Took my car in for an oil change and checkup this ...

Took my car in for an oil change and checkup this past week. I needed a cabin air filter so I replaced that but there was a oil stain left on the front seat (probably from someone s pants) And what looked like what had come of my air filter on the ground of the passenger side that I noticed after I had driven away. I called to speak to someone to rectify this and spoke with Marc, who I hadn t worked with before. From start to finish he was great and attentive. When I called he didn t even ask for my information to look up my vehicle, just told me to bring it back in. Since it was a Saturday, it was a little more busy than usual so it was going to take longer than usual. He covered my Lyft ride from and to the dealership once my car was all done (they washed the seats and vacuumed my whole car). Working in customer service myself, I was very impressed with the level of care Marc showed as I m sure the whole dealership does. He turned a negative experience to a very positive one.
