Took car in for service 01/10. Poor customer service! All I heard from employees we are going thru a lot of changes . Can t get an answer to a simple extra charge on my bill! No one seems available! Lots of confusion! Service rep calls me for additional charges and when I said I can t do that says don t worry about it it is for someone else s car! He does not even acknowledge if my car is even being worked on! Seems fishy! Don t trust them!
