Bought a new 2014 Cherokee Trailhawk here. Absolutely love the vehicle, hate the dealership (service department, mainly). Here's why:
I have been changing my own oil in all my vehicles (and doing other stuff like plugs, wires, brakes, rotors, etc.) for about 30 years. It's something I enjoy doing and it gives me confidence that the job was done right, because when I do an oil change, I do it right. It's really not hard at all. Hell, a monkey could do it.
Sadly, I cannot say the same for the dealership from which I bought my Trailhawk, Superstition Springs Chrysler/Jeep in Mesa, AZ. I highly recommend that you avoid them for this function at almost all costs. But for the love of all things, never, ever take your vehicle to a Jiffy Lube or equivalent. They do not care about you or your car. Only your money and putting it in their pockets.
I was told that to retain my 'hawk's Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty I cannot do my own oil changes. This was something I wasn't very happy about and expressed this concern to the salesman, who immediately shucked it off with a snort and changed the subject. After taking it to the dealer for its first oil change recently, I regretted it after I drove away just to discover they hadn't reset the "Oil Life" meter. I drove back and a kid reset it for me (ACC mode, press accelerator 3 times, hold on the 3rd he said). Unfortunately, this was just the first thing they couldn't get right.
They were also to set the tire pressure and rotate the tires. I numbered the tires to make sure they swapped them, and they did. But when it came to setting the pressure accordingly, they failed miserably. When I took it in the tires were all at about 32psi because the weather has cooled down a lot. When I checked them after the visit they were 47, 35, 39 and 41. I fixed that myself and hoped that they had at least put synthetic in (as they said they would) and that they actually changed the filter and replaced the engine shield and all was clean, etc.
Tonight I checked the oil level to make sure it was right and it's about 3/4" above the top fill line. Anyone who knows motors knows that overfilling engine oil is as bad as not filling it enough, if not worse! Now I have to figure out when I can crawl under it so I can drain just the right amount. And no, I will NOT take it back for them to "fix"! They had their chance to do it right, and they blew it. But it doesn't end there.
There is oil splatter all over the top of the engine (a small pool of it in the intake manifold, which is too far to reach to remove). It even splattered on the radiator shroud and a number of other things. The tech apparently thought that wiping away what could be seen on the surface was good enough.
The engine shroud is all scratched up thanks to the moron tossing it on the ground or work bench. How hard can it be to change oil in a freakin' shop designed to change oil!!?!?!?
I'm f**king pissed, to say the least and will never, ever take any vehicle to their service department again, nor will I ever buy a vehicle from them again. How can anyone expect their drivetrain to last a "lifetime" with sh!tty service like that? How can I even trust that there is a new oil filter in there? How can I trust that there is synthetic oil? I can't. A company that services vehicles as a profession - especially a dealership that claims to be so pro and top-notch - cannot expect to retain customer trust or loyalty with this low level of service. It's pathetic.
Anyway, that's my frustration. I will do my oil changes myself from now until I can no longer. F**k their "Lifetime Drivetrain Warranty." If something broke down they'd probably tell me it's not covered anyway. I feel so violated. :(

Everything they told me was correct. Their follow up was great and so was their price. Even after the sale there were 2 items to be installed and I didn't even have to call and check on the progress because they were done by noon the next day even though I purchased the truck at about 9.30pm the night before!!!!!

I had the worst experience with their service department. I made a specific appointment to have an oil change and trim looked at (broken door handle). The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. When I show up at my 830 appointment they inform me of the new ownership and the door handle won t be covered by them (bought the car with it broken and the glue they tried a while back didn t hold) no biggie, I get it. New ownership. But they said they would get a quote for me to fix it. Jacob was my service advisor and when I came to pick up (which it took them until 1230 to call that it was finished for an 830 appointment) I asked Jacob what the status was on the door handle and his response was no one told me about a door handle even thought I made the appointment specifically for that. He said the other guy I talked to took care of it (I think his name was Steve? Can t remember). So I go to talk to Steve and tell him what Jacob said and his response is oh I told him, he just forgets things . Then he says how hard it is for that dealership work on my car because it is a Nissan. The two service advisors obviously both forgot about the door handle and just tried to blame each other. Walked out with NO quote for the door handle, only reason I went there. Many places can change oil and it took them 4 hours. Why have people make appointments? I will never return to them, it was such a waste of time and my broken car remains broken.

We saw a 2013 Dodge Journey online...when we went to look at the car it wasn't even on the lot yet. it was in back...we test drove it and my husband said the alignment seems a little off and told oh yea we can get that check for u...was also told the cars are fully inspected and things are done before being put up for sale...There was also a chip in the windshield and the guy said I can have that done..so we decided to go with the car and they came back with $1,500 more then internet price..we were given a story on how all big dealers do this to get people in the door.. I don't know how we ended up waving that fee after all said and done..but we were told the alignment and chip would be taken care of...so we get a call asking how the car was and we mentioned something about the alignment and the guy on the phone was like o yea I'll have someone contact us for the appointment......so we show up to the appointment ...we were in the car for a good 10mins before my husband found someone..people were walking around and no one ask us if we needed help...so then we waited 3 hours for nothing...are car sat in the line and if it wasn't for my husband to fine these people we would still be sitting there...turns out they weren't going to fix the alignment and crack as promised bc they gave us the Internet price and never told us the alignment wasn't done or wasn't going to be fix...they told us yes we can get that done...THESE PEOPLE ARE LIERS!!!!!! He was very patient with our indecisiveness and extremely helpful in making sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The environment when you walk in there is as if you are family. However the pressure indications were high and different before I left home and the same after I picked up my car. Great overall experience. 5 month after buying the truck I got a flat tire and come to find out the tire had been plugged at some point before I purchased the truck. Took it back in and they made it right. Owed up and covered it all. Service advisor Greg and the service manager was awesome and got it all good to go. Got in in the shop and done in less than an hour. Would highly recommend this dealership if your in the market to buy a vehicle and to have your current vehicle serviced.

Unfortunately, I did not end up purchasing because my salesperson was extremely rude and lackadaisical. I had to walk out based on this attitude of my sales guy. I wish I had just started working with Derek from the beginning. Derek is friendly, smart, and low-key. I can only recommend this dealer based on my positive experience with Derek. I bought and sold about five cars in the last four years from dealerships, and I've yet to encounter such an easing going salesman. It's not very often you get a guy who will just talk to you, get to know you, and make the sales process as easy as possible. You can tell this dude is in it for the people and not for the money. To be fair, this review pertains more to the Dodge Corporation than it does to this dealer. The folks at Courtesy were indeed courteous, but their courtesy is a little like offering a cookie to someone in cardiac arrest. My aged parents spent $45K on a Durango. Barely out of warranty, the check engine light came on. A cylinder misfire resulted in 6 weeks in the shop and a $3500 bill. They gave it back to my parents with the light still on because the fuel pump is also bad and told them it's ok to drive, but it could stall at anytime and not restart. How long until a new fuel pump is available? "Maybe two months." Reprehensible, period. Dodge is dead to our family.

Scheduled an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and balancing. Truck got the oil change, but no tire rotation or balancing. Was there for 4 hours waiting, with no good explanation why. Was told it would take an hour. It was documented that an overall inspection was done, but they would have noticed that one new tire was wore down a lot that it was very noticeable. The inspection guy didn t catch that!!! Very dissatisfied!!!

I'm 18 and bought my first car from them, and that being said I was nervous to take on extra responsibility to pay for a car and to find the right one that suites me. They made it very easy for me to buy a car from them. Every employee working is there for the customers. Owen was my salesman and he was great at making everything run smoothly. Service department needs some restructuring. My service rep told me it would be 1.5 hours to complete my oil change and tires rotation. I gave them 3 hours, no questions asked, but I still did not receive a phone call to let me know my car was done. I checked out at the cashier, and was told my car would be brought around to the front... 20 minutes later I grabbed the key myself and went on a mission to find my car. Good thing, because they were closing the service area as soon as I pulled around. I could have been out of a car until Monday, because they are closed Sunday ( for family time.)
Update: So, 5000 miles later- I thought I would give them another shot, and I'm glad I did. Jacob Davidson was an amazing advisor. I was in and out in under an hour. Best customer service and service on my Jeep to date!

I just had the best experience, I think I have ever had at a car dealership. You know that feeling after you sign the papers and everyone's personality seems to change. Not here, from the negotiations to the final taking of the key I felt like a king. I feel like I just started a great new friendship. I highly recommend Superstitions Springs Chrysler. I love my new 300 I have driven BMW and M Benz though great cars for the money they still have a lot of problems. This 300 has all the luxury I need and at under 40k its 20k-40k cheaper than some of those other sedans I have driven (new). Once again I could not be happier. **Crooked Courtesy** had similar experience as 19Chevelle71. Online price is a lie! It does not include the extras they add on without your knowledge. I also originally turned down extra insurance until finance told me to my face there would be no extra up front cost. This was another lie! Do not sign any paperwork until you see the actual Retail Purchase Agreement listing all the additional charges. They do a good job of hiding this during signing. As DaveE7171 said, they focus on the payment not on the price to get you to sign. Do not trust a word they say! I recommend checking out Carvana before going to this dealership! I am so unhappy its making me sick!

Started the buying process about 3pm on a Monday, by 1pm Tuesday, they delivered the car to my house. The salesman, CJ, took all the necessary COVID precautions and was very helpful with the paperwork. The manager who helped me out was Bill Arterberry and he was very easy to deal with. I've never done business with them before because they are 60 miles from my house, but i didn't have to leave the living room and i still got a brand new car. I wish I could leave a zero star review. These service employees were so rude and inconsiderate I would never give them another dollar of my money or refer another person to their business. I knew what the issue was with my vehicle but they couldn t advise of coverage by my warranty without a diagnostic appointment. I was advised to book online then treated poorly for doing so. The repair isn t covered after being told that it should be and I had to pay the $150 diagnostic fee PLUS $16 for making my appointment online per their advisement. The inconsideration given by this company is so shocking after the wonderful treatment we always received when it was Superstition Dodge. This was an entirely negative experience from start to finish and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward. Way to drop the ball Courtesy Dodge.

I called at 7 a.m. and asked to have my service rep call me because I have a 2013 dodge caravan with extended warranty and that my van would not start. I was told that they would give her an urgent message. At 9:15 a.m. I called again and asked to speak to any service rep and again explained my issue and was told they would show my message as an urgent message for the first available service rep to call me. Here I sit at 7:04 p.m. and not one single person bothered to call me. I purchased and paid for an extended warranty and as far as I am concerned it is worthless. I would not recommend ever wasting your money nor will I be back when I am ready to purchase a new vehicle.

they took $1000 charge to hold. Your financial man requested a check for $24,000 something as a balance due plus my vehicle in trade. The following day we gave them a check for $18,000 something and $5000 cash the title for my vehicle at that time they told us they weren t sure if they could give us that vehicle or not their banks was some type of problem. Thursday we were to go on vacation to Vegas to drive. He could not guarantee that our new vehicle would be ready. Monday mornings at 9:00am I called Owen then he told me that we have no deal I could come pick up my check and titles on my vehicle they would try to get me a vehicle from another dealer and what did I want to do. They called Bill Luke Chrysler and I told them at this time I was up doing anything . But Hegg treated us terriblely. How can he be in business and do this to people who is despicable

I will not buy a car from this location again. They added a lot of stuff to the loan that wasn t really needed. Like a warranty for the car because there was something wrong with the stereo and the didn t want to pay out of pocket to fix it. The other thing they said the car was detailed witch was a lie the floor boards where dirty and same with seats. The only thing that was detailed was taking the sound system out that s why the stereo didn t work.

Now they don't want to return the gap insurance or money for so called free oil changes that they added to contract for $900.00 at 16% interest. They are giving us the run around. If I could give negative stars I would. I am not usually one to give a negative review, however, this dealership definitely deserves it. My fiance and I went here to get our first car together. While there, we fell in love with a vehicle. We liked the car, the price, the works. So we signed and went on our way. Within minutes of driving out of the dealership we started having engine issues, that were not present during the test drive. We took it back the next day. They switched it out for a different model. We were told it was the same price, no charge for the "upgrade". We went on our marry way, once again happy. When we got home and were filling paperwork, we noticed they charged us $4,000 MORE than was originally priced to us. We called and they said there was nothing that could be done. Come to find out that our sales rep got fired for doing the same thing to other people, giving them one price then submitting the paperwork for more. His manager was well aware of this and was "unable to assist us". We have had the car for a couple years now and decided to trade it in for something better. Come to find out that the value on this vehicle is extremely low because 8 months prior to us buying it, it was apparently in an accident. We requested the car fax before purchase and there was nothing about an accident. Not even a scratch. So did they show us the wrong CarFax information to ensure we left with that vehicle? I am not sure. I just know that everything involving this dealership seemed easy upfront, the salesmen were super nice and easy to work with. And they showed us the "better deals" we were getting. But everything involving this dealership has since been a headache. We will not be shopping here again.

My husband and I went to look for a dodge challenger. Our salesperson, Kerry, was absolutely awesome. We told him what we were looking for and what price range and he showed us what we wanted. Didn't try to sell us anything out of our price range or another type of car. He was such a pleasure to work with that made our experience of buying a brand new car very enjoyable. I purchased two (2) 2011 ram 1500s new from this dealership and thanks to them I got my delivery company rolling!!! Since 2011, I have purchased 14 dodge and ram vehicles!!!! This has turned into a HUGE venture for me! And I have this dealership to thank for my success so far.
Sadly, the last 8 months I have brought 7 vehicles in for service and I have had trucks sit for weeks and seriously months. It s sad to watch this place go south.
This dealership used to have my trucks go first in line and I d get my trucks fixed and back the next day. They were Fantastic!! So if now my trucks are sitting here for weeks and I ve been consistently doing business with them since 2011, I can t imagine the lack of support for the snow bird that just showed up and needs help :(
