Brian H Review of Superstition Springs Chrysler ...
To be fair, this review pertains more to the Dodge...
To be fair, this review pertains more to the Dodge Corporation than it does to this dealer. The folks at Courtesy were indeed courteous, but their courtesy is a little like offering a cookie to someone in cardiac arrest. My aged parents spent $45K on a Durango. Barely out of warranty, the check engine light came on. A cylinder misfire resulted in 6 weeks in the shop and a $3500 bill. They gave it back to my parents with the light still on because the fuel pump is also bad and told them it's ok to drive, but it could stall at anytime and not restart. How long until a new fuel pump is available? "Maybe two months." Reprehensible, period. Dodge is dead to our family.
