Amber, the asst. Service manager at Heggs has totally taken care of us. We purchased a vehicle from this dealership before it was Heggs and had a terrible experience. It really left us with a very poor attitude towards the dealership. Needless to say we were not thrilled about having to take our vehicle in for service. But, to our surprise, Amber has been great. She really worked with us and made sure we were taken care of. She squared away the rentals for us and even had the rental guy drive to pick us up. I can't speak highly enough about her and our most recent experiences there. Very impressed and it's certainly helped our outlook on that dealership. She's a rockstar and deserves the kudos.
