Service advisor Marc Ray did an excellent job getting our Dodge Ram repaired. We had engine problems while vacationing and the work done at a Nevada dealership was not satisfactory. Marc and the Courtesy mechanic found the problem and correctly repaired the truck. We were treated very respectfully and Marc kept us updated daily. Their professionalism was much appreciated and Courtesy is our dealership of choice for future service.
