The man who sold my car was amazing and great at customer service! I totalled my car and was really happy that they made it so easy to get a new one. However, I am SO DISSATISFIED with the service department. Three months after I purchased my vehicle my car wouldn't start. I called them instantly and the man o spoke to told me to just take it in as soon as I could. I took it in yesterday to get it checked out and the guy that checked me asked if I had an appointment and I said no but I was told to just bring it in! He said that I had to wait until tomorrow to get my car back. So I waited. I just got a call back today saying it was my battery and that full service would cost over $400! What in the heck! I pay for their warranty and I'm wondering why I'm paying so much for terrible service! You kept my car for 2 days when I work full time and need my vehicle and now your chanrging me high prices for a battery!? RIDICULOUS! I would rather take it elsewhere!Don't go here!
