I dropped my car off for service at 10 am they said it should be ready by 3 at they called me at 2 after having my car there all day and said they don t have the part they need so they didn t fix anything. I lost a whole work day for them to do nothing and said they call me when the part gets there in 2 weeks. No one even apologized or gave me any explanation of anything. Horrible customer service.
