I wish I could leave a zero star review. These service employees were so rude and inconsiderate I would never give them another dollar of my money or refer another person to their business. I knew what the issue was with my vehicle but they couldn t advise of coverage by my warranty without a diagnostic appointment. I was advised to book online then treated poorly for doing so. The repair isn t covered after being told that it should be and I had to pay the $150 diagnostic fee PLUS $16 for making my appointment online per their advisement. The inconsideration given by this company is so shocking after the wonderful treatment we always received when it was Superstition Dodge. This was an entirely negative experience from start to finish and I will take my business elsewhere moving forward. Way to drop the ball Courtesy Dodge.
