Service department needs some restructuring. My service rep told me it would be 1.5 hours to complete my oil change and tires rotation. I gave them 3 hours, no questions asked, but I still did not receive a phone call to let me know my car was done. I checked out at the cashier, and was told my car would be brought around to the front... 20 minutes later I grabbed the key myself and went on a mission to find my car. Good thing, because they were closing the service area as soon as I pulled around. I could have been out of a car until Monday, because they are closed Sunday ( for family time.)
Update: So, 5000 miles later- I thought I would give them another shot, and I'm glad I did. Jacob Davidson was an amazing advisor. I was in and out in under an hour. Best customer service and service on my Jeep to date!
