Very disappointed with our last visit. Courtesy Chevrolet is a strange name for the new owners, with the way people are treated by this auto dealer/service. We went in for a factory defect and stop/start mechanism repair at 8:00 a.m. and got our car back at 4:00. I had an appointment but one part had to be sent from another store. Wouldn t you think the part could be there since they knew we were coming?
They no longer loan a vehicle, so it was off to the mall. No calls from our service advisor so I called him at 1:00. Walked back to the dealer and waited 3 more hours. No updates from him at all. He did leave his office when the ice cream truck stopped by at 3:00.
We will not go back.
When it was HEGGS the service was impeccable. SURE MISS THEM!
