very poor attitude towards the dealership. Needless to say we were not thrilled about having to take our vehicle in for service. But, to our surprise, Amber has been great. She really worked with us and made sure we were taken care of. She squared away the rentals for us and even had the rental guy drive to pick us up. I can't speak highly enough about her and our most recent experiences there. Very impressed and it's certainly helped our outlook on that dealership. She's a rockstar and deserves the kudos.
