Superstition bought my car back and got me into a vehicle that checked marked off my list. Matt was very caring with me that I had no worries. Thank you Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram!

I recently purchased a used car from this dealership and I m extremely happy with my experience. They recently changed ownership and you can tell they are trying very hard to build a solid business. My salesperson was Frank Kayaki. He was excellent to deal with. Very responsive to all my questions via phone and text even after the sale was completed. All promises were kept. And of course the car is a gem. Thanks to Frank and the Courtesy team!!

I ve always had a positive experience here getting my vehicle fixed or served! Friendly staff, quick service, and text updates on my car. Popcorn, donuts or drinks while I wait isn t a bad deal either!

Our sales person Liam was was super sweet nice kid. The problems we have with our sale has mostly to do with two things. Hidden costs and only getting one key. There was a misunderstanding between us and Liam over warranty. We thought if we were spending $999 for a warranty we were getting everything included. We didn't realize the warranty that Liam kept talking up was just the recertification of the manufacturers drive train warrany. Yes Liam should have explained the difference but I believe that's something Courtesy wants there employees to do is to talk up the recerts as warranties. Then there was about another $1700 in up charges that we didn't found out about until we agreed to buy the car. Oh Liam told us about them before we saw financing but not until after we agreed to buy the van. I believe this is a Courtesy policy not Liam's fault and here's why because if this wasn't Courtesy's policy then you would have every up charge your going to force on people already included in the price. Now maybe other dealers do this and maybe most people already know this but I'm use to dealing with car dealership's like Auto Nation where if they say the price is 24,600 that's what you pay with the exception of taxes, registration and up charges of the person's choice. Of course we could have walked out then but we we still believed that the recertification for the drive train warranty was a full bumper to bumper warranty so we figured we are getting such a good deal on the warranty we'd suck up paying for the forced up charges. Then we found out exactly what the $999 was for which again should have been included or been wrapped in the original price. The financial lady was great and got us a good deal on a warranty which helped soften the blow of the extra $3000 we weren't planning on spending. I'm not saying I won't buy another car from Courtsey. I now know you have about $3000 in hidden fees and we will keep that in mind when price comparison in the future. Ok now for the key. I have never known of a car sale that didn't come with two keys. Heck I've bought plenty of used cars from individuals and got two keys every time. Liam said they could get the cost for the extra key down to $230 and that the key was cheaper but the labor was what help drive the cost up. I know for a fact your mechanics don't get paid what you charge for labor and considering two keys should always be included I think this is something Courtesy should have taken care of and not given us other $230 fee to get a second key.

By far the best buying experience I ve ever had. Bill T., Freddie R., and Matt K. Were amazing and did a fabulous job getting me the vehicle I wanted. Would definitely buy here again and highly recommend this dealership.

Awesome, low pressure experience. I worked with Owen Walker from day one and he helped me choose the perfect vehicle for me and my family without being pushy or getting us into more than what we needed. He was honest and supportive through the entire process and the rest of the staff was just as friendly and helpful. Will definitely be buying vehicles here in the future.

Everyone here has been so nice and helpful. Our sales person Chris Stehl was patient and very professional during the entire transaction. We appreciate the personal attention from Joe and Jeff the managers. They always make us feel appreciated. We are definitely customers for life and would refer our friends and family.

Terrible parts and service experience! We brought our '13 Ram 5500 mechanic truck here for the Hydro boost. Told them to hold off on the recall Catalyst Converter for another time since we needed the hydro boost changed out so we can get the truck back in service. They did the complete opposite. They changed the catalyst converter THEN ordered the hydro boost which we had to wait for the part to come in to get it replaced. That put the truck down for an extra day which we didn't plan for and could of been avoided completely. Tried contacting the service adviser and service manager multiple times to discuss this issue but never returned our phone calls. The only contact we got was from them accidentally calling us regarding a vehicle that wasn't even ours.

On a separate note, in the previous month we went to the parts department to order a radiator hose for this same truck and I clearly specified the truck along with the vin number. Guy at the counter said it would be a few days since they had to order the hose in. I came back a few days later and it was the hose for a 2500 which definitely wont work. He said "Oh I thought you said 2500" Big difference there! So this few days of ordering the hose ended up being over a week.

Going to have to try a different dealership until this place can get their business in order. Even then we might not be back, we have a big fleet of vehicles too. Unfortunate.

If there was an option for no stars, that is what I would pick.

I purchased my 2015 Dodge Charger from them. I have had it in the shop over the last 4.5 months complaining of shaking and rough idling along with a ticking noise. The first two times I had it in, they found "nothing and the shaking was normal". I took but back 7 weeks ago for the same ticking and shaking again. They were able to diagnose the ticking as they had to replace the rockers in the engine. As far as the "shaking" the said it was normal and/or part of the rocker issue. This past Friday, I break down and have to have my car towed to the shop. After looking at it, I was told it was something electrical that was causing the rough idle and shaking. I was then told that it is not covered under warranty because I am just over my mileage. So the cost is on me. When I talked to Marc Ray (Rey) he stated that there was nothing they could do because it just went bad. I had explained that I had it in the shop multiple times before, with documentation that I have been addressing it for months. He basically told me I didn't know what I was talking about and the issue I had it in for before was the rockers and not this. That there was nothing they could do. Picked it up and the parts were 63.00 and the labor was the remaining 350.00. yet there was nothing they could do. Will never purchase from them nor take it back there again. I thought for sure with all the documentation I had and them not finding the issue and noting it as normal they would help. Poor customer service. I will continue to share my negative experience.

To add salt on the wound, after he basically told me that they would not help with the cost he proceeded to tell me they recommend that I have my fuel system cleaned out. I asked if this was necessary and he stated no but highly recommended. The cost for that and my other repair would be about 800.00. Funny thing is, when asked if they actually looked at it they had not, it was just based on mileage.

As a side note, I showed my 4 months worth of paper work to a friend who owns a shop and he stated that any good technician would know the two complaints were unrelated.

Excellent Sales. I bought my first truck and Monique was friendly and upbeat and worked to get me a great deal. I had a great first experience, especially with financing. Bear Roberts was so helpful, calm and works magic! Altogether it was an exciting and relaxing experience.

The salesman are very uninformed on the products they sell. You can go to almost any other dealership and get faster service, I spent 45 minutes just sitting there waiting for them to get back to me with at least some sort of information. I see them standing there and making jokes and laughing. I know it takes some time to get word back from some banks but at least tell me something. The two salesman I worked with did not care much for what I wanted in a vehicle and for a price point. They just kept offering vehicles they thought I would like and failed to ask me questions regarding what I was looking for.

Took our 17 Rebel in for recalls. Took most of the day to get done but was needed. Dealership doesn t take you home anymore, but do offer Lyft to take you home (In the back of my head I was thinking, Hell Yeah ). Our Lyft was ordered by the dealership..... waited 15 min, nothing. Walked over and asked what the deal was.... wrong number was punched in. We waited 10 more min and no text (Lyft or Courtesy). So we just called our Daughter to pick us up. 5 min later, 3 texts come in from Lyft saying driver is on the way. We cancelled Lyft and waited for our Daughter.

I bought a car recently from another dealership and with the dealership I got an extended warranty. Something drastic happened to the car and I went back to the dealership to get my car fixed they told me what was wrong with my car did not get covered by the extended warranty I went over and spoke to Mr. Heggs and not only did he demand that the warranty company cover my vehicle he gave me a loaner car for the entire time they had my vehicle

I was in a pinch and last minute decided to go see the guys at Superstition. Owen and Ben are top notch guys and I highly recommend them both. They set me up with a new set of wheels and I wasn't there all day dealing with all the crazy sales pitches and nagging salesmen. In and out without a hitch! I would recommend them and this dealership to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Thanks guys.

Worst expierience of my life. Sold me a car that has been into an accident. When I found out the car has been into an accident about 12 months after I purchased the car, they didn't want to take responsibility of it. So if I could rate this dealer as the worst dealer ever I would but I can't rate it a 0 so I guess I'm just going to have to rate this dealer as a 1 out of 5 star. Worst customer service. Worst cars. Non trustworthy and now my car is not even worth half of what they sold it to me because of the car accident that brings the value of the car very low.

Very friendly dealership! nice that the owner and his staff make themselves available and greet customers. Overall very nice with cushy seating in the waiting area, cold bottled water, donuts and popcorn while you wait with some really nice cars on display. The bad is that just like all dealerships you get the same quality of service. Express oil & lube is not express as one would think. During my visit for an oil change, they actually told me it took longer due to not having the oil filter for my Jeep's 3.6 liter engine. Another drawback is having the lifetime warranty and that they always seem to find something to turn a simple oil change into a thousand dollar repair. The Jeep Liberty is a 2009 with only 54,000 miles on it. My favorite repair was for them repairing my rear axle because it was leaking, even though I never noticed or had any leaks that were evident from where it's parked everyday in my garage with a new clean floor. So yes, they seem to keep the old Jeep running averaging about one thousand dollars an oil change for parts that seem to expire not by miles driven but age and without evidence of showing due wear. Also interesting was that my "express" oil change took much longer after not agreeing to have extra work done while in for said oil change. (Spark plug replacement and transmission fluid flush, both hundreds of dollars) again this vehicle has 54,000 miles and is never driven hard but from a retirement community to Walmart and back with stops at the local gas station and Chrysler-Dodge dealer.

We had a great experience at Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Jamie was so easy going and he didn't put any pressure on us at all. It was one of the best car shopping experiences we've had (and that's saying a lot when talking about purchasing a vehicle). I definitely would recommend Jamie if you're looking for a genuinely honest car salesman. The finance guys were awesome as well. Ryan (I believe that was his name) did a great job explaining the loan process to where we actually understood what was going on. We were there late, but everyone was extremely helpful. If we are ever in the market to purchase another vehicle we will be returning.

Excellent service ! Kudos to Chris!
Chris was an awesome sales person and HE still gets 5 stars, but Mr Alexander in finance blew it ....and we didn t even finance! He started pushing the $10,000 premiere extended warranty. My husband clearly stated he didn t want it. He continued pointing out every single highlight of the premiere warranty. My husband asked him to stop and he continued saying it was in law. They were required to offer it to every customer. Okay if that is even a thing, I am sure the law doesn t say you have to read and explain every individual point. Also , so funny how it started and 10,000 ish and my husband said by the time he got out of there, the number was down to low thousands. I ended up walking out of there and quite frankly I am surprised my husband did not walk out and tell them to keep their truck. I pity the victims don t question it and who pay the $10,000.

It is embarrassing to come across the service department in this dealership. Use my van to pickup and dropping drinks, never call to give updates/status, does not acknowledge customer and too busy talking to each other and on their phones. Person in the service department that I dealt with he is ruining the reputation of the dealership and the hard work others put in.at

Purchased my new Jeep at the Courtesy Jeep's Showroom floor (6428 e. test Dr.) back in August 2020 & booked an online appointment for my Jeep's first oil change at 10:30 a.m. 5000+ miles later at the Quick lane "Express oil change lane" & was told by a Courteous young man stating that we're booked here your appointment got moved to the Ram Store at a short distant location (6130 E. Auto Park Dr.). Pulled up to the " Express lane " and was greeted by another very polite young man, stating; "your Service consultant will be right with you". Oswaldo was very professional and handled the process expeditiously. After an oil change, 14 - point inspection & wheel rotation,,,,, A mere 2.5 hours later, I was back on the road!

We had a great experience at Superstition Springs!...

We had a great experience at Superstition Springs! Jesus was our "Jeep Guy" and was so helpful in helping us choose what we needed, what we wanted and most importantly what was in our price range. I am big on customer service and we had a ton of questions, but he treated us like family! I have wanted a Jeep Grande Cherokee for years and years ... Jesus helped make that happen! We did a ton of research before even going, along with going to multiple dealers... and Superstition Springs was where the best deal, customer service and options were! My sister bought her car from them and still gets her car serviced there because they are so awesome! My parents have bought multiple Dodge trucks from them over the years and currently get them serviced there still too! If you are in the business of looking for a Dodge, Jeep or Chrysler... ask for Jesus at Superstition Springs! You won't be disappointed!!

Thanks for nothing I am amazed that you can even send me this bullshit.Every one who buys a car knows there will be tax, license and a doc fee.But to add options to the total that a person does not want or has asked for is nothing but crooked.First of all you told me that the car had not even gone through the mechanical inspection and had not even been on the floor for sale yet.but for some jackass reason I have NO OPTION BUT TO ACCEPT SOME WINDOW TINTING AND DESERT PACKAGE THAT WERE NOT EVEN ON THE VEHICLE YET FOR 1300.00 You can get your windows tinted for 300 with lifetime warranty and who needs a desert package for car that is garaged all the time??Pure bullshit!I found one in California and guess what did not have to buy a desert package or tinted windows from the dealer wow unbelievable I guess they just do business different there.

My husband and I recently went to Superstition Springs Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership. The people over at this dealership are EXTREMELY helpful. We did not feel pressured at all to buy a vehicle Miguel Zepeda helped us he was very patient with us especially with my husband. The finance department was amazing also, Rick in finance was very helpful and friendly. I was so pleased with the service I referred my Mom and also my Aunt who both bought vehicles from here!!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!!!!!

Car wouldn't start today. Got a jump and brought it in without an appointment. They helped me during their lunch break and tested the battery. Needed to be replaced but I didn't purchase the vehicle at this location. Still they checked and were able to cover it under warranty since it was still within the warranty period. Very helpful and courteous staff all around. Express lane crew were awesome.

Our experience was great! We were greeted by a very optimistic salesman, I believe his name is Owen. He was very helpful, friendly, and patient. I most definitely recommend this dealership, and specifically Owen, to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy place to buy a car from.

I haven't shopped at this dealership however I do own a Dodge Pickup that i needed serviced. Spent 30 minutes trying to speak with a service advisor. That didnt happen. Says alot about a dealership. I'll never shop here. I highly recommend to anyone to go to Earnhardt. They got me in quick and i actually spoke to a service advisor. Worth the extra miles to drive there for service.

Upgraded my 2016 RAM for a 2019 (5th gen) and i absolutely loved the treatment given to me by Lem. He was very respectful and hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. Not once did we feel any pressure or forced to buy this vehicle. I had received an approval through my bank prior to walking into the dealership, Lem knew and he made sure we got the price we wanted for our trade in and the price we needed to financing this truck for. There was no running around for hours. He respected our time as we did his. Thanks Lem for the exceptional service and for treating your customers the way they deserve to be treated. The same goes for the finance person who understood the certified warranty is all i needed and he didn t try to force anything else on us. Over all great dealership to work with.

Work gets done, but overall customer service is poor.

From the 1st phone call to getting your vehicle back, customer service is awful. I waited over 30 minutes for a rental car, when there were no other customers. When I finally asked the front desk what I was waiting on, because everyone was sitting around, I was helped within minutes. When I asked about getting my car washed they informed me they don't have a wash there, but they would give me a free coupon. Asked the car hop about it. He says my mechanic is the only one with the coupons. Needless to say I didn't get one. Only positive is that the work was done quickly. But they didn't tell me that. So I drive home for 25 minutes in the rental car just to come back.

Buyer beware! Called and requested a manager to find out if this dealership could beat another dealership on a used vehicle. Short version was advised yes they can, come in and will beat the price. Most importantly I WAS supposedly talking with a manager who MADE the financial decisions. This is the part that infuriates me, as I am fine if a dealership can t make a deal financially, but don t lie to someone! I specifically requested a manager to avoid a situation just like this one!

Show up at dealership, ready to do deal. No one knows what I am talking about and the supposed manager was NOT a manager at all! Drum roll......he is a Salesperson. (Ta-da!)

After 4K was added on to the car, AND my trade reduced by 3k, we were suddenly 4K higher Otd! I was told by the real manager to take it up with the sales guy you spoke with and dismissed.

To finish up the day, I missed out on the OTHER certified car. It sold at the price I was quoted to another customer.

Lesson learned....always get in writing from manager. Bigger lesson, buy from Carvana where there are 1.no dealer add ons 2. No doc fees and you can return the car in 7 days.

Checking out previous 1 star reviews this dealerships solution is to apologize and offer a phone number so you can waste more time hearing them say Sorry for your experience.

Meanwhile I am out a great automobile (other dealership), there should be hearty fines for dealerships doing this type of b.s.

The warranty/recall work done on my Dodge Journey was first rate. All of the personnel I dealt with were friendly and professional. I would return to this dealership. Many thanks for the great service!

My vehicle purchase experience was excellent. I conducted a search on their website and was initially engaged by Allison who was very responsive and connected me with sales specialist Chris Hart. Chris called me within minutes, listened to my vehicle requirements and found the exact Ram truck I was looking for. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and did an excellent job tailoring his message to meet my unique purchasing needs. I really appreciated the personalized service he provided. I'm new to the brand and dealership so I can't yet speak to quality and service, but if Heggs stands behind their products as well as they sell them, I'll be a very satisfied and loyal customer indeed.

UPDATE:
I took my new truck to Heggs for some warranty work and was introduced to Marc Ray. He totally took care of me. He kept me in the loop about my vehicle status. When the job pushed into a second day, Marc called and was genuinely concerned about my transportation situation. I have a second car so it wasn't an issue, but I got the feeling if I needed loaner, Marc would have hooked it up. Great experience all around.

Review part 2 of 2 - continued from my earlier post:

Next up, parts and service. As I said earlier, I ordered extras with this purchase. Not only were the extras not ordered until a week AFTER the purchase date (due to someone "upstairs" being on vacation and NO ONE backfilled her job duties while she was gone), the order was wrong...AGAIN. When the parts finally came in 2-3 weeks later, I had arranged with 2 members of the parts department, a scheduler, and a service tech to have everything installed on the same day. I was told on two separate occasions that it was NO PROBLEM and it would be done. Before the time came to install the parts, I am driving along and notice that the vehicle I JUST PURCHASED is pulling to one side and that the speedometer is reading the wrong speed. Turns out, the alignment was WAY OFF and the speedometer was wrong due to having the wrong size tires on it when they sold it to me (per manufacturer specs)! So, when the day comes to install the parts, I ask them to fix the alignment and see what s up with the speedometer. NO PROBLEM, they say yet again. I dropped off the vehicle 35 minutes before they officially opened and I was the first vehicle in line. I told them to keep the vehicle all day just to make sure it all gets done. Techs leave at 3pm. I get a phone call from a service adviser at 2:53pm telling me that my vehicle is ready to be picked up. I get to the dealer at 3:02pm, as I was not far away. Turns out that not all of the parts were installed, there is NO ONE around to ask questions to about the alignment and speedometer and no supervisors were anywhere to be found.

Folks, this has been a long review and I m not even covering two or three more handfuls of things that have gone wrong here, especially the lack of communication by the managers of this dealership (which was HORRID). In short, two individuals are doing their job and take their jobs seriously (the finance guy we dealt with and the owner of the dealership). The owner, God love him, did his best to make our experience a positive one, for which we are very, very grateful!! Unfortunately, the rest of the people there obviously do not share his values or work-ethic, are horrendous to deal with, need to be fired (because re-training them is not going to work, obviously) and I suggest you find ANY other dealership to work with as long as you want the hair on the head to not be pulled out by you.

The salesman tried to make us feel like we are in dire straights because we are upside down on one vehicle. Sorry sir, life is good! Took it to another dealer and got a much larger trade in on this vehicle and got the hot rod we were looking for.

I literally am sitting on the side of the road right now in a car that I bought for 30000 + about 6 month ago (dodge charger srt8). The lady taking ccals is the rudest women. The service department has already "fixed" this problem once and will not answer no matter how many times I've called. I guess just REALLY think about who you are buying from.

Today we went in with very low expectations of actually leaving with a truck and getting the numbers to work for us, but everything went extremely well. As soon as we pulled up, Terrell greater us and treated us like family. He worked quickly and efficiently to find us a vehicle meeting our criteria. He then took us straight in and we worked a deal within a very short period of time. He stayed with us up until the end and made sure everything went smoothly. We had an awesome experience at Superstition Dodge!

Wanted to charge my dad over $10k for a cracked DPF filter on his Ram Cummins. All it needs is new NOX sensors (And a DPF filter is under $1200 to replace) 2nd time we have had a horrible experience at Heggs. No wonder they changed their name from Superstition Springs Chryler Jeep Dodge Ram to Heggs.

I've taken my care there for oil changes and service, and of course, gave them my cell number so that they could reach me and let me know that it was complete. I don't share my cell number with businesses often because I do not want to have sales phone calls.

Apparently, they are in the business of sharing those personal phone numbers of people in their database with not only their sales team - which has resulted in unwanted, cold sales calls from their salespeople trying to make their numbers - but repeated phone calls from a warranty company (that somehow happens to know the details of my vehicle and my cell number) trying to sell me some extended warranty. All of these companies are operating under a bogus name called "Vehicle Company Processing" and they are located out of Compton, CA.

For the record, the first time it happened I spoke to the cashier in service the next time I went in, expressed my unhappiness about this, and she assured me that she would look into it. Apparently not.

I'll never buy a car from them. Just because they don't value the privacy of my own information. Totally unethical, and really, really poor (and stupid) marketing practices.

Super frustrated, brought our 2014 Power Wagon here to get an oil change they told me I had tire rotation in the books so I said okay. Two weeks later we are back with a rear main seal leak a bad wobble and heat shield vibration that boggs the truck down and you have to throttle through it so they had it for 3 days took it in all under warranty came out paying $180 for some dye they put in the oil they seen a seapage from the rear main seal but not a leak? What's the difference either way it's going to get worse why not fix now? Oh and that wobble is caused from them not balancing our tires when the last person who did our rotation didn't do a balance as well, but for $90 they could balance for us? Why not fix the issue you created? Oh and the heat shield and bogging down is coming from our aftermarket roof rack? They also said on the receipt that the bogging down and struggle in the transmission is happening during driving in rough terrain? So did they take off-road because we never said it happens in rough terrain we said during speeds 20-30? When shifting to second. Just frustrating.
