Have had a few hiccups with these guys. Their service department needs to step it up a bit. I waited 3.5 hours for a service that they told me was going to be 1.5 hours. They need to keep their waiting in lobby guest a little more in the loop. Love the little old man that's the concierge for the people waiting. He was so kind and upbeat.
